These are the famous "orbs" that have appeared in many parts of the world
I recall a massive sighting similar to this one in Mexico City. As far as i know they are unmanned drones but i have no idea what they do. To me it's definitely not a Blue Beam hologram [one was recovered once and i had the chance to inspect it up close when they put it up at a UFO conference i went to years ago]. It was a perfectly round, metallic sphere with one hollow at one end. There were no welding marks either, anywhere on it and it had a weird groove pattern engraved on it. Very strange looking. In my opinion they're some sort of surveillance drone, perhaps.
There's also footage of one of these chasing a british airways concorde and inspecting it up close from a few decades back
