im sure im better off not knowing what mischief and craziness ive been involved with in my past lives. ill wait till i pass over till i remember all those pleasant memories of battles and wars and pillaging and what have you. i got enough on my plate here in this reality, let me focus on this life thank you very much.

I found Stewarts Programming scan to be very helpful. All his other scans however, honestly, I found to be at best, simply a confirmation of what I intuitvely couldnt put to words.
I feel as though, as long you get the basics here and there, but most importantly do pineal gland expansion/strenthening exercises, thats all you need. Once you develop your pineal, all your own answers come to you (you develop godmind awareness, you ask your mind a question and it responds, you start to actually see things etc etc)- Its like, you can theorise about practice regimes all day long, but at some point your gonna have to hit the gym - why not just go straight to the gym and learn as you go?
BTW, I might start a new thread on this, but I got this in my programming scan - for those who have something like it - how are you handling/ dealing with it? This part completely caught me off guard - like WTF??! :-

Yes, and this is the part of the brain which controls normal involuntary functions like heart and respiratory function. The programming is tied to these functions. Serious business, indeed.
