Those green coloured "Space Ships" sitting on the Saturnian Rings are approximately 7000 MI in length or 11,265.408 KM!
If those "Space Ships" are those of the KUIPER BELT ALIENS (KBA), and they are simply a small number of the vast interstellar "Space Ships" the KBA are utilizing, then this Solar System is certainly under some kind of "Martial Quarantine" because the KBA have brought so many of them into the Solar System, especially within the Kuipers Asteroid Belt.

Certainly Veronica. The JPEG Images you are referring to are as follows:
In the top of both JPEG Images, that is the "outer edge" of the Saturnian Rings turned on its side, because the NASA Cassini-Huygens Space Probe flew by Saturn at that angle, and the completely "vertical lazer beam emission" in the bottom section of both JPEG Images shows some kind of "electromagnetic discharge" from one of the massive "Space Stations" in orbit around Saturn itself.
The illustrations you are thinking about within the photographs of the article in the French Newspaper called 'Lââ¬â¢Actualite Insolite', is actually from South American paintings that date back to the time of the South American Indians, the time of the Aztecs, the Incas and the Mayans. Whether there is some kind of historical link between those South American tribes and the "Space Ships" in orbit around Saturn is not known.
Your comparison of the "Cylindrical Space Station" to the one in the excellent film 'Dune', is a great comparison to make Veronica.:) I agree with you on that point! What I also find so amazing is, if such vast "Space Ships" exist in the Solar System, then even pondering the numbers of ET Groups actually are living onboard such advanced "Space Ships" is inspiring to think about.
