Recurring Dream Themes #1: Doctors, Hospitals, Surgery
#21
Yes, my mind is always in motion...it never stops or shuts up. I try to do meditation, but my mind has other ideas. I have learned to live with it, not much I can do about it. That is why it takes me so long to do things. I always have to do multiple things at once or I feel really anxious - and because I am doing multiple things at once, it takes me a lot longer to get anything done.

I have never thought of your active dreaming in this way before DT, what happens if you take a sleeper before bed, do you still dream so dynamically?

Yep...I usually have so many dreams I can't tell where one stops and one starts. Like I had said before, I have given up on my dream diary because it has gotten so long, it's becoming a tome.

Here's an addendum...last night (or this morning) while I was dreaming, twice, (at different times in different dream sequences) someone was trying to get me to sign some kind of forms. One time I wouldn't do it because I wanted to read it first, and the other time, something woke me up before I had a chance to sign it. Then, when I woke up, groggy as all get up, my nose had this strange, horrible pain in it. I thought it was just because my nose needed blowing or maybe from blowing it too much, but no...when I used a tissue on it and felt around, there was no pain. Only when I put my finger "near" my nose, then I get this weird pain. It is still there now, and I still can not figure out where it is coming from. Really strange....
