Ok here in the last year or so I've started to hear people and be able to communicate back mostly non spokenly its like i think the words and they hear me, mostly its my girlfriends that live a few miles away but sometimes i hear other people too, other times its like i hear voices in my head other times its my ears and alot of times i know the ones in my head aren't me and it isn't right because i really dont have much of an inner voice and alot of the things they say i never would and its hurting my realization stage because im right now at 23 and its like i never think but things have started like visualized memories, names, my communication with my girlfriends, and alot of times ive got to use my mouth to get through, i really dont know what all of this is and i need some help on understanding these things,
