  JAG Indicts Tim Walz
Posted by: Richard - 08-10-2024, 07:50 AM - Forum: Politics - No Replies

The United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps has indicted vice presidential candidate and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz on charges of defrauding the US, mischaracterizing his military service, and seditious conspiracy, Real Raw News has learned.

A JAG source told RRN that Vice Admiral Crandall himself authored the indictment after Kamala Harris named Walz as her running mate Tuesday morning, adding that JAG had been monitoring Walz’s political aspirations since the George Floyd riots of 2020 when Walz allowed ANTIFA and BLM activists to pillage and torch Minneapolis for two days before finally calling on the National Guard to restore order—too little, too late. Twenty-five deaths and two billion dollars in damages are attributable to the nationwide riots, which precipitated a national debate on racial injustice and defunding local and statewide law enforcement agencies.

Among the dead were David Dorn, a 77-year-old retired police officer who was fatally shot trying to stop BLM rioters from burglarizing a pawn shop in St. Louis, and Navy veteran Lee Keltner, shot dead by an ANTIFA antagonist after attending a patriot rally in Denver. JAG contends that had Walz acted immediately, the riots wouldn’t have spread irrepressibly to other states, and Dorn and Keltner would still be alive. Walz’s cowardice and complacency contributed to their deaths, our source said, and JAG has charged him with negligent homicide and accessory to homicide for their premature demise.

JAG has also accused Walz, a 2A abolitionist, of embellishing his military service. In past interviews and speeches, Walz said, “We shouldn’t allow weapons that I used in war to be on America’s streets,” referring to the M-16A2 automatic rifle, which he incorrectly likened to the AR-15 semi-automatic civilian variant—he has implored the federal government to ratify a nationwide ban on all AR-style weapons.

More importantly, however, Walz never carried weapons of war into war because he had not fought in any conflicts, nor seen a combat zone. He left the military, abandoning his brethren and leaving the company without a senior NCO, in 2005 after learning his unit was scheduled for deployment to Iraq. He also lied about his rank at retirement, claiming he was a command seargant major (CSM), the highest attainable rank among enlisted men. Although Walz did receive a promotion to CSM several months before he unceremoniously walked out on his unit, that promotion was conditional, and the Dept. of Defense later determined he had not completed the requirements to retain the rank of CSM and demoted him, as is evidenced on is DD-214.

Our source said of Walz, “What we’re talking about goes far beyond a typical case of stolen valor. Those stolen valor guys typically lie to score with women, get a few drinks at a bar, or get a 5% discount at Denny’s. What Walz is doing is deceiving a nation to improve his public opinion. We take this offense very seriously.”

He added that Adm. Crandall has physical evidence proving that Walz already authored a proposal to nullify the 2nd Amendment and use an expanded Department of Homeland Security to warrantlessly trespass the homes of all registered firearms owners. Walz’s scheme would empower Homeland to seize firearms in contravention of the 4th Amendment.

“It’s unconstitutional and treason,” our source said.

He called Walz a “sick bastard” and, possibly, a pedophile.

“This is the sicko that wanted to put tampon dispensers in boy’s bathrooms in schools. The MSM isn’t touching that, or that he once said that adolescent males should learn to insert tampons into their rectum, so they’d better understand what it’s like for a girl to put foreign objects—it’s disgusting,” our said.

When asked when White Hats would arrest Walz, he said, “Right now, he’s got heavy Secret Service and FBI protection all around him, just like Harris, so we’ll wait for the right moment. I know what you’ll ask next, Michael, and no, we’re not worried about this info getting out there—we anticipate it’ll spook him into making a mistake. This guy belongs at GITMO.”

Voting Giant Smartmatic Indicted On $1 Million Bribery, Money Laundering Charges
Posted by: Richard - 08-10-2024, 12:00 AM - Forum: Politics - No Replies

The founder and president of Smartmatic - the company whose voting machines and software are 'trusted' around the world to provide secure elections - was indicted by a federal grand jury on Thursday along with two other company officials on charges involving a bribery and money-laundering scheme used to secure elections contracts in the Philippines.

Roger Piñate, 49, of Boca Ratón Florida, along with Jorge Miguel Vasquez, 62, of Davie, were among those charged over the alleged payment of $1 million in bribes to the former chairman of the Philippines Commission on Elections, Juan Andres Donato Bautista.

