Hi i read all the feedback on this topic. Some good stuff. Im with william on this one. Dont prematurely activate kundalini.
heres why 5 years ago my brother had his chakras all opened by a psychic lady. This is what happened he cried for 2 weeks straight. He would ring me and tell me that all of his past livetimes kept flashing before him, he couldn't control it.
He re-experienced all the pain again and again, so he went back to the lady to be fixed. She only knew how to open the chakras and refered him to a friend.
Luckily this person closed his chakras to where they originally were to start with. Premature kundulini is no good, but thats my opinion.
I can say that a person can practise Qi gong meditation which does open the chakras one at a time slowly. Ones own working progress to enlightenment. It could take a person 5 years to open them all, but hey wouldn't it make one feel better if they had actually worked toward something like that to avoid a kundalini meltdown.
Does anyone have any other recommendations to naturally opening up the chakras?
