What Are The Most Important Basic Hyperspace Techniques
#1
I have people who have not read any swerdlow books who are very interested in this stuff. I myself am a hyperspace noobie. What are the basic but most important hyperspace techniques people should know, understand and practice? Is there a reference guide anywhere on this site? Besides balancing your tbar, breathing techniques, what else is important? I myself will type up a flyer with the basics and send it to others on the net, and print out to send to friends/family.

I'd say the top three basics are:

1.) T-bar balance. As Stewart states, if you cannot determine your personal T-bar, then visualize a circle with a dot centered, all royal blue. I do this over a black background.

2.) Spin every chakra from bottom to top each morning.

3.) Ultimate protection technique [violet tetrahedron inside a violet octahedron, then place yourself inside the tetrahedron]

One more I find important: Cleansing breaths. It's fast & clears the mind of clutter, which then you should balance your T-BAR, then you're prepared for any clean visualization.

To put somewhat on the list:

Also:

Brown Merger technique

Brown Cross technique

Put yourself in brown after intense deprogramming exercises

And above all .... the golden altar technique

Hi ChromedAngel

That's interesting you use a black background for your t-bar balancing.  What is your reason for this?

I have always followed the protocol that the background is royal blue, because you are focused at the pineal gland, and then the t-bar changes colour naturally depending on your state of mind and needs.

I just wonder if focusing on black when you at the pineal like that may actually be negating that area, or even hiding true balance from your mind-pattern?  Perhaps there is a programming link where this block is used for you to 'balance' the matrix, or a specific alter, without disturbing the Internal Programmer's agenda??

If I have misinterpreted your statement, then my apologies in advance. :)

Hello Monica,

The black background is my method always, cause:

1.) Stewart's material states to visualize a royal blue circle/dot. He never mentions a background. When the eyes are shut, all is black. So manifesting the circle/dot in royal blue over the black backdrop *is* the visualization. Or the backdrop is manually shifted into white. Black[naturally] for me. So long as the color is neutral, so the visualization is solidly focused into the archetype

2.) Manifesting the T-Bar archetype, or circle/dot, ahead of a royal blue background itself is exceedingly difficult to visualize. I've also never heard of the archetype shifting colors

3.) The circle/dot visualization is a gift; I do it so extensively that my focus is irreversibly collimated into a laser beam. Via pineal targeting, I can hone into anything, no matter the distance or material[car, kitten, tires, clothing, an individual] and feel what it's "like"

Well, when you do the visualisation, the background colour is not dependant on what you physically see behind the eyes, and yes the background should always be royal blue for this exercise.  When you see the t-bar, it will naturally show in the colour of your mindset at that moment.  There are threads on the members section of Expansions, which I can't access right now, about what colour peoples' t-bars have been showing as (and whether the colour is natural or being manipulated by programming).  Black or white as a background would indicate a programming interferance, or mind-pattern issue that needs to be addressed.

I don't consider it as a gift at all, because it is just a natural technique anyone can use to maintain their mind-pattern balance.  Your focus being like a laser beam, and being able to tap into frequencies you focus on, can be Oversoul or programming directed.  The ability itself is neither positive or negative, so doing this does not preclude implants or alters being activated to receive information in this manner.

Thank you all for the information.  I am working on a flyer!

Well, each time I initially pursued the original exercise, the T-bar persistently shifted into a mixture of all three.

Stewart's default pineal exercise is the circle/dot, in royal blue. He mentions no background. Placing royal blue over royal blue itself, you see nothing. So since then, I've used the black backdrop.

Besides, the objective of the default exercise is for placing mental flex physically into the pineal gland. Centering a dot into a circle forces mental focus.
