Sensation of being squeezed
#1
I have been experiencing lately the feeling that I am being squeezed tighter and tighter energetically and my reaction is a constant desire to escape which is not possible.  I don't want to attribute this to any one thing but am making note of it here.

Okey-doke.

I have had the feelings (usually when I am lying in bed) that I feel like I am getting bigger and bigger and bigger, until I feel like I am going to explode. And then, after I can't seem to take it anymore, I feel myself getting smaller again. Now that is a weird feeling...

You know, about 6mos ago, I had the same feelings. Now I've a pretty good idea of who/what it is. If you feel like you're maybe, going to have a heart attack. Or on a lesser scale, like you just need to get away from current surroundings,, honestly, it's someone powerful around you. You may or may not know who it is. I got over it by squeezing a white/gray rag. I've got one I made into a cross w/a ball at the center. I just squeez away, and think about  obliterating the tall Gray species. It works.
Yet I've encountered "Some" who are a bit stronger than the rest. This is where the sqeezing on the heart comes in, as I'm relaxed at the time. So there's no reason for it to happen. I know who, and what that's all about, and I just think accordingly.

Picture the Beatleguse star going supernova in a realtime instant. Cool stuff it'd be to see. Especially for the NASA guys.
Yet it stops the "Squeeze" quickly if not instantly. Then I just look for the sad droopy faces about, and I know who.

Cheers.

No problem, I'm here to helpCool.
It is NOT,an axiety attack either. Don't let anyone tell you it is. It's not. I've never had a history of that,so I know better.
One other thing.
One thing I notice is that people around who generally know what they are doing, seem to become confused. Down becomes up,white is black sort of thing. It would normally get me annoyed, but I see that's what they "feed" off of. To get you agitated etc.
So then I just remain calm, take a good look around to who's observing the action, and think accordingly. Then I watch them get all sad, droppy lipped etc, and walk away.
as well excessive yelling, boisterious shyte talk, unnecessary noise making. They are all effects of their  messing with the people around me/you if it applies.
I've had my fun with it [them], but it is draining at times. I do my best, but I do wish there was something I could to to hurt them in that context. After all they've done it to me.

Anu, is it safe to assume you are mostly referring to experiences in your work environment?
