These aristocrats decided at the death of Queen Victoria, the matriarch of the Venetian Black Guelphs that, in order to gain world-wide control, it would be necessary for its aristocratic members to “go into business” with the non-aristocratic but extremely powerful leaders of corporate business on a global scale, and so, the doors to ultimate power were opened to what the Queen of England likes to refer to as “the commoners”.  Through their illicit banking cartel, they own the stock of the Federal Reserve, which is a private for-profit corporation that violates U.S. Constitution and is a root of the problem.


Further, this institute developed the strategy of ‘crisis creation’ to manipulate mass populations, by sponsoring a number of ‘sensitivity’ and ‘diversity’ programs designed to erase a people’s individuality to make them ‘team players’. Political correctness, is all about creating uniformity. Individuality is one of the biggest obstacles for the ‘ New World Order’. They want a public that is predictable and conditioned to comply without asking questions.  Another discovery they did was related to stress. Researchers found out that people under controlled stress became more infantile and gave up strongly held beliefs under group pressure to conform to popular opinion. That explains why the mass media insist so much on sex, violence, and fear-inducing messages, via digital videos. To turn the populace into scared, submissive offspring.  On average; people spend four plus hours a day at their TV-screen, the equivalent of two months a year, or nine years in a lifetime, being hypnotized by a television screen without being conscious of the effects. They have almost stopped interacting with friends, neighbours, community, and even family.  The Tavistock Institute was involved in the rock and roll music movement. Former, MI6 agent John Coleman stated that Theodor Adorno wrote the lyrics for the Beatles and other British penetration bands. trying to influence and contaminate music.  From its modest beginnings in 1921, Tavistock was ready in 1966 to launch a major irreversible cultural revolution aka – the mass culture industry, one that has not yet ended.  Dr Lewin at Tavistock pushed the theory of topological psychology, which is to this day the world’s most advanced method of behaviour modification: i.e., brainwashing.  Docile, easily manipulated demoralised subjects Psychopath Bertrand Russell (1872-1970) had stated that what was needed was a world populated by “docile,” easily manipulated and demoralised subjects. Russell regarded mankind as being slightly above the level of cattle. Russell said,  “The social psychologists of the future will have a number of classes of school children on whom they will try different methods of producing an unshakable conviction that snow is black.”  In doing research on this general topic, it is astonishing just how out in the open these criminals were and are with their schemes.


In the period before the WWII, Roosevelt sent Gen. William Donovan to London for indoctrination before setting up the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), the precursor to the CIA. The entire OSS program, as well as the CIA, has always worked by guidelines set forth by the Tavistock Institute. Toward the end of the war, Tavistock personnel took over the World Federation of Mental Health. Other collaborators were the Stanford Research Institute, Rand, and the Institute for Social Relations.  Psychological shock troops By the end of the war, the combined influence of Tavistock and former Frankfurt School operatives, had created a cadre of “psychological shock troops” and “cultural warriors” numbering in the several thousands. Today, that network numbers is in the several millions around the world. Key people are put into influential positions, as a public-private overlay prevails in this system


