Some rituals coming up
#91
Anu, some people have reported bruising as well.  If you want to see the thread, here it is:

It's long but there are some very interesting experiences recorded.  There's been over 3,000 hits on the thread so far.

So what's the occult significance of summer solstice? I'm guessing something to do with male/father worship, or something. I'm just curious about what kinds of rituals they'd perform & what energies they'd use, and to what end.

I always wake up with unexplained bruises that I just 'slough off.' Just today I have noticed 3 small bruises on my inner knee in the shape of an off-center pyramid. Actually, it looks more like 3 finger-tip marks. Hmmm...oh well, I don't know where they came from and I can't prove that they didn't somehow come from me or my dog, so I just forget about them.

DT, it is truly refreshing to hear some down-to-earth no-nonsense comment for a change: "Don't take it all so seriously! Lighten up - or better yet - just forget about it!

Goodness me, if we were to 'constantly' look out on the calendar for any potential "rituals coming up" we'd never get on with living life!

We need more of that here...! icon_wink

Rob the summer solstice is a very ancient ritual, and not long ago was proven by scientists the actual reason why Stonehenge was built in the first place, this is in your part of the world, so it is when the sun has reached its highest point, and was a ritual for many things including agriculture, just another reason why the UK is a very important location for energy. For the opposite side of the world, my part of the world, I actually love this date, because from this day our daylight is one minute longer each day, whoo hoo.

Is not the full moon energy weakened by being eclipsed?

It actually enhances the ritual energy because of the sun (son) and moon (mother) coming together. Yes MC, perfect night for the moonchild ritual.