"These bribes were allegedly paid to obtain and retain business related to providing voting machines and election services for the 2016 Philippine elections and to secure payments on the contracts, including the release of value added tax payments," according to a press release from the US Department of Justice.

According to the indictment, the alleged co-conspirators financed the bribes by over-invoicing the cost per voting machine used in the elections. To hide their crime, prosecutors say they used coded language to refer to a slush fund used to make the illicit payments - causing the creation of fraudulent contracts and fake loan agreements to make the transfers appear legitimate.

The defendants then allegedly laundered the funds related to the bribery scheme via a constellation of international bank accounts in Asia, Europe and the United States - including in the Southern District of Florida.

Bautista, Piñate, Vasquez, and Elie Moreno, 44, a dual citizen of Venezuela and Israel, are each charged with one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering and three counts of international laundering of monetary instruments.

If convicted, Bautista, Pinate, Vasquez and Moreno each face a maximum penalty of 20 years for each count of international laundering of monetary instruments and conspiracy to commit money laundering. -Miami Herald

Smartmatic was founded in 2000 by Piñate, Antonio Mugica and Alfredo José Anzola - making international headlines after Venezuelan president Hugo Chávez chose the company to replace the country's voting machines in 2004. In 2006, they acquired Sequoia Voting Systems - though later divested its stake.

According to Smartmatic's website, Piñate "played a critical role in planning and executing the world’s largest election using optical scanners (in the Philippines) and in Smartmatic winning the largest election contract in US history (in Los Angeles)."

The company responded to the indictment Thursday night, saying in a statement "Smartmatic has learned that two of our employees have been indicted for alleged violations of the FCPA in the Philippines almost 10 years ago. Regardless of the veracity of the allegations and while our accused employees remain innocent until proven guilty, we have placed both employees on leaves of absence, effective immediately.

"No voter fraud has been alleged and Smartmatic is not indicted. Voters worldwide must be assured that the elections they participate in are conducted with the utmost integrity and transparency. These are the values that Smartmatic lives by."

Crime rates rising in Minnesota under Tim Walz – murders up 50%, carjackings up 163%
Posted by: Richard - 08-09-2024, 05:37 PM - Forum: Politics - No Replies

Besides the cold weather and bad politics, many Minnesotans are fleeing their state due to Gov. Tim Walz's pro-crime policies.
Under Walz, murders throughout the Land of 10,000 Lakes are up 50 percent compared to 2019, according to the latest data. Assault offenses are also up 8 percent while robberies are up 9.5 percent – but the worst figure is for motor vehicle theft, which is up 163 percent across the state.

"This is why Minnesotans are fleeing his state in record numbers," tweeted the "DC_Draino" (@DC_Draino) X account. "He let BLM burn down Minneapolis and then he defunded the police. Now violent crime is through the roof."

If Walz gets installed as vice president with Kamala Harris as his boss, Americans everywhere can expect crime rates to eventually increase in their areas, too.

(Related: Did you know that Walz was pro-riots to the max during the Black Lives Matter [BLM] riots of summer 2020, setting a horrible example for the rest of the country in terms of cracking down on the criminals responsible for them?)

Minnesota was much safer before Walz was installed in 2018
Compared to the other 49 states, Minnesota ranks roughly in the middle in terms of crime, ranking 29th on the list of most dangerous states in the U.S. as determined by Forbes Advisor.

Using figures collected from the 2022 FBI Crime Data Explorer, Forbes reportedly calculated a 2.81 violent crime rate per 1,000 residents in the state. The average Minnesotan has a one in 356 chance of becoming a victim of violent crime at any given time.

The most dangerous state in the nation is New Mexico with a violent crime rate of 7.8 per 1,000 residents. The safest state is New Hampshire with only 1.26 per 1,000 people in the state succumbing to violent crime.

What makes Minnesota's crime situation especially noteworthy is the fact that it used to be a much safer place before Walz was installed as governor in 2018. In 2018 and 2019, it dropped from previous figures, but was followed by a massive 17.2 percent crime spike in 2020 and a 21.6 percent crime spike on top of that in 2021.

