Some ideas here would be greatly appreciated...for the last 5 years, I have become aware of myself always looking at the clock when it is exactly 11:34 day or night.  No other times have ever been as continuous as this. Ideas????

Welcome to the forum, 11:34 could be a programming trigger. It’s hard to say without knowing much about you. You can find out by visualizing 11:34 at your pineal gland and see what comes up. The images you see will give you a clue.
