Water and sportsdrinks
#1
Although sportsdrinks are manufactured with vitamins & electrolytes, water is preference one. Nothing energizes myself like cold, bottled water. Stewart is correct, water amplifies energy :big grin:

They (sportsdrinks like Gatorade) seem to wake me up like a bottle of coca cola does. But they are probably just as toxic as commmercial soda.

I still recommend tea over any artificial energy enhancer drinks because it doesn't make me feel jittery. The relaxation and energy boast also tends to linger longer.

But I heard that tea also contains flouride.

In that case, maybe we should imprint our own bottles of distilled water with pale red or green. It would be our own little secret: Energizer Elixers.

I'm sure Gatorade and Powerade aren't toxic, they're just designed for mineral replenishment. I like sportsdrinks AND water. But I'd put water before anything else.