The precursor to the Tavistock complex was the Cecil Rhodes Trust and its operatives, who were British elite supremacists and warmongers, often homosexuals, who teamed up with the Rothschilds, and later the Rockefellers.  Tightly controlled mass media is used to induce “regressive mental states, atomising individuals and producing increased lability” known as brainwashing. In other words, creating passivity by fostering alienation. This theme is shockingly pervasive in the published works of these Crime Syndicate movers and shakers. It was obvious from even the earliest clinical studies of television that viewers, over a relatively short period of time, entered into a trance-like state of semi-awareness, characterised by a fixed stare. The longer one watched, the more pronounced became the stare. In such a condition of twilight-like semi-awareness, they are susceptible to messages both contained in the programs themselves and through transmission in the advertising. That is the way, people are being brainwashed.  Fred Emery’s report in 1975 on neurological studies illustrated that repeated television viewing “shuts down the central nervous system of man.” “Television aims at the synthesis of radio and film … but its consequences are enormous and promise to intensify the impoverishment of aesthetic matter, so drastically that by tomorrow, the thinly veiled identity of all industrial culture products can come triumphantly out in the open, derisively fulfilling the Wagnerian dream of Gesamtkunstwerk — the fusion of all arts in one work.”  Lewin’s claim to fame was group think, or group dynamics. He was the inventor of sensitivity training, or attack training. In other words, gather a group of people, assign them to a group leader, identify the stronger-willed people in the group and hammer them into silence or submission through ostracism and shaming. Fake guilt is a key driver of these schemes.  The key to a brainwashing group is the creation of a controlled environment in which stress is introduced to redo individuals’ belief structures. Using peer pressure from other group members, the individual is “cracked,” and a new personality emerges with new values. The degrading experience causes the person to deny that any change has taken place. In that way, an individual is brainwashed without the victim knowing what has taken place.  Narco-hypnosis more efficient as tool of government The International Institute for Applied Behavioural Sciences, it’s a brainwashing centre in artificial stress training whereby participants suddenly find themselves immersed in defending themselves against vicious accusations.  Tavistock Institute of Social Engineering the Masses, lists just some of the society goals of this Crime Syndicate’s mega-campaign:

It was decided at this meeting that an aggressive program would be launched to portray “coloured races” as superior to western civilization’s white persons. From this forum came Oprah Winfrey and a host of black persons who were picked up and trained for their roles to portray “mixed races” as superior to whites.

It’s May 2022 and this is video number 310.

There is a myth that the covid fraud is over. Even some of the conspirators and collaborators have said as much – though they’re undoubtedly just lying and spreading misinformation.

The fact is that they are still jabbing – now jabbing small children with an experimental drug that doesn’t work and isn’t safe or necessary – and they are steadfastly ignoring the damage done by the covid jabs and finding dozens of new explanations for the epidemic of myocarditis, strokes, hepatitis and death following in the wake of all those hugely profitable jabbing sprees. All warfare is based on deception and this is warfare so deception is inevitable.

They faked a pandemic, they faked a test and they faked a cure.

The EU’s Digital Covid Certificate – the so-called green pass – is still in use, still being promoted and rolled out and still a threat to our freedom and survival. If you want to be able to travel freely round the EU zone you’ll need a certificate to prove you’ve been jabbed or have had a negative test. Either way the certificate is adequate proof of compliance and rank stupidity.

And so, of course, they are continuing with the PCR tests. They are performing millions of these useless and dangerous tests on hospital patients and travellers. In some countries hundreds of thousands of people have to have the test done daily in order to keep their jobs. The unions, which should be protecting their members, either say nothing or actively encourage the testing. And it looks as if the plan is to continue with the tests indefinitely – even though the tests are, like the jabs, known to be ineffective and dangerous.

I warned about the PCR tests a year or two ago. I warned that they were deadly and ineffective. And in June 2020 I warned that the covid tests could and would be used to collect DNA samples.

After all the polymerase chain reaction procedures - PCR tests to you and I - were originally designed – years ago – to collect DNA samples.

Naturally, the response was a loud chorus of sneers and the usual torrent of abuse from the plague of so-called journalists and so-called fact checkers who’ve invaded the world and who would claim that jumping off high buildings was a safe hobby if they were told to do so – and given a few quid for their time.

Incidentally, anyone who still believes anything the so-called fact checkers say should look at my video entitled dated Dec 1 2021 in which I demolish fact checkers once and for all. The simple truth – which no fact checker would dare acknowledge because they’d never get any more big fat cheques if they did – is that I’ve made over 300 videos and put hundreds of articles on my website and I have not yet made any false claims or inaccurate predictions. None.

The so-called fact checkers are, like YouTube, Google, Wikipedia and the mainstream media – responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths and one day they will surely be made to stand trial for the way they have suppressed the truth, demonised the truth-tellers and promoted lies and deceits.

And what sort of monsters create and sustain a false threat and then create and sell a so-called test that is useless and dangerous and offer the fearful, as comfort, a fake protection that doesn’t do what it is said to do but will kill and maim. It’s a classic drug company ploy. They’ve done it scores of times. Hundreds of times. I’ve been describing this evil trick for over half a century.

