Rosie O'Donnell Takes A Stand for 9/11 Truth

It has been evident for a number of weeks now that talk show host Rosie O'Donnell has been trying to cover 9/11 truth in the best way she can without being yanked off the air - now her latest blog posting confirms this.

In her latest blog, dated March 15th, O'Donnell dispenses with the small talk and gets to the nub of the matter by stating some of the facts surrounding the demolition of building 7 on 9/11.

• The fires in WTC 7 were not evenly distributed, so a perfect collapse was impossible.
• Silverstein said to the fire department commander “the smartest thing to do is pull it.”
• Firefighters withdrawing from the area stated the building was going to “blow up”.
• The roof of WTC 7 visibly crumbled and the building collapsed perfectly into its footprint.
• Molten steel and partially evaporated steel members were found in the debris.

[WTC 7] contained offices of the FBI, Department of Defense, IRS (which contained prodigious amounts of corporate tax fraud, including Enron's), US Secret Service, Securities & Exchange Commission (with more stock fraud records), and Citibank's Salomon Smith Barney, the Mayor's Office of Emergency Management and many other financial institutions. The SEC has not quantified the number of active cases in which substantial files were destroyed [by the collapse of WTC 7]. Reuters news service and the Los Angeles Times published reports estimating them at 3,000 to 4,000. They include the agency's major inquiry into the manner in which investment banks divvied up hot shares of initial public offerings during the high-tech boom. …”Ongoing investigations at the New York SEC will be dramatically affected because so much of their work is paper-intensive,” said Max Berger of New York's Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann. “This is a disaster for these cases.” [New York Lawyer]

Citigroup says some information that the committee is seeking [about WorldCom] was destroyed in the Sept. 11 terror attack on the World Trade Center. Salomon had offices in 7 World Trade Center, one of the buildings that collapsed in the aftermath of the attack. The bank says that back-up tapes of corporate emails from September 1998 through December 2000 were stored at the building and destroyed in the attack. [TheStreet]

Inside [WTC 7 was] the US Secret Service's largest field office with more than 200 employees. …”All the evidence that we stored at 7 World Trade, in all our cases, went down with the building,” according to US Secret Service Special Agent David Curran. [TechTV]

Clearly anticipating a huge response, O'Donnell has suspended the comments form on the post.

O'Donnell's day time ABC chat show, The View first came to the attention of the 9/11 truth community last December when actor James Brolin, the husband of Barbara Streisand, encouraged viewers of the show to check out the website 911weknow.com , which purports to expose how the twin towers and Building 7, which wasn't hit by a plane, were brought down via controlled demolition.

The show then came to our attention again last month when O'Donnell and a panel discussed John Conner of the Resistance Manifesto. At this time O'Donnell mimicked Conner by shouting "9/11 was an inside job" in front of her mainstream audience.

On the panel at that time was The "Grey Gardens" star Christine Ebersole, who declared her admiration for Conner. Ebersole then appeared on John Conner's radio show (MP3) and stated that she agreed a corrupt faction within the U.S. government is to blame for 9/11.

"I think we want to look at our government as sort of like a benevolent father that's going to take care of us and be kind to us and treat us well, and I think it's too much for our people to conceptualize, and I'm sure that's what happened to people in Nazi Germany," Ebersole commented.

The New York Post immediately blasted Ebersole as a "kook".

O'Donnell was again in the news today after she covered the "confession" of Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, questioning it's authenticity. The Huffington Post commented:

"...it's very difficult to assert anything with certainty right now. But it's a little disquieting to listen to the laugher of the View audience and they try to figure out what they should be cheering for and what should bother them."

Indeed, it seems that O'Donnell has woken up to 9/11 truth only to find herself in a situation where her audience are not really 'typical' truth seekers, which is entirely a good thing. It therefore comes as no surprise to see Rosie O'Donnell making a more forceful attempt to educate her readers at this time.

It is important to stress that celebrity sound bites do not make a revolution, but it is important to remember that people such as O'Donnell have an avenue to reach a lot of people. It is down to the discretion of her viewers to decide whether to look into what she is saying.

While many have praised her, some vicious bloggers have already labeled O'Donnell as a lunatic and an anti-semite and are calling for her head, no doubt the mainstream media will pick up on this as they usually do, two days later than everyone else.

interesting that rosie decides to come out of the closet with bells and whistles on right about now.

i find it rather coincidental that she decides to be 'outspoken' about such an issue - not long after Anna Nicoles' funeral, when it so happens that a few hours or so before Annas' death, Rosie gave a damaging remark on her behavior?

is Rosie trying to save face? "oh s*** i f****d up, she died not long after i slammed her, i better do something to get my popularity back".

either way, if she was coming out because she truly believes in this sept 11 hoopla, then great, but i think she took this opportunity to save her own ass.

I don’t know if she’s trying to gain popularity by talking about 911. It could be she really is trying to educate her fans. It doesn’t seem like trying to tell the truth about 911 would make her more popular because the mainstream press will just make her sound crazy like they did with Charlie Sheen when he spoke about 911.

Richard, that may be so, but she is putting herself in the lime light by taking attention away from the anna nicole hoopla.

for example tom cruise - scientology - whether positive or negative, a lot of people know about it now.

as the saying goes, any publicity is good publicity.

It could be for publicity, we’ll have to see how things progress as time goes on. I noticed she closed the comments to her post. I imagine she was getting all kinds of nasty replies and she got tired of it. A lot of the brainwashed public here in the US will still attack anyone who dares to speak the truth about 911.

