When dealing with the Swindlows or any other guru on the net or otherwise use good business sense.It is ,after all,a business transaction.

Document/record any and all transactions,services, and/or communications.You can legally record conversations as long as you inform all parties involved.

If you decide to purchase anything use a credit card as it provides a potential means of recourse.If nothing else it is documented.

Never use cash with these types.

BTW... I really don't like encouraging credit card use.

The slick ones always tell you in advance what can a happen to you (err, what they're getting ready to do with you)... so, we did bite the bullet. We don't deny we were vulnerable and we accept & admit where and how we got sucked in.

And, together with that, giving our permission & power away via participation does NOT give them the right to continue to prey upon others. Again, it does NOT absolve them of their end of the responsibility.