The evidence that the PCR test is dangerous and useless is now so overwhelming that you’d have to be a fully certified half-wit – as dumb as a government minister or as corrupt as a member of the medical establishment – to believe that the PCR test is useful or reliable. As I’ve been saying for two years, tossing a coin would be more scientific because at least you’d have a 50% chance of getting the right result.

And yet the PCR test is as popular as ever. Billions of them have been done. And some companies charge £100 to £200 for a single test. Multiply £100 by a few billion and you get a sum that even Musk, Gates or a TV doctor would consider worth pocketing.

Most of the tests are done by people who have had little or no medical training. Teachers, dustmen and people who think that you can’t get pregnant if you do it standing up and that if you eat enough carrots you’ll be able to see in the dark will happily stuff a test stick up the noses of trusting folk without any idea of the hazard of the test they are performing.

Millions of tests have been self-administered by people who probably needed help to find their noses.

What none of these people understand is that no test is without risk and tests are only worth doing if the disease for which the test is used is significant. A test to see if you have cancer may – or may not – be worthwhile and worth a risk. Sometimes a test might be worth risking even if it is dangerous.

But a test to see if you have the flu – and as I have now proved so often that it’s boring the disease known as covid-19 is simply the common or garden rebranded, expensively marketed flu – is pretty well pointless and so no risk is worth taking. The total number who have died from covid-19 has been established to be no more – and possibly fewer – than die every year from the ordinary flu.

No one has ever suggested performing potentially lethal tests on healthy people to see if they might unknowingly have the flu.

The truth is that in my opinion anyone still promoting or advocating or using the PCR test should, in my view, be arrested for fraud. Anyone willingly having a PCR test needs to have their head examined – professionally – to make sure that there’s something inside.

(NOTE: My video (with the same title as this article) contains a mass of examples of just how the dangerous the PCR test can be. I’ve quoted scientific papers showing how the PCR test has caused patients to have cerebrospinal fluid leaking from their noses. It has caused meningitis. It has killed people. Before ever giving a PCR test, serious questions need to be asked about a patient’s medical history.)

Anyone who has a PCR test and then has a runny nose should see a doctor to check that the fluid isn’t cerebrospinal fluid.

Sadly, 99% of the people doing the PCR tests know nothing about anatomy. They probably stick an ice pick in someone’s ear if they were told to do so – and given a bag of sweets as a fee.

Anyone who isn’t convinced that the PCR testing programme is based on ignorance, stupidity, greed and corruption – rather than science or medicine – is clearly either insane, one of the conspirators, a so-called fact checker or an employee of the BBC.

Anyone who isn’t convinced that the PCR programme must stop now, completely and globally, is irredeemably evil.

WHO Pandemic Treaty: ‘A Stealth Coup to Dictate Global Health Agenda of Gates, Big Pharma’

Acting on an initiative from the Biden Administration, by November 2022, conveniently at the onset of the next flu season in the northern hemisphere, the World Health Organization, barring a miracle, will impose an unprecedented top-down control over the national health regulations and measures of the entire planet. In what amounts to a stealth coup d’etat, WHO will get draconian new powers to override national sovereignty in 194 UN member countries, and to dictate their health measures with force of international law. It is sometimes referred to as the WHO Pandemic Treaty but it is far more. Worse, most of the WHO budget comes from private vaccine-tied foundations like the Gates Foundation or from Big Pharma, a massive conflict of interest.

Draconian New WHO Powers

Doing something with stealth means doing it in a secretive or concealed manner, to prevent it being widely known and possibly opposed. This applies to the proposal given by the Biden Administration to the Geneva WHO in January 18, 2022 according to official WHO documents. The WHO hid the details of the US “amendments” for almost three months, until 12 April, just a month before the relevant body of the WHO meets to approve the radical measures. Moreover, rather than the previous 18 month waiting time to become treaty in international law, only 6 months are used this time. This is a bum’s rush. The US proposal is backed by every EU country and in total 47 countries ensuring almost certain passage.

