What I Do When Visualization Fails
#1
This might be rough on yourself.  But I am on a routine where if I wander from my visualization of the circle and dot or merger, I forcefully open my eyes up, rush to the floor, and do push-ups (whether or not I feel like floating inside my body).  Then, I rush back into position for the visualizations.  After maybe an hour of this, my mind will get it.  I commited to this.  And whenever I wander from visualizations, I'd say to myself "oh no, i screwed up again... time for push-ups!"

And more reasons to do this:  The more muscle mass, the more easily mental strength and soul capacity is accessible.  As a bonus, I visualized the super strength archetype and quickly grounded at the end of the physical exercises.  This not only promotes endurance but mental strength in the physical world.

Dear SilverInfinity

What you described sounds like self-punishment based on your programming experiences.

You punish yourself each time you falter, which is like a form of psychological torture, and the very fast switch between brain-wave states would put a lot of stress on your physical body.

This is a classic programming technique, and is also evident in military type situations.  You fail, and you get punished.

Remember there is no failure.  You need to be more gentle on yourself and show compassion when you do not do everything perfectly.

Besides, you may actually be distracting yourself from something you need to know.  If your attention becomes diverted, see what it re-focuses on, and investigate that to find out if your Oversoul is trying to show you something.

The push-ups effectively block you by saying there is a limited way you have to perform your visualisations, otherwise you deserve a negative consequence.

This is a form of self-victimisation.  You need to look and see why you want to damage yourself in this way.

How about I reward myself for doing good visualizations?

Sounds okay, though in fact the experience of a good visualisation is a reward in itself.  By setting up the idea of rewards for good behaviour, you unconsciously continue to imprint punishment for 'bad' behaviour.

Rather than reward yourself for doing something well, just be nice to yuorself anyway!  Make the visualisation, meditation etc. an experience that 'rewards' you with deeper knowledge and connection to yuor Oversoul and God-Mind.

Right.  I'm working on that one.  Again, thanks.  Your info will help others too.

Dear SilverInfinity

You could make it into a song!!  That would be a way to open up your creative abilities, use your Hyperspace knowledge in a positive and rewarding manner, and also show self-love and compassion!!
