When busy with deprogramming, everything is all about release work.
I know about the following techniques:
Golden Altar
Oversoul release
Brown shelf/Brown X
Violet baloon/hose
Sea Salt baths
Merging or crashing matrix blocks
When the need for release is big I look for more agressive visualizations even with the help of physical tools so the impact is more drastic.
i.e.
With the brown shelf I can write my frustrations and problems on paper and put it on a real shelf. Than drive with my car from home and throw it all away in a river or so.
With colors I'm thinking about visualizing violet tools, hammers, knives, flames and golden devices to break matrix blocks, to crash patterns, to cut imprisoning lines etc etc.
I guess it will help to use a real violet hammer crashing something or breaking glass just after the releasework in visualizing the crashing of matrix blocks and other unwanted patterns. I think the real sound of breaking glass or even shouting at the end of the release ultimately gives the best effects in physical reality to activate the subconsciousness to release everything you want.
At Expansions Inc. they mention sexual energies at orgasm as powerful physical creators, but I even think the voice or sound filled with emotions or desires of a human being (esp. directed to the oversoul) after breathing exercises is a higher form of creative force instead of the sexual thing.
The creative chakra is creative Ok, closer in getting physical manifestations, but the thyroid chakra is able to "form" to "direct" to let it "go" and more accurate in the abstract design, it's closer to the higher mind I guess. Remind the thyroid chakra is the communication chakra, and the communication with the oversoul (esp. with the voice) is the interesting point here.
And sex is being Creative, I'm talking about being "Destructive" (release or break the programmings)
So, I'm interested if using real sound or the own voice at release work visualizations is a good katalysator. ....