The proposals, officially titled, “Strengthening WHO preparedness for and response to health emergencies: Proposal for amendments to the International Health Regulations,” were submitted by Assistant Secretary for Global Affairs (OGA) in the US Department of Health and Human Services, Loyce Pace, as “amendments” to a previously ratified 2005 WHO International Health Regulations treaty. The WHO defines that 2005 treaty thus: “the International Health Regulations (2005) (IHR) provide an overarching legal framework that defines countries’ rights and obligations in handling public health events and emergencies that have the potential to cross borders. The IHR are an instrument of international law that is legally-binding on 196 countries, including the 194 WHO Member States.” (emphasis added).

Ms Pace came to the Biden Administration from heading the Global Health Council, whose members include the most corrupt names in Big Pharma including Pfizer, Lilly, Merck, J&J, Abbott, Bill Gates-funded AVAC, to name a few. Her proposals for the radical transformation of WHO “pandemic” and epidemic powers, could easily have been written by Gates and Big Pharma.

Before we look at what the Loyce Pace “amendments” will do to empower the transformation of WHO into a global health dictatorship with unprecedented powers to overrule judgments of any national governments, one stealthy legal issue must be noted. By disguising a complete change in the 2005 WHO treaty powers as mere “amendments” to a ratified treaty, WHO claims, along with the Biden Administration, that the approval of the amendments requires no new ratification debate by member governments. This is stealth. With no national debate by elected representatives, the unelected WHO will become a global superpower over life and death in the future. Washington and WHO have deliberately restricted the process of public participation to ram this through.

A De Facto New Law

As required, the WHO finally published the US “amendments.” It shows the deletions and as well the new additions. What the Biden Administration changes do is to transform a previously advisory role for the WHO to national governments on not only pandemic responses but also everything tied to national “health,” with an entirely new power to override national health agencies if the WHO Director General, now Tedros Adhanom, determines. The US Biden Administration and WHO have colluded to create an entirely new treaty which will shift all health decisions from a national or local level to Geneva, Switzerland and WHO.

Typical of the Washington amendments to the existing WHO Treaty is Article 9. The US change is to insert WHO “shall” and delete “may”: “If the State Party does not accept the offer of collaboration within 48 hours, WHO shall may…,. In the same article now deleted is “offer of collaboration by WHO, taking into account the views of the State Party concerned…” The views or judgment of say, Germany or India, or USA health authorities become irrelevant. WHO will be able to override national experts and dictate as international law its mandates for any and all future pandemics as well as even epidemics or even local health issues.

Moreover in the new proposed Article 12 on “Determination of a public health emergency of international concern, public health emergency of regional concern, or intermediate health alert,” WHO head–now Tedros in his new 5-year term–alone can decide to declare an emergency, even without agreement of the member state. The WHO head will then consult his relevant WHO “Emergency Committee” on Polio, Ebola, Bird Flu, COVID or whatever they declare to be a problem. In short this is a global dictatorship over citizen health by one of the most corrupt health bodies in the world. The members of a given WHO Emergency Committee are chosen under opaque procedures and typically, as in the current one on polio, many members are tied to the various Gates Foundation fronts like GAVI or CEPI. Yet the selection process is entirely opaque and internal to WHO.

Among other powers the new Pandemic Treaty will give Tedros and WHO the power to mandate vaccine passports and COVID jabs worldwide. They are working on the creation of a global vaccine passport/digital identity program. Under the new “Pandemic Treaty”, when people are harmed by the WHO’s health policies, there’s no accountability. The WHO has diplomatic immunity.

Former WHO senior employee and whistleblower, Astrid Stuckelberger, now a scientist at the Institute of Global Health of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva, noted, “if the new Pandemic Treaty is adopted by member states, “this means that the WHO’s Constitution (as per Article 9) will take precedence over each country’s constitution during natural disasters or pandemics. In other words, the WHO will be dictating to other countries, no longer making recommendations.”

Who is WHO?

