This might be rough on yourself. But I am on a routine where if I wander from my visualization of the circle and dot or merger, I forcefully open my eyes up, rush to the floor, and do push-ups (whether or not I feel like floating inside my body). Then, I rush back into position for the visualizations. After maybe an hour of this, my mind will get it. I commited to this. And whenever I wander from visualizations, I'd say to myself "oh no, i screwed up again... time for push-ups!"

As a bonus, I visualized the super strength archetype and quickly grounded at the end of the physical exercises. This not only promotes endurance but mental strength in the physical world.
