Most readers already know about the supposedly defunct MK-Ultra mind control project. Most likely this project's name has changed it's name and exists in another form. There are people who hear clicking noises which occur at a rate from one to several clicks per second. One effect of this is to create strong emotions, such as anger or an aggitated state for no apparent reason. This is perhaps one of the most insidious forms of mind control, and is not considered as the auditory problem known as Tinnitus. If you hear a ringing in your ears (which could be Tinnitus) you may need to consult a doctor.
One individual sought medical attention who experienced the clicking sound. She consulted both a physician and a psychiatrist. She was told by both doctors that they know nothing about i, or any physical or mental cause for it. Needless to say, it is a strong indicator that some form of electromagnetic energy pulse is being used. However, today's medical profession receives zero training in medical school on this matter.
Here are some observations that had been made on this problem. (I've left out specifics for 1 through 3 below to prevent
being suggestive, which might influence those that respond to the survey.)
1. The noise can occur anytime of the day or night.
2. If the sound is replicated to match what the person hears it may or may not induce a disturbed state.
3. The sound may or may not be heard by anyone else nearby.
4. The sound may fade away after a period of time and eventually disappear.
In the above data, (4) above strongly suggests that a satellite is the source, and is in low Earth orbit is passing out of the line of sight. The Soviet Union had a shortwave transmitter which when it was operational, was about the only noise one could hear on the shortwave band in the daytime in the United States. The sun greatly attenuates all daytime shortwave transmissions, and the Voice of America is one of the few shortwave stations that can be heard even today in the daytime.
In the days of the USSR, a special Soviet transmitter known as "Woodpecker" and could easily be heard worldwide across a bandwidth of several Megahertz. The nickname "Woodpecker" was somewhat accurate, as the sound it made in a shortwave receiver speaker was about the same as that of a Woodpecker bird. I heard it on my radio when I was a child. This noise sounded like it went through a phase shift on a regular periodic basis about every 5 seconds.
It was later made known after the USSR fell that Woodpecker was a form of mind control, as it pulsed day and night at frequencies of several Hertz which are close to those of the human brainwaves. (Apparently it didn't work - the Soviet Union fell apart anyway.) This powerful transmitter was located in Siberia. When the Soviet Union fell apart the Woodpecker also went silent.
The broad spectrum that Woodpecker covered was a strong indicator that it was a scalar wave being used. Scalar waves are difficult to shield against and can affect human health and penetrate deep underground. These waves are also a health hazard to free energy researchers who generate them, since it can cause illness and other health problems in researchers.
THE NEW TECHNOLOGY
This new technology were focusing on here does not appear to rely on any brain implant technology, and is a radical departure from the Woodpecker. That is to say, that no implants have appeared on MRI scans of at least one person who is being affected by this signal. However, there are various new materials which are invisible to MRI scans. There is also the possibility that this new signal used to change a person's mood is custom synchronized to their life force or brain frequency.
More than 50 years ago, early research showed that a charging bull can be stopped in his tracks with only a single radio signal received by an antenna implant in the bull's brain. If a simple radio signal can stop aggressive behavior, it stands to reason that a similar signal can start aggressive behavior as well.
