This thread has gotten very good since my last view. I am too scared to listen to the recording because if my husband is not home at night I will think about it. I am a weenie as well.
I saw a ghost once though, back in my Tarot card reading, palm reading days. I was sitting on my couch, my black cat Sheeba was facing me and facing the doorway behind me which led to my bedroom. Suddenly she stood up and arched her back, her hairs stood on end as if afraid, she was looking in the doorway. I turned to look and a dark shadow person was leaning out from the doorway. I could see the shape of the head, neck and shoulders, but it was all black. As soon as I turned to look at it head on (slowly) it moved back behind the doorway, almost at the exact same speed I turned to look. SO by the time I was head-on looking, it had fully disappeared. Then my cat ran towards the figure and I ran to see. My boyfriend, at the time was asleep on my bed and the cat was laying next to him when I arrived.
Creepy! BUt I KNOW it was a shadow person. When I looked it up on the net, years later, I instantly recognized it. This is apparently a real phenomenom.

More creepy stuff happened last night, I'll document here:

1. Checked my email and there were 555 messages to download.  Yeah, I go a while without checking my email and I do get lots of spam, but strange number, dontcha think?
   
2. After 9pm last night the phone rang while I was watching Antiques Roadshow.  It rang four times and then the answering machine came on.  I listened and no one left a message.  When I finally got up to check the caller ID, no number at all had been logged in for the after 9pm call.  Between you, me and the fence post......... I think a ghost called me.

I am like that too.  :( 

Mine works most nights so I'm home alone a lot when it's dark.  When it gets dark out and if I'm in one of my weird moods, I can really scare myself senseless.  And it seems the worst storms with the worst lightning/thunder and winds always happen at night.

Sily, this is amazing that so many strange things are happening to you. I thought some voodoo hit this site today because it took me forever to get it to load. I kept getting the “cannot display the webpage” message. Everything seems fine now. Hopefully it will stay that way. :pray:

Andrew, did you have anything odd happen to you after listening to the recording?

I want to tell you Richard, earlier I was trying to post a response to the article you posted about the lower testosterone in the tribe's men and when I hit the submit button, I got a totally white page except for the message "could not connect to Mysql database on line 25" ..... so your mysql database could not be accessed at all at one point this morning.  The forum was very slow this morning, I guess because of the mysql problems.

I know from experience when I've installed a new plugin or two I've messed up my own database.. or if I'm in my control panel and fooling around with php admin.   I hope this place stays UP.....I like it too much[size="-1"]!

That’s interesting, I’m not sure what was going on with the server but I reported it to WowBB and they rebooted the server. So far it seems back to normal.

I listened today (I was feeling bold) and it was very strange. It sounded like a demon beating a person in the beginning, with a strap or long switch of some kind. Definitely demonic, as far as I am concerned.
When you think about it, what is actually going on all around us in the spirit realm that we dont even see.
