I was having breakfast this morning and in the process of deciding how I was going to spend my day off, when I received a new text from UNKNOWN. Before I even opened it, I instinctively knew that it was going to be from Keb439 and I was right.

It read: can you log onto the net and go to the attached link, your friend Keb439.

The link was for a .onion website that needed a TOR connection, which I managed to access after downloading and setting up the required software.

The site was very basic and had a chat screen link that did not seem to require any login. So I quickly opened up my wordpad, so that I could make a brief note of what was said and then just typed  ‘Hi’….I then waited to receive a reply.

This is a synopsis of our conversation:

Hi, it’s Keb439……I hope that you do not mind me making contact with you in this way, but it is more convenient for me at present due to my location and current status.

If possible, I would like to continue on from our last meeting, although I do not have a great deal of time so it will be fairly brief?

I replied, yes of course and we started to chat:

Is there anything before we start that you would like to ask me, as I seem to have been pushing the agenda, although there is good reason for this. I ask because I feel that you may now be in a more receptive frame of mind, which I hope allows us to take our interactions to the next level.

Yes I think that’s true, my early scepticism has now turned into genuine curiosity, so let me start by asking if you have any knowledge of UFO’s and extra terrestrials……well basically do they exist, as I feel we are not being told the truth?

Let me start by saying that although I am not a scientist, I do hold several accreditations in science, physics and history; you would call them degrees. My designated position that was allocated at birth, was ‘Class One Operative’. This is a high ranking military position which basically allows me to access most top secret data and my remit is to maintain the integrity of the continuum, by whatever means necessary and at any cost. Basically I have total control over the planning and  implementation of all the missions that I undertake. I can of course be overruled by my superiors, but this rarely happens due to their lack of operational experience in the field.

Anyway, back to your question….this a difficult one to answer because what you are asking me is something that is always kept secret from the general population in this timeline and is often totally denied by those with the correct knowledge, especially when the issue raises it’s head publicly; say after a craft sighting. Also, even in our timeline where the disclosure of facts are enshrined in law, some of the more sensitive data is still classified and remains top secret.

As this has not yet been made available to the general populace in this timeline, I would not normally disclose this information.

But look, as I need to fully gain your trust and because I believe it will help extend the markers that have already been placed, I am going to give you a brief outline of the information that I hold. This should not have any detrimental affect on current events if distributed online, but I would ask that you do not embellish this information in any way, before posting.

The short answer is yes they do exist. Of course their appearance can vary to some extent and some  are certainly not friendly towards us and would do us great harm if we did not have powerful deterrents in place, as well as friendly allies that historically exert some control over them. Many actually have human like physical attributes and because we have developed language conversion systems, we are able to communicate effectively with most species.

The universe of course is ever expanding and so is the time continuum, because of this it is not known exactly how many colonies exist outside of our own solar system, but we have contact with some of the more advanced civilizations and have entered into mutual agreements to share technology with some of them. The only thing we do not share is our knowledge of time travel, which is a closely guarded secret, as this technology would be extremely dangerous in the wrong hands.

UFO’s as you call them, are just everyday transport for all advanced civilizations. The ability to travel at  light speed was one of the technologies that we gained from our association with the ‘PLEIADEANS’ who are based in The Pleiadean Taygeta and other systems. Unlike some species, they are friendly and are human like in appearance. They also have the ability to speak many languages including English. They have in fact had a long secretive association with earth, going back many years. But I must stop there as I have already disclosed more than I intended.

Ok, I appreciate your candor, but can you please explain some more about your government structure?

Of course you remember that I told you that we are all designated our positions at birth. This however does not include members of the ruling council, they are elected by the people, well I say people but that does not include transients, as they have no legal rights until they reach eighteen years of age. Candidates are chosen from citizens who display the right attributes throughout their early cycle and are then short listed by the existing council members before being salaced; sorry you would say displayed – I really must stop using words from my timeline, it is a force of habit. Anyway, detailed information on each candidate is displayed on all forms of media for one month, giving the people time to digest all their attributes before selection day. This all takes place two years before an existing council member is due to be ‘centered’, so that we can be certain that the candidate elect is properly rotated in his or her new roll, which helps maintain continuity in the system.

One other thing I would like to ask if you have the time, it’s regarding robots and AI, as some people in this timeline think that the future will be controlled by sinister forms of artificial intelligence and killer robots?

Humanoid clones are the only AI that we have in our timeline. We use an array of robotic assistance to carry out menial and dangerous tasks, but all human needs are taken care of by clones. When a clone model is chosen by their prospective owners, a questionnaire is filled out that helps assist the producers when they pre-program the personality and ability chips that are introduced directly after completion of the birthing process. All higher brain function is replaced with an implant that customizes the clone to match the criteria of the new owner. So for instance, if someone wants a companion that can not only clean and cook etc but will also be available to perform certain sexual tasks, then this request will be programmed into their memory chip. Or perhaps they have been purchased by a corporation to say clean and maintain a building, they would then have this function pre-programmed into their chip. All other higher thought process would be removed. Chips can be re-calibrated and re-programmed at any time to add or remove functionality. Any non-transients (over the age of eighteen) can purchase or hire one for a maximum of 5 years, they are then centered. This is because some years ago people became too attached to their clones and some started to became completely unmanageable, because unfortunately at this time they were still able to access some of their high level cognitive functions. There was also a small but growing movement that wanted to give clones the same rights and privileges as humans. This became very destructive and almost led to a complete breakdown in society. According to history, things came to a head and an emergency law was passed to have all current clones centered with immediate effect, along with anyone who had supported the Humanoids application for these rights. This was a very dark time in our history, as millions of clones and citizens instantly had their chips canceled. It was many years before clones were integrated into society again, but not before the technology was perfected that removed their ability to access any potentially damaging thought processes and guaranteed that they would remain under strict human control.