After what happened with George Floyd, and all under Walz's watch, Minnesota descended into a crime-scape, as did many other states around the same time.

The Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) "pandemic" and the way Walz responded to it put Minnesota into a precarious position. Coupled with the Floyd situation, Walz was easily overwhelmed by the angry mobs that roved Minnesota's streets in search of things to destroy as they stood in "solidarity" with Floyd against law enforcement.

"There was a nationwide significant spike in violence in 2020 immediately after that event," said Thomas Abt, Senior Fellow at the Council on Criminal Justice, in a recent interview on the Minnesota Now with Cathy Wurzer podcast. "And rates have increased ever since."

Had Walz taken a much different approach to the Floyd situation, it would have set a much different example for the rest of the country to follow. Instead, he let lawlessness rule the day in his state, which he presumably also plans to do as vice president under Kamala.

"Walz turned Minnesota into a high-crime state for the first time ever," wrote someone on X about how right after Walz was installed, Minnesota was pushed above the national average for crime for the first time in its history.

"They want the entire country to mirror Minnesota," wrote another about the plans that Kamala and Walz have for the United States.

"How is this guy still in office let alone picked as a VP running mate?" asked another about the ridiculousness of the political circus that Americans are being forced to watch unfold.

Tim Walz Signed Bill To Include Pedophiles In LGBTQ+ ‘Protected Class’ In Minnesota
Posted by: Richard - 08-09-2024, 12:34 PM - Forum: Politics - No Replies

Democrat vice presidential nominee Gov. Tim Walz signed a bill that redefined the term “sexual orientation” to include pedophiles in Minnesota’s Human Rights Act.

Minnesota’s “Take Pride Act“, which was signed into law by Gov. Walz in May of 2023, included a section that redefined the term “sexual orientation” to include pedophiles in the state’s Human Rights Act.

The state’s original 1993 Human Rights Act included sexual orientation as a protected class, with a caveat that stated, “‘Sexual orientation’ does not include a physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult.”

However, Gov. Walz signed an amendment that removed this clause, adding adults who have a physical or sexual attachment to children to the protected class of sexual minorities in the state.

During a Senate debate at the time, Sen. Nathan Wesenberg (R-Little Falls), urged lawmakers across the aisle to vote against the controversial bill “lest the people of our state come to believe that the majority of this body supports protecting pedophilia.”

However, Wesenberg’s plea fell on deaf ears, and the Senate passed the bill, and Walz ultimately signed the “Take Pride Act” into law.

Per The Star Tribune:

GOP lawmakers leveled a heavy accusation at the DFL majority during public safety debates in recent days, accusing them of protecting pedophiles — adults who are sexually attracted to children.

A disproportionate amount of debate in the House and Senate over the 500-plus page, $3.5 billion public safety bill focused on the removal of one sentence from the state’s Human Rights Act (HRA): “Sexual orientation does not include a physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult.”

Rep. Harry Niska, R-Ramsey, said some may now “interpret the HRA to deem pedophilia as a protected class in Minnesota, which prevents them from being denied employment, housing, education and more.”

Earlier this session, Niska, a lawyer, added language to the bill that read: “The physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult is not a protected class under this chapter….”

But that sentence was removed from the bill during House-Senate conference committee negotiations and wasn’t in the final version of the bill sent to Gov. Tim Walz on Tuesday.

Walz made Minnesota a “trans refuge,” as the Washington Post reports, legalizing all forms of child sex change medication, hormones and surgery.

Walz issued an executive order and signed a bill in 2023 to protect trans people from punishment by other states for seeking and delivering what the Democrat governor refers to as “gender affirming care.”

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz has extensive China ties
Posted by: Richard - 08-09-2024, 12:29 PM - Forum: Politics - Replies (1)

June 4 this year was a significant day for Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.

Not only did it mark 35 years since the 1989 massacre of student protesters in Tiananmen Square in China, where he taught English and American history as a young college graduate the same year.

It was also his 30th wedding anniversary.

But that was no coincidence for the 60-year-old who on Tuesday was selected as U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate for November’s election with former President Donald Trump.

“He wanted to have a date he’ll always remember,” Walz’s wife, Gwen, told the Scottsbluff Sun-Herald before their 1994 wedding.

