This chakra exercise is powerful. A sense of great clarity and tremendous energy usually follows. It can also induce vomiting in those too programmed.
THE CHAKRAS
Brown Chakra
The brown chakra is not really a chakra, but it is important to visualize as a grounding and harmonizing force against the accidental case of kundalini activation that results in deaths or mental disturbances.
Root Chakra
Located at the perneum. It extends to the top of the pubic bone. In Pale Red.
Sacral Chakra
Located at the top of the pubic bone. It extends to the navel. In Pale Orange.
Solar Plexus
Located at the navel. It extends to the sternum. In Pale Yellow.
Heart Chakra
Located at the sternum. It extends to the clavicle or collar bones. In Medium Green.
Throat Chakra
Located at the base of the throat. It extends underneath the nose tip. In Ice Blue.
Pineal Chakra
Located at the tip of the nose. It extends to the middle of the forehead. It is in Royal Blue.
Crown Chakra
Located at the top of crown. In Violet.
DIFFERENCES IN THIS CHAKRA EXERCISE
Contary to popular belief, the chakra system is not consisted of orbs. Orbs would result in holes in the auric field which then allows astral entities and leeches to attach to you. --The lower chakras are in pastel colors. Too bright or medium of the colors open the mind up to ELF programming and other outside influences. However, the higher chakras may be in brighter colors. --The pineal chakra is in royal blue. Indigo at the pineal gland would open you up to the influence of the lower astral entities.
PROCEDURE
Visualize yourself inside a cylindrical tube with each of the colors in their place.
The seven colors represent the seven chakra bands, but I am calling them sections. Spin it in only one direction for all seven sections: Either clockwise or counterclockwise. Begin by spinning the brown section. Visualize the color in this area spinning in and around the legs. After you spin the first section at least three times, move to the next section and spin that. Continue up to the crown chakra.
NOTES
Ease off. You can take as long as you want on any one chakra. You can even wait inbetween the chakras. Because, they are seperate energy centers. But, you must spin from the bottom-up. And you must spin the brown section to prevent any fatal premature kundalini activation.
If you want to switch directions, wait three days spinning the chakras in the same direction before switching. However, you can switch directions to release the effects of a particular stressful day: Do it this way--Spin the chakras in the reverse direction from the crown chakra to the brown section. Be warned: Switching directions too much tend to shut down the chakra system!
"Chakra spinning aligns all of the body's energies for the day so that you receive the optimal energy from each energy center." So it is a good idea to spin your chakras every morning.