The Director General of WHO would have the ultimate power under the new rules, to determine for example if say, Brazil or Germany or USA must impose a Shanghai-style pandemic lockdown or any other measures it decides. This is not good. Especially when the head of WHO, Tedros, from the Tigray region of Ethiopia, is a former member of the Politburo of the designated terrorist (then by Washington) Marxist organization, the Tigray People’s Liberation Front. He holds no medical degree, the first in WHO director-general history without such. He has a PhD in Community Health, definitely a vague field, hardly medical qualification for a global health czar. Among his published scientific papers are titles such as “The effects of dams on malaria transmission in Tigray Region.” He reportedly got his WHO job in 2017 via backing from Bill Gates, the largest private donor to WHO.

As Ethiopia Minister of Health in the Tigray-led dictatorship, Tedros was involved in a scandalous coverup of three major cholera outbreaks in the country in 2006, 2009 and 2011. An investigative report published by the Society for Disaster Medicine and Public Health found that during one major cholera outbreak, “Despite laboratory identification of V cholerae as the cause of the acute watery diarrhea (AWD), the Government of Ethiopia (Tedros) decided not to declare a “cholera outbreak” for fear of economic repercussions resulting from trade embargos and decreased tourism. Further, the government, in disregard of International Health Regulations (WHO), continually refused to declare a cholera epidemic and largely declined international assistance.”

As Ethiopian Health and later Foreign Minister Tedros was accused of systematic ethnic cleansing against rival tribes in the country, especially Amharas, denying opposition supporters World Bank and other food aid, as well as nepotism, diversion of international funds for hospital construction into political support for his minority party. Ironically this is the opposite of the new WHO law Tedros backs today. On 22 September 2021 Merkel’s Germany proposed Tedros for a further term without opposition.

WHO, Gates, GERM

A hint of what’s in store under the new rules was given by WHO’s largest donor (including his GAVI), the self-appointed “Globalist Everything Czar”, Bill Gates. On his April 22 blog entry, Gates proposes something amusingly with the acronym GERM — Global Epidemic Response and Mobilization—team. It would have a “permanent organization of experts who are fully paid and prepared to mount a coordinated response to a dangerous outbreak at any time.” He says his model is the Hollywood movie, Outbreak. “The team’s disease monitoring experts would look for potential outbreaks. Once it spots one, GERM should have the ability to declare an outbreak…” It would be coordinated by, of course, Tedros’ WHO: “The work would be coordinated by the WHO, the only group that can give it global credibility.”

A dystopian notion of what could take place is the ongoing fake “Avian Flu” epidemic, H5N1, that is causing tens of millions of chickens to be terminated worldwide if even one chick tests positive for the disease. The test is the same fraudulent PCR test used to detect COVID-19. Recently, Dr Robert Redfield, Trump’s head of CDC, gave an interview where he “predicted” that Bird Flu will jump to humans and be highly fatal in the coming “Great Pandemic,” for which COVID-19 was a mere warm-up. Redfield declared in a March 2022 interview, “I think we have to recognize – I’ve always said that I think the COVID pandemic was a wakeup call. I don’t believe it’s the great pandemic. I believe the great pandemic is still in the future, and that’s going to be a bird flu pandemic for man. It’s gonna have significant mortality in the 10-50% range. It’s gonna be trouble.” Under the new WHO dictatorial powers, WHO could declare a health emergency on such a fraud regardless of contrary evidence.

Governments everywhere are handing over power to the World Health Assembly, which is about to become the proof that the conspirators are planning a World Government. Our new ruler will be the secretary general of the WHO (‘advised’, no doubt, by Bill Gates).

I am writing on behalf of Dr. R. Zac Cox BDS regarding serious concerns arising from the current proposal for an agenda item on the 75th World Health Assembly (WHA) namely the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations 2005 (IHR). Proposed agenda item 16.2 (12th April 2022).

75th WHA Agenda Item
It is understood that at the 75th WHA, due to commence on 22nd May 2022 in Geneva, amendments to IHR are proposed by America and these are sponsored by the UK (along with 19 other Member States (MSs)). It is further understood that such amendments will be subject to a vote by MS delegates and almost certainly adopted by each MS in accordance with the IHR and World Health Organisation (WHO) constitution (thereafter being adopted into National legislation in accordance with IHR).