The Walzs also took their two-week “honeymoon” to China – with some 60 American high-school students in tow – for “sightseeing and classes on culture, education and history,” the newspaper reported.

After settling in Minnesota, he and his wife established a private company that organized annual summer trips to China for American high school students, further solidifying their ties to the east.

It was part of Walz’s foresight about China’s growing significance.

“China was coming, and that’s the reason that I went,” Walz said of his ties to the country in an interview with The Hill in 2007 after his election to the U.S. Congress in Minnesota in the 2006 midterms.

Congressional oversight

The Hill in 2007 described Walz as “an accidental politician,” having only entered politics after witnessing a supporter of the Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry being “hustled out” of a rally for President George W. Bush during the 2004 presidential campaign.

Yet while Walz had described his time teaching at a school in Guangdong as “an excellent experience” that left him believing “I’ll never be treated that well again,” once in office he became a staunch and outspoken critic of China’s government.

He joined the Congressional-Executive Commission on China, an oversight body created by President Bill Clinton in 2000 in a deal with Congress to approve his decision to admit China to the World Trade Organization despite criticisms of its human rights record.

There he spoke out for the need for the U.S. administrations to continue “dialogue” with the Chinese government to end its human rights abuses against the Tibetan people, whose culture he said cannot be “confined” by Beijing to “a museum or to a market of handicrafts.”

“Renewing dialogue must be genuine and productive, and it cannot be just another guise for wasting time or going through the motions,” Walz said in 2016 following a trip to Tibet, Beijing and Hong Kong.

“The human rights of the Tibetan people must be strengthened and protected,” he said, citing “a life-changing lunch” with the Dalai Lama.

The same year, he also spoke out against reductions in funding for the U.S. military by citing, among other things, “tensions rising with our trading partner, China, and the seeds of potential unrest in the Pacific,” including Beijing building islands in the South China Sea.

Dueling VPs

Walz is also not the only vice presidential hopeful in the 2024 campaign with an outsized focus on China in his political career.

Trump’s handpicked No. 2 for his third campaign for the White House, Sen. JD Vance of Ohio, has since coming to office in 2022 become one of the most prominent advocates of the view that U.S. support for Ukraine should be reduced to prepare for a possible war with China.

While the 40-year-old Vance was only five when Walz first went to China, their perspectives on how to deal with the rise of America’s biggest geopolitical rival are sure to be teased out in debate. Vance on Tuesday said he “absolutely wants” to debate his opposite number.

For Walz, the separation between the Chinese people and the authoritarian government that dominates their lives is likely to be at the forefront, driven home by the personal and professional ties he has made to the country since he first went there as a college grad.

“If they had the proper leadership, there are no limits on what they could accomplish,” he told the Scottsbluff Sun-Herald in 1990. “They are such kind, generous, capable people. They just gave and gave and gave to me. Going there was one of the best things I have ever done.”

Michigan Begins Arresting Residents Who Post ‘Misleading’ Content on Social Media
Posted by: Richard - 08-09-2024, 12:17 PM - Forum: Politics - No Replies

The state of Michigan has ordered residents to report neighbors who post ‘misleading’ content online, so that police can arrest offenders to stop the spread of ‘election misinformation’.

Michigan’s Democrat Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, is leading the campaign, and a document from her office lists an email address people can use to report their neighbors. Residents are being told to keep an eye on those around them and report anything they see or hear that they believe is “misinformation” – and they are even being told to include an image if they can.

Naturalnews.com reports: An “Election misinformation” document published by the state’s Bureau of Elections lists so-called threats to a “healthy democracy.” They claim that misinformation about voters’ rights and the election process could pose a serious threat to the security of elections.

The state is also instructing residents to look for media outlets that print “true” stories, which sounds like a code word for stories that support their preferred narratives. For example, they list the left-leaning fact check sites Snopes, FactCheck.org and PolitiFact as “trusted, verified nonpartisan information” providers, along with Michigan’s own “SOSFactCheck” site. The Bureau claims it can debunk so-called conspiracy theories and verify the “accuracy of political speech” in addition to debates, statements, ads and interviews.