Police Harass 9/11 Truthers Outside ABC Studios

A 9/11 truth organization supporting and attempting to speak with Rosie O'Donnell about her recent comments regarding the September 11 attacks outside the ABC studios were harassed and intimidated by New York City police, a scene that caused O'Donnell to prematurely leave.

O'Donnell has been attacked by Neo-Con webzines over the last few days but completely ignored by the corporate media for controversial comments questioning the official 9/11 story.

Police were out in force to harass a group of about twenty 9/11 truth movement activists, led by Luke Rudkowski of We Are Change, telling them to take down signs, turn off video cameras and cell phones, checking ID's and taking information - despite the fact that they were simply news gathering and exercising their first amendment.

Officers were uncomfortable that their own image would be caught on camera, despite their demands for information from the group and a myriad of surveillance cameras pointed at the protesters from police cars and nearby buildings. 

Cops soon asked the small party to leave, yelling at them "the party's over," but Rudkowski and his cameramen withstood the intimidation and refused to go, despite being aggressively questioned on numerous occasions.

Eventually, an ABC representative emerged to inform the group that O'Donnell had left as a consequence of the police presence.

A New York Post reporter was also outside the studios attempting to talk to O'Donnell after she reportedly mentioned 9/11 truth again on her show today. It remains to be seen whether the statement is edited out of the episode which is set to air tomorrow, but sources inside The View expect that to be the case.

Even tho I'd love it if more of the media talking heads would start talking about the "real" stuff, they are still so heavliy controlled that it makes me suspicious.
Now Oprah is getting behind Esther Hicks and The Secret in a big way and maybe starting a bunch of new TV shows with positive thinking themes.

On the one hand great, right? But how will this info be manipulated? Will be interesting to see what happens.

I still think Rosie had major balls to come out since her career could have been over. Now Oprah needs to do it!

I haven’t figured if there is a hidden agenda behind Rosie speaking her mind or not. It surprised me that she did this because she had to realize ahead of time that this could ruin her career. The media and everyone else is already attacking her. Here’s a recent story.

Frothing bloodthirsty Neo-Con TV talking heads have crossed the line in their response to Rosie O'Donnell's comments on The View, with one MSNBC guest calling for O'Donnell to be executed for questioning the U.S. government.

Maniacal Neo-Con attack dogs cannot debate Rosie O'Donnell on a level playing field about the issues she raises on her show and therefore always have to resort to ad hominem name calling, demands that she be fired and as was broadcast last night, public calls for her to be hanged.

Actor and radio host Danny Bonaduce, appearing as a guest last night on MSNBC's Scarborough Country, hosted by former Republican Congressman Joe Scarborough, advocated the death penalty in response to Rosie O'Donnell's statements about the Iran hostage crisis and her questioning the official story behind 9/11.

Personally I think at this point if anyone had a rope thick enough, I think that Rosie should be strung up for treason," states Bonaduce, claiming that O'Donnell is giving "aid and comfort to the enemy."

Bonaduce was quick to cry foul after claiming his own family had received death threats after he appeared in a You Tube video being asked about 9/11 conspiracies, but it seems he has no qualms about advocating the murder of Rosie O'Donnell.

Unlike Bonaduce and his ilk, we afford him the right to make his sick and disgraceful comments under the banner of the first amendment, but the nature of his warped rhetoric highlights perfectly the attitude of these festering Bush cheerleaders and their fundamentalist zeal to see anyone who questions the government hung from the highest rafter.

Because Bonaduce doesn't have the intellectual capacity nor the decorum to calmly refute Rosie with reasoning, logic and evidence, his only recourse is to impetuously demand she be killed.

Likewise, the Hannity's, Scarborough's and O'Reilly's of the world can only keep feeding their braindead audience the kool-aid by wrapping themselves in phony patriotism and calling O'Donnell un-American because she doesn't agree that U.S. troops should be fed into another meat grinder.

These mouthpieces have the nerve to demand O'Donnell apologize to troops in Iraq when it was their willful and unquestioning pimping of war propaganda fed to them by the Bush administration that helped get the troops into the disaster in the first place.

The remainder of their rebuttal consists of highlighting O'Donnell's weight, while repeating a string of childish insults to the glowing approval of their mindless desecrated American flag made in China waving drunken audience.

The other aspect to it is that they are panicking about their ratings dropping month after month and know that starting a feud with O'Donnell will temporarily bring back attention to their failing broadcast and briefly rejuvenate their stuttering careers.

Any rational minded person can look at what both sides are saying and come to a decision as to who is more likely telling the truth - an individual who presents evidence and asks questions in a detailed and calm manner, or a gaggle of attack dogs who hurl 3rd grade level insults and demand the individual be killed for questioning the status quo.

9/11 Physicist Contacted To Appear On The View
Agreement tentatively made for Steven Jones to discuss towers, WTC 7 collapse.

Physicist Professor Steven Jones has confirmed that Rosie O'Donnell's staff have contacted him regarding a potential future appearance on The View to discuss the improbable collapse of the twin towers and WTC 7.

During a debate on The View, O'Donnell promised to feature a physicist as a guest on the show to discuss the physical evidence and the impossibility of jet fuel melting steel.

"A person from Rosie's team contacted me by E mail," Professor Jones told the Alex Jones Show, "so I wrote back to them and said I would be glad to appear and I named two other physicists who I trust who could also appear."

Jones said that Rosie's representatives need to get "permission" from ABC before the segment can be scheduled so the appearance is still tentative, but it is something that we might see when O'Donnell returns from vacation in around 10 days.

There are a couple of other potential developments that will strike a blow for 9/11 truth but we cannot reveal their exact nature so as to not compromise the chance of them actually unfolding.

One thing we can say for sure is that this entire story is not going away anytime soon.