Consequences of WHA agenda item
A direct consequence of the delegation to the WHA delegate at the 75th WHA is to allow adoption of a policy that delegates potential, if not absolute, decision-making authority to WHO Director General (DG) as to decisions for regional and intermediate lockdown measures (which currently only relate to advice for international situations).

As set out below, the harms that can result from such lockdowns are not only far reaching but substantial in terms of financial damage to the country as well as individuals. A large body of experts now consider that lockdown measures are harmful and neither “safe nor effective” all arguments to the contrary notwithstanding.

Constitutional and Human Rights issues
The fundamental human rights protected by the ECHR are clearly of relevance. Furthermore, issues of constitutional change are clearly of the utmost importance and one must do all to ensure that justice is not just done but is seen to be done and that fundamental natural law rights and freedoms are not breached or curtailed/infringed. Proportionality and greater justification of reasons for delegation and use of discretion are clearly essential where constitutional and human rights issues are concerned. Use of discretion and delegation of powers must be as Parliament intended.

Lack of transparency/Public Interest
Public awareness of the powers of WHO, the DG of WHO, IHR, WHA, delegation of voting powers at WHA, the American proposed amendments to IHR, sponsorship by UK of these proposed amendments and the far-reaching nature of these (in the context of Human Rights to a WHO delegate) is negligible if not completely absent.

Public awareness and calls for action to oppose the “Pandemic Treaty” due to concerns of loss of sovereignty to WHO have begun (see for example https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/614335 - The WHO is currently preparing an international agreement on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.

We believe the public must be furnished with the full ramifications of what and how any pandemic treaty could affect them, and be given a public vote on whether the UK should sign up, before the UK Government signs up to this) when the commencement date is in fact not until 2024 but the proposed amendments to the IHR are not within general public knowledge despite the imminent WHA this month in May 2022 and the likely adoption of the proposed amendments at the 75th WHA which result in more far reaching outcome than the Pandemic Treaty.

Urgent request for review
This letter should be considered as a request for an immediate/urgent review to the decision not to publicise, obtain parliamentary scrutiny and or public consultation of the agenda item before it’s adoption/discussion at the 75th WHA starting on 22nd May 2022. Such review to be made with reference to the material and information contained in this letter and/or an indication that knowledge of this government decision to delegate consideration of amendments to IHR is deemed appropriate when such far reaching harms could result from the amendments if adopted (without public awareness of the significance, without parliamentary scrutiny and without public consultation).

In light of the high-profile Brexit decisions and related government claim of maintaining sovereignty, such delegation of powers to DG of WHO (and delegation of such decision making for amendments to a WHA delegates) giving powers with far reaching consequences by way of amending international regulations seems to be incompatible and potentially inadvertent/unwitting oxymoron.

The lawfulness of the proposed amendments to IHR appears to be questionable and the delegation of adopting such amendments equally so (given their far reaching potential constitutional effect and the lack of public awareness and/or parliamentary scrutiny).

By way of an example of the effect of adoption of the proposed amendments:

DG can listen to another Member State (MS) to give information (not requiring evidence) no matter their motive which could cause harm (financial) to UK, DG acts on this information, recommends lockdown in UK causing financial harm in UK and HR issues to UK nationals (incompatible with “the Convention Rights’: eg Article 5,8,9,10,11,14, and Protocol 1, Article 2: Right to education).

