Reporter Caught Shapeshifting

Bullcrap. There are no such things recorded on video. Look at 39 seconds. Notice the same pattern of "scales" appeared on his shoulder on your right side. Now how could his suit shapeshifted too.

If I were younger, I would make videos like that on youtube to feel good about myself for tricking people. I think it's young prankster.

There has to be a logical explanation for it, maybe the cameras or the feed from the satellites. 

Check out Winnie from Wonderyears, she gets it bad (starts of at 2.40) and it abruptly ends.

Anubis Cell, there was a logical explanation. Don't ignore what I point out. I don't make things up. Just look at the video again of the report, and at the 39th second, the same pattern of "scales" go from his face to his shoulder where his suit is covering. There are also other youtube videos of people "shapeshifting" with the same scale-like special effect.

This is getting desperate and foolish of the pranksters and delusionals out there. I just saw Winnie and this is the same special effect as it was on the reporter in the other video. The special effect was so bad on here that her mascara was shapeshifting too. They just selected the start and end frames right before the camera turns, so that it looks like she's trying to hide her shapeshifting. But this news was not recorded live, so there's no point in airing. Also notice that at 2:24, her iris is floating in front of her face. Obviously someone did this special effect on every frame using software like Adobe Premier that lets you add plugins. This video clip took so long to load, but I sat through it because I wanted to know for sure.

Edit: And if it was really a hologram, where the hell did the energy come from to change the light protons, and not just that, but the physical matter? I've seen reptoids (not shapeshifters) before, but so far I've seen no shapeshifters on video. This makes me have more doubts than open-mindness orientated to shapeshifters. I've seen reptoids before I heard of them, but only through astral traveling.

Yes, I did notice that.  From the very first time I saw it.  Believe me, I highly suspect (I try not to believe in anything as it keeps me grounded while entering various fringe subjects) that its fake.  All that I was saying is that it was weird that his eyes were moving and his tongue was active and he stepped off camera when he was 'peaking'. 

I realize you think its pranksters and that is completely possible, Im just wondering about video compression, satellite feeds, commercial optics equipment, bandwidths and such.
