No, Elizabeth, they Are sitting on something... the physics of mass and particularly the center-of-balance thing would not allow for this, even with strong legs.

I wondered...yoga/schmoga to the above description that accompanied the video. They'd fall on their keisters if they weren't being held up by (invisible line maybe?). I don't know but it's quite an illusion!
