Physical beings of dark nature, and I presume you are talking about people that seem to have no empathy or compassion and intentionally want to harm, hurt or just ridicule others.

Those of this nature are usually locked down to the lower chakras, and some do have good reason, yet these reasons entrap their higher levels of spiritual understanding, therefore they become locked into the lower chakra which amplifies the animal, prehistoric retribution energy and these types of personalities are a target for lower astral attachments which will intensify that negative to great extent.

Have you looked into the Orgonite?
