Also do the Priest Hood Reptilians wear black or brown hooded cloaks--the cloak forming a triangle? What are their abilities? Are they like wizards?

The Ciakar are discussed alot by Alex Collier and all the Leading Edge material and the planet Arriakis is the home planet of the Orion Confederation and thus as Earth Humans are called Terrans , therefore those Reptilians are called the Arriakisians.
