99% of western females will not tolerate this.

Yes, but 99% of people that believe that are overweight, they can not get their weight down, but the worst is that they think it is better for their healthy children to have low fat or zero sugar products.

MC,

I did hear that story a long time ago but I thought the hamburger was kept in the refrigerator for years, not months and I was going to see for myself which I forgot to do and now you reminded me.

SI,

You will not feel your health deteriorating, it will take a long time but the affects that can be felt is tiredness, irritability and the main factor is depression, drinking diet sodas is the same as doing night shift for ten years, the chemicals not only break down your metabolism but also they affect your melatonin production, therefore it makes you gloomy. However it is your choice to drink it or not.

[color=#0000ff Wrote:SilverInfinity[/color]]Honestly, I don't get what's the big deal with diet coke. I'm not allergic to the artificial sugar. I drink a lot of diet coke, even everyday for a few months at a time, and I don't notice my health deteriorating or any weight gains. But if you're allergic to artifical sugar, then avoid it.

You don't know what's the big deal about diet coke? It's poison.Just because you are not experiencing any symptoms doesn't mean nothing is happening to your body, and everything that's inside of it.I suggest you look up the dangers of aspartame, because it has nothing to do with whether someone is allergic to it or not.

Sighs. If there was really a problem, then US universities will speak up about it. All this information is not very credible to me. I'll continue to pop another can, lol.

SI,

I am very surprised by this naive statement, there is plenty of credible information available on aspartame and additives and what have the US universities got to do with it? you have made up your mind and as already said, it’s always a personal choice.

I know aspartame and other artificial sweeteners don’t agree with me. I always get weird headaches and feel a little nauseated.

Richard...I also had an unusual experience with artificial sweetners. I visited a friend and after arriving was very thirsty. She offered me a glass of ice tea which I gladly accepted. Within a half hour, I began to feel sick but wasn't sure why. I asked my friend what kind of ice tea she gave me and , sure enough, it was a diet drink. It made me weak, but the worst was my stomach got very upset. After a while the feeling went away. Another time I drank a diet drink just because it was the only thing around and the same thing happened. Now I am more careful. I am convinced there is something strange about it and I also have seen a lot of articles on negative reactions to it.
