The Journey
#1
To Preface......... A few years ago I worked at a canoe livery. At times I was a raft guide for groups down our relatively  tame river. This is the river that I live across the road from .

The Dream:

I am walking in  the area where I live on no particular path.. Just making my way and taking in the lovely green and blissfully aware of the wildlife and flora and fauna around me. Listening to the birds etc. As I walk I am going through woods to open areas to woods again ,some hills, some level areas. At one point I am able to see the river on my left from a clearing on a slight rise. I am familiar with this area .It is a branch of the river that is unnavigable unless there  has been alot of rain here or  from up north. Then it is very fast and dangerous and the livery would only put experienced canoeists on it. Otherwise it's very rocky and you really get nowhere fast and the livery didn't put people on it. Even though we'd had quite alot of rain lately ,in this dream(and in 3-D), this branch was it's low and unnavigable self.Still there were people in canoes and kayaks on it trying to get somewhere.I found that very curious and thought maybe they needed help but continued on my journey as they also seemed to be drunk.

After a short while I suddenly found myself at the top of a very high snow capped mountain. It occured to me that I didn't know there was a mountain in the area.lol! Then I noticed I wasn't on the mountain but above it:shock:. This realization however but me on the mountain top feet firmly planted !This was the very peak and no where else to go . I looked down to my right facing south on one side of the mountain was a herd of wild horses just below the snow cap and to my right on the other side of the mountain a few grizzly  bears. So I chose to go down the way where the horses were and woke up.

left represents femanine and right represents masculine. The low water is on the left. I notice the grizzly's are on the right. and the horses are on the left. Any ideas what this might mean to you.

I meant to write "facing south to my left on the other side of the mountain were a few grizzly bears."

Wild Horses to me .......freedom ,movement ,grace, strength

Grizzly bears.....unpredictable,viscious, strength ,self serving

IMHO and FWIW.....In my view Emerge we are a society that has divorced itself from the masculine (God the Father). I know it seems just the opposite but that is part of the illusion. The perversion of the feminine is a result of this. Another result of the illusion that God has abandoned us.  Not so. It we who have done the abandoning.icon_wave

I agree that our society seems intent on the demasculinization of males. It is seen everywhere-in any media venue men are portrade as weak and childish. We all have aspects of both male and female and in our society this is out of balance. It is something that needs to be healed before the illusion can be corrected. We have abandoned ourselves.

Emerge, That's not what I was referring to really.Very simply put and admittedly probably not very aptly put, I was saying that we have become so unbalanced due our focus being  almost entirely on the material  and the physical.

I do agree that we have both aspects out of balance .