Resident receives cease and desist letter threatening prosecution

Michigan is the same state whose Attorney General recently threatened to prosecute a resident for spreading what they deem “misleading or false” election information. This is according to a letter received by Ross Township resident Kerry Lynn Elieff after posting concerns on June 12 about changes to polling locations.

The “cease and desist” letter was dated July 24, and it contained a threat of prosecution from Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel. It stated: “It has come to the attention of our office that you have spread misleading or false election information regarding polling locations in Ross Township through on-line sites.”

The letter warns: “[Y]ou are hereby ordered to CEASE AND DESIST the use of online platforms to continue spreading false or misleading information regarding the Ross Township polling locations. Failure to comply with this notice may result in criminal prosecution.”

Elieff told The Federalist: “I was just thinking, ‘They’re going to prosecute me for this?’ They’re probably hearing one side of the story.”

The letter also instructed her to “remove” any “false or misleading information” from “all platforms.” She then removed her posts in which she had expressed concerns about local officials changing polling stations without meeting the legal requirement to inform the public at least 60 days in advance.

The letter claimed that she violated a statute that bans any “attempt, by means of bribery, menace, or other corrupt means or device, either directly or indirectly, to influence an elector in giving his or her vote, or to deter the elector from, or interrupt the elector in giving his or her vote at any election held in this state.”

She complained that she was not given a chance to clarify her statement and was not provided with contact information to discuss the intention of her post.

She believes that someone who lives in the township who disagrees with her political views reported her as part of Benson’s recent campaign to “hold people accountable for spreading lies about elections.”

Michigan Fair Elections Chair Patrice Johnson believes this is only the beginning of a much broader censorship effort aimed at silencing political dissent.

“This is trying to silence people before the election. It’s clearly trying to stifle civic involvement,” she said. “It’s like the next generation of 1984, coming here.”

Cheatle DELETED all text communications from January 6
Posted by: Richard - 08-09-2024, 11:12 AM - Forum: Politics - No Replies

To hide the truth about what really happened at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, then-Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle, who has since resigned from her post, destroyed evidence from agents' phones, an agency whistleblower has revealed.
The Inspector General of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) launched a criminal investigation into the matter back in July 2022 that resulted in the later release of a highly redacted report. Coupled with what the whistleblower has come forward to say, we know from the investigation that Cheatle played a direct role in the "deletion" of all January 6 text messages from the phones of Secret Service agents.

A watchdog that oversees Secret Service, the Inspector General uncovered evidence to suggest that Cheatle deleted the texts immediately after the oversight panel requested all electronic communications from January 6. Secret Service denies this, claiming all text messages were preserved and handed over to investigators.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) believes that the number of text messages deleted by Cheatle is so high that her actions constitute criminal obstruction of Congress, especially since lawmakers previously sent DHS preservation notices to all involved agencies prior to the "device migration," as Cheatle called it.

Secret Service corruption exposed

The whistleblower in question claims that all of his text messages related to January 6 were deleted by Cheatle to prevent lawmakers and investigators from uncovering the truth.

"I worked on January 6th and I had to turn in my phone a couple of months later, and never saw it again," the whistleblower said.

"And yeah, all that, all those things, got deleted. But before they took my phone and everything, none of them were deleted. I'm like, 'What are you talking about? We had an [technology cell phone software] update?'"

The whistleblower claims that every single text message and email from before January 6 had been saved on his phone. But after turning it over for the "device migration," he received another one back that was completely blank of all potentially incriminating evidence of Secret Service wrongdoing on January 6.

"Because their DOJ investigation regarding our phones, we're gonna have to take your phone and give you a different one," is what the whistleblower claims he was told by his superiors at Secret Service.

At the time when this all happened, the whistleblower says he was still a "believer" in terms of the official story. He trusted that what his superiors were telling him was true and did not give it a second thought. He now feels differently, obviously.

"Although we requested text messages from select Secret Service personnel, Secret Service did not provide these records while we conducted our fieldwork," the Office of the Inspector General said in a sensitive statement that was given to law enforcement and Congress only, but that was later leaked.

"On March 31, 2021, the Secret Service provided a screenshot of only one text message exchange in response to our February 2021 initial information request ... In response to our follow-up request for additional content for the text message exchange provided, the Secret Service indicated on May 4, 2021, that the additional information requested was unavailable because of a planned Secret Service-wide cell phone migration."