Sorry, just a last quick question regarding crime, punishment and the law etc?

Crime is extremely low in our timeline compared to yours and we have no large prison complexes. We also only have three main laws. All other judgments regarding minor infringements, are also based on these.

They are:

You must not intentionally injure or kill.
You must not steal or damage property or belongings owned by somebody else.
You must be honest in your dealings and not set out to swindle anyone.

These laws are not only simple to understand, they have been extremely effective. Anyone proven to have broken these laws intentionally and fully, will be instantly centered.

All laws are policed and punishments enforced by the peacekeepers, who have full autonomy over which action is to be taken in each case. They have access to advanced Neuro Polygraph Scanning Technology, which has the ability to instantly expose someone if they are being deceitful. Although authorization still has to to obtained from a senior judgment officer if they are to be centered.

Minor misdemeanors are dealt with by credit deductions or personal payback, I will elaborate on this subject at a later date, when I have more time.

Wow, that’s a lot to take in. I will need some time to digest this.

Sorry, I offer my apologies, but I really must quickly digress as I just have enough time to update you on the important upcoming events, that I mentioned to you previously.

I emphasize again the impotence of this information, as I know this is going to impact on you directly. So firstly I will just reiterate the advice regarding prepping and staying in situ when the time comes; you would probably call it when SHTF.

I hope that you have taken my advice on board. I would also like to add that when the time comes, you may have to do some things that you would otherwise never contemplate. Yes I know that it may seem a little strange to bring this up now, but I want to give you plenty of time to digest this, so you are fully prepared to deal with what ever comes along. What I am trying to say is, make sure that you really are prepared to take ‘all measures’ to survive and at ‘any cost’….are you with me?

Yes I understand, although you are right, at this present time this all seems a little over the top and I am not sure what signs to look out for?

It probably does, but as time moves on you will begin to understand what I am trying to instill in you. I can only say at this stage that the trigger will involve Islamic fundamentalism, so keep your eye on current events, but do not worry too much at present, just take some time to really think the situation through.

So that was it, the webpage closed and I was left with a blank screen. But this has not only now become extremely interesting, but worrying at the same time. I also hope that the events he spoke about are not going to happen just yet, as to be honest, I am now starting to get extremely anxious about the future.

I received a text message from ‘UNKNOWN’ whilst I was out shopping this morning, it read: Log onto the web at the earliest opportunity, also please take note of the new link I have provided.

It was of course from Keb439 and I returned home earlier than I had planned, as I wanted to get the latest update.

After logging on and typing the new link into the TOR browser, I was redirected to a site that had a similar page to the last one we had used to converse. So I typed ‘good morning’ into the chat box and waited. Unlike our last contact, around 20 minutes passed before I received a reply.

This is the synopsis of our brief conversation:

Thank you for waiting for my reply, sorry for the delay but I was in the process of finishing something important, which could not be put on hold.

Anyway, I messaged you today because I just wanted to let you know that I will be unable to make any contact for around 4/5 days, due to the delicate and personal nature of my next mission. But don’t worry as I will make it a priority to contact you as soon as it is practical to do so.

Ok, thanks for the update. Have you got time to answer any questions?

I can probably answer one if it is brief, as my time is very limited today.

Well it may be a little contentious, as it concerns God and Religion. Also If you have time, can you just give me an outline of how important decisions are made and by whom in your timeline?

You are certainly spot on with that assumption, the first issue has the potential to be very contentious in this timeline and I alluded to this when we first met. I also have to be very careful when divulging information on this subject, because of the potential risk it could pose to this timeline.

Firstly, every species without exception that we have had direct contact with throughout the universe, have their own spiritual and ritualistic ceremonies.

The actual origins of our universe and how it came into existence, are still unknown – regardless of the theories that are constantly put forward and often touted as fact. You could argue that only God would have the time and resources to create such a vast universe, but no one to our knowledge has travelled beyond it’s boundary; as it spans billions of light years and is ever expanding. Some scholars have suggested that the universe is nearly 14 billion years old, but no one has been able to supply any hard  evidence to quantify this. So if you are seeking a definitive answer I will have to disappoint you, as it cannot be given.

If a Grand Architect or God exists then they have yet to show themselves, but hopefully this will change one day and you may get the answers to the questions you are seeking. Until then, as intelligent beings we should keep an open mind.

I would add that in our timeline people are free to practice whatever faith they wish, as long as it does not encroach into any of the laws I spoke about previously. If however, it is discovered that a person or group of people have used it as a tool to coerce others into committing crimes, especially those that directly effect fellow humans, then those individuals will be centered with immediate effect. This is one of the subjects that we actively set out to address early on in our history, because it was clear that if left unchecked and unchallenged, this one issue had the potential to cause the near extinction of the human race. Although I really must stop there, as I am now venturing into dangerous territory.

With regards to the second part of your question. Any issues that are considered by the council to be domestic in nature and potentially contentious – i.e. changes in working conditions etc, have to be put to a vote in the form of a compulsory referendum. The people can instantly place their preference using all available media sources. The result is determined when the final balance reaches 51% or greater, either for or against. This is considered the fairest way to implement any changes to the domestic agenda and the result is final and legally binding. All other issues outside of this are dealt with directly by the ruling council.

So that was it, a brief interaction but at least another couple of questions answered. Hopefully I will be able to garner some in-depth information regarding Keb439′s current mission, when we next meet face to face.
