Thanks for bringing this clear explanation to our attention.  I read about this in a local newspaper some months ago and was quite alarmed at the concept.  It was a small article when it should have been in very LARGE print.  There was a comment  praising this by someone in the US who already has the implant, saying what a great idea it is.  There are machinations by the Govt for a SmartCard here, which is meeting some resistance but possibly not enough.  Everyone who values their freedom should see this presentation.
