A-O Report Special Coverage
The central part of Texas was inundated overnight with monsoon-like rainfall. Some areas northwest of the state capital of Austin received as much as 18 inches of rain during the overnight hours. Three Texas' counties were particularly hard hit.
Severe flooding has developed and during the night rescue agencies were hampered in their rescue efforts because of the storm's intensity. Helicopter crews had to abandon several pre-dawn rescue attempts because of the stormy atmosphere.
In Oklahoma, flooding was nearly as bad. The Oklahoma City area received it's 15th straight day of rainfall setting a new all-time record for the number consecutive days of rainfall.
Flooding problems have not been confined to the southern plains of America. The Great Lakes region and in particular the Chicago area have also had to deal with excessive rainfall. Chicago is also battling flooded streets and basements as it copes with a 4 inch deluge that dropped in only 45 minutes.
Divine Wrath or A Human Act oF War?
It's almost as if the massive rains have been supernaturally triggered but A-O readers should be aware that the militaries of various nations including the United States military have been experimenting with weather control programs and as such, it is possible these storms have been created by a human hand for either experimentation or as an subtle act of war.
Weather control programs are an outgrowth of a form of physics known as "scalar physics." Russia claims to have developed specific capabilities to stop droughts by creating rainstorms. In fact, a few years ago, the then drought-stricken nation of Indonesia paid Russia several million dollars to "break" a drought by creating man-made storms to soak that nation's parched lands. What also should be noted is that Britain has also been experiencing massive rainfall and flooding that started over the weekend. Torrential rain that swept across Britain brought chaos as hundreds of homes were evacuated and stranded motorists plucked to safety from their vehicles. At least three people were killed in the severe storms that brought devastation to large parts of England. One man died after he wastrapped in a drain in Hull, while a 68-year-old man was killed while trying to cross a flooded road in Sheffield. Last night, police searching for a teenager who fell into the Sheaf river in Sheffield said they had found the body of a young man.
Severe flood alerts were issued on 15 rivers, mainly in the north and east of England, while meteorologists warned that more than 200 other rivers posed a potential risk. Reports indicate that this month will be the wettest June on record.
A tornado swept through Wellington in Shropshire, highlighting the " amount of energy in the rainclouds", the Met Office said. Sizzling temperatures in Greece, Italy and Romania has brought power cuts and brush fires in a heatwave that has led to at least 31 deaths in south-east Europe in recent days. "This is the worst day since the heat wave started with 46 degrees (Celsius; 114.8 Fahrenheit) in two towns," Nikos Kanteres of the Greek meteorological service, said. Seven large brush fires broke out on Monday and today in Greece and hundreds of people were evacuated from threatened homes near the southern city of Pyrgos, 200 miles south-west of Athens.
Italy also continued to bake. The heatwave has sparked two dozen forest fires in Sicily and Sardinia, as well as in the southern mainland regions.Temperatures in much of Italy were into the mid-30s Celsius (about 95 Fahrenheit) on Monday morning, the weather service said. Colder winds were expected to bring some respite on Tuesday, according to forecasts.

There has been some conjecture that some hurricanes of the past few years were either formed or enhanced by weather modification technologies although such conjectures failed to identify the controlling sources. Indeed there have been some bizarre phenomenon associated with some recent hurricanes such as in 2003-2005 including suddenly explosive growth of intensity of hurricanes from a mere tropical depression or storm blowing up into category 5 level hurricane in a 24 hour period, something never seen in decades past.
It should be noted that weather modfication programs are not limited to creating rain, but also denying rain or in other words, the ability to create drought conditions. For this reason the extremely bizarre drought conditions of the Southeastern and Southwestern United States may be the result of man-made tinkering with the weather.
Knowing this kind of background information makes me suspect that the current bizarre weather events may be the handiwork of human technology as part of an ongoing campaign of subtle warfare against the U.S., Great Britain and for the matter, western Europe.
By surreptitiously controlling the weather over an enemy nation during peace time, a nation can inflict great economic and physical harm to an opposing nation. Such weather and climate disruptions can lead to the wreckage of a nation's economy if persistent enough and or on a large enough scale.
It may well be that Iran has secretly worked out a deal with Russia for Russian weather modication capabilities to be used to inflict economic harm to the US, Britain and Western Europe in retaliation for UN economic sanctions put into place by the US, Britain and Western Europe. America's foremost expert on scalar technology, Lt. Col. Tom Bearden has said that the technology for weather modficiation is very inexpensive and that even a small group of experts could develop the capability as the mechanical costs are very cheap. Therefore it is possible that Iran may have such a capability. There are indications that even Cuba has scalar weather modification capability.
Do not misunderstand, and conclude that I am claiming this to be the case. I only raise the issue as a thought-provoking possibility. IF, however this is true, then indeed Iran is aggressively conducting war on the West and the West isn't even aware of the real situation.

Now we are ready to see into weather engineering.
Focus the interference zone (IZ) on the other side of the earth (beam right through the earth and ocean) to a given desired area in the atmosphere. Bias your transmitters positively. You produce atmospheric heating in the air in the IZ, so that the air expands and you have produced a "low" pressure zone. Now use a second interferometer biased negatively, and place it at a distant IZ desired. In that IZ, you cool the air so that it shrinks and becomes denser, and you have created a "high" pressure area. Now place several such IZs, with the desired highs and lows, near a jet stream. By varying the transmitted energy and the iz location (just move it gradually along), you can entrain and steer the jet streams, and therefore effectively "steer" the resulting weather.
Want to spawn tornadoes? Just make several sharp bends in the jet streams, and also speed them up a bit. The additional angular momentum imparted to the air masses will spawn off littler rotations (tornadoes). By focusing the IZ underneath the ocean, one can heat or cool the water in a selected area, over a period of time. So you can aggravate or ease El Nino, e.g. By proper steering and coordination around the earth, the KGB is able to create a great deal of rain in an area, a drought in an area, storms and tornadoes, a powerful El Nino, etc.

Want to really mess with the troops? Just focus the IZ in a large fault zone -- say such as the San Andreas fault in California. Use the exothermic interferometry mode. You deposit energy slowly in that fault zone. The stress increases. Eventually the plate edges shift, and you have an earthquake. If you want a very powerful quake, put the energy in gradually, so that a sort of "overpotential" or "overpressure" builds up, past where the rocks would normally slip. Then when they let go, you've got a real nice big one. You can see what might happen if one also toys around with a sleeping volcano.
