Basically stated, our consciousness in the form of energy moves from one chakra frequency to the other in a spiraling manner. The energy centers in the human body are called chakras and model spinning wheels, the structure of these energy centers allows energy to flow from one section of the body to another. These energy centers are expressed through light, sound, and color, just like everything in our world as well. The first 4 chakras are the only ones that contain elements of restriction – earth, fire, air and water, this is part of the reason why they are so difficult to keep balanced and also why they are targeted by the illuminati, all the chakras rotate at different speeds, but feed one another simultaneously, it is like a symphony and when one is out of tune, well!
