Barrium, Aluminum eh? Let me ask you a question, these particles are metallic, or at least have metallic properties right? Say if you have a magnet, and you sprinkle Iron/ metallic fillings. They will be attracted to the magnet right? You can use the magnets to direct them in any direction, trailing the magnet right? Now say these metallic substances are ingested, through breath, or drinking water, you have a person who's now metallic in a sense at least. Now they won't have magnets flying through the air sticking to them, but they have metal in their bodies.
Now take it a step further. When ingested, the water that replenishes your minerals,some metallic, can increase the amount of that substance. Through breath, the blood's contents of metals are increased as well. with the added effect that that metallic increased blood is pumped through the brain. The brain uses electrical impulse to make things work. Thought triggers these impulses. Metal and electricity don't often go well together, unless they're the right metallic substances, like copper. but even if they're wrong, they still create a spark.

Now while the found metals have degenerative health effects, and while you can spread bio agents, weaken the immune system. While you can cloud the sky, is it possible that there's a hidden purpose as well.

What if some of this "mind control" technology is most effective,if some of it dependent on using increased metallic content in the body to influence a subject? The signals, through say, magnetic resonance, are used to transmit commands to a subject. Hypnosis, and MK ultra use the voice through the vibrational mechanics of the ear and inner ear to introduce commands to a brain in a psychologically compromised state. Electro shock. Cell phone signals can be piggy backed to introduce commands.
So if one was looking for a backup to whatever else is used as a delivery, do you think  it's possible to develop and use a system like this? One that you could affect a mass number of people without ever kidnapping, implanting etc. And hide it within the controversy,disbelief, known effects,unknown effects?

It's hard to put into words at the moment, of the actual mechanics, but I'm thinking of a variety of ways this could work. I'm just bouncing ideas around for the moment, and I don't fully believe it's [chemtrails] going to stop around the world but for the U.S. .
