A friend got the PH paper.  Or wots it called?  Litmus paper?  Well, he found like a whole roll of it somewhere, couple hundred yards of it or so??   Calcium is the main cause of goin acidy i believe.  So you want to keep your body up on Calcium or you go acid.  Alot of drug side effects and also in foods has substance that will suck the Calcium out of us.  I think its the Potasium sulfate in soft drinks and such.

Hey Guys,

As you can imagine, over the years we have purchased thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of diagnostic equipment, yet the Liptus paper that you where talking about is one of the simplest ways to empower our own health at home and costs us only a few dollars, yet is probably the most important diagnosis of all. Leftygrl it dosen't matter what type of Liptus paper we buy, however look for a good measurement system on the bottle.

To test the P.H (Acid/Alkaline) of the body, simply place some Liptus paper in your mouth in the morning before you eat anything and cover the end with some saliva; when the reading is at 6.8, the bodies P.H is balanced.

The scale simply goes from 0 to 14, the saliva should read at 6.8, the urine should be at 6.8, the blood should be at 7.4 and overall the bodies P.H should have a neutral reading on the scale of 7. (Below 7, more acid, above 7 more alkaline). So when the saliva is reading at 6.8, you will know the bloods p.h will be at 7.4, and the bodies overall p.h will be at 7, the liver will be functioning correctly, the acid build up will be gone, the environment (internal fluids) for infection will be gone and the immune system will be happy.

I guess a simple analogy would be if we unplug a refrigerator from the power source, eventually the food inside the frig starts to go mouldy and grow bacteria and fungi etc etc. We are exactly the same way when we become acidic from an imbalanced lifestyle.

Like William was saying in regards to calicum, things like breast lumps can actually be calcifications from the body storing acid waste in the fat tissue and leeching alkalizing minerals (calcium etc) from the bones and calcifying around the acid waste stored in the fat. For the body stores excess acid waste in fat tissue to keep the acid away from the vital organs etc. The body will actually leech all the alkalizing minerals from the bones (osteoarthritis) to keep the bodies P.H balanced if it has too.

So testing the P.H of the body is incredibly simple yet a very powerful tool. However it is keeping the bodies P.H balanced which is the so called hard part. (Sourcing "organics" dramatically helps in this process).

Of course first and foremost stress is the biggest acidifer of all. However to truly keep the body balanced, we need to know the correct "metabolic type" of our own individual body type. Example, one diet does not suit all, but there is one diet, that suits us individualy, and that is our own "metabolic type diet". Which gives us the correct ratio, of Proteins, Fats and Oils and Carbs for our specific body type. 

Dr William Kelly, probably one of the worlds greatest nutritionist that ever lived, was at the forefront of research into this "metabolic type" diet. He spent 25 years traveling the world studying the worlds food cultures etc through out his study. (He has had several attempts on his life from the Illuminati, so I guess he got something right). Btw Guys, I have no association or make no money etc from any product or book that I recommend, its just what we have found to be the best over the years.

So I hope you can see the beauty in the simplicity of the correct "P.H" and the correct "Metabolic Type". There is no need to complicated it, all the research and man hours have been done, and lucky us can simply apply it if we wish.
