Residents in the Argentinian village of San Carlos say they have seen a tiny stranger about 40 centimeters tall, who appears to be protected by a magnetic field preventing people from approaching him.

Two men, Walter Lopez and mechanic Omar Ferlatti, told local police about their encounter with the little creature, who they described in detail, saying it was also dressed in shining pants.
