Sleep walking

Richard, This is what I do:

1. Burn sage in the bedroom while asking my spirit guides (angels, whatever) to protect me during sleep and astral travel.  I do this at least once a week.  If I get lax I have problems.

2. Hang three stones on my headboard - carnelian, ruby, and a form of chlorite (mine is seraphinite but other forms also work).

3. Never, ever, go to sleep with the tv on.

The worst that has happened since I started this is one night I woke up to see my spirit guides fighting off something that wanted to get in.