Please consider, therefore, a review of UK sponsorship and inclusion as an agenda issue in light of the following:-

amendments were sponsored without public awareness and without public scrutiny or public consultation
constitutional amendment regarding delegation of potential sovereign rights to an unelected body in the context of it (i) being unknown (ii) IHR scope being unknown (iii) proposed IHR amendments being unknown (iv) UK sponsorship of proposed amendments being unknown (v) WHA agenda and powers being unknown (vi) delegate voting at WHA on UK behalf unknown.
Whether a failure to now review sponsorship of such a constitutional matter is either ultra vires and or Wednesbury unreasonable especially given the delegation aspect and the complete lack of transparency of the regulations, amendments and delegation of decision making as well as the resulting delegation of power and therefore sovereignty.
Whether it is an abuse of, or unlawful use of, or improper purpose of use of discretion- i.e. improper delegation to a currently unknown WHO delegate and where it is unknown if relevant considerations have been applied and irrelevant ones discounted and or what the real purpose the discretion was used for (especially in light of the complete lack of transparency and potential dangerousness of delegation of sovereign powers hidden within wording of discrete secondary legislation).
Whether there are concerns of irrationality- namely the decision to sponsor and delegate such a decision to WHA - namely is it Wednesbury unreasonable given the far reaching nature. The principle of proportionality being applicable given the human rights and constitutional issues.
Whether there is potential procedural impropriety- namely failure to comply with (i) constitutional procedures (ii) legitimate expectations re constitutional/ sovereignty issues re delegated decision on regional and intermediate lockdowns etc to Director-General (DG) of WHO (iii) general duty to act fairly- natural justice and justice being seen to be done.
whether such amendments with far reaching consequences should be subject to public consultation and parliamentary scrutiny.
whether it is appropriate to remove the proposed amendments from being a WHA agenda item at 75th WHA May 2022.
whether the WHO can be deemed an organisation suitable to be given sovereign powers by virtue of the proposed amendments (especially in view of the controversial private funded nature of the organisation since 2005 including Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (a larger contribution than even the United States government) and also include donors who profit from lockdown measure such as AstraZeneca, Bayer, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and Merck.).

Date of any publication with explanations to the general public of UK regarding the proposed amendments

Date and reasons for sponsorship by UK of the proposed amendments with details of considerations of transparency and public awareness of proposed delegated powers and their effect.
My Client relies on information regarding the 75th WHA that is researchable following the announcement of the proposed “pandemic Treaty” (Pandemic prevention, preparedness and response). However, if there is information that the Government is aware of that would otherwise undermine the justification for inclusion of the proposed amendments to IHR to be considered and adopted at 75th WHA (as per the Provisional Agenda item 16.2 dated 12th April 2022), such as:

Guidance as to procedure for constitutional change/ matters of sovereignty and delegation of the same powers and procedures.

Hanke concluded that an analysis of each of these three groups support the conclusion that lockdowns have had little to no effect on COVID-19 mortality. More specifically, stringency index studies find that lockdowns in Europe and the United States only reduced COVID-19 mortality by 0.2% on average.

Should a satisfactory response not be received, and should an acceptable outcome not be reached by 5pm 13th May 2022, it is anticipated that one or more of the following actions (but not limited to the same) will be taken (whether by an individual application or proposed group standing action) in seeking to protect fundamental constitutional rights:

Pre-action protocol JR letter before claim (if timing allows);
Emergency JR application seeking an injunction prohibiting the proposed amendments to remain on the 75th WHA Agenda; and/or prohibiting UK Sponsorship to continue pre transparency eg parliamentary scrutiny and public consultation;
JR request for a declaration: ultra vires and or Wednesbury unreasonable and or procedurally improper;
JR request for a mandatory order that such far reaching amendments have to be subject to transparency, public consultation and parliamentary scrutiny/ order prohibiting inclusion of the proposed amendments on the WHA agenda.

Researchers tested their hypothesis on mice, implanting the brains of baby mice into adult mice. The result was an improvement in brain capacity in adult mice, a process that experts say can also work in human applications.

Next week, May 22-28, the World Health Assembly, governing body of the World Health Organization (WHO), will meet to vote on amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR).  The amendments can be seen here.  The IHR and the new amendments if passed, are legally binding on the United States and on all United Nations member states as a matter of international law.

According to Peter Breggin MD and Ginger Ross Breggin in their report on this issue, “These amendments will empower WHO’s Director-General to declare health emergencies or crises in any nation and to do so unilaterally and against the opposition of the target nation. The Director-General will be able to declare these health crises based merely on his personal opinion or consideration that there is a potential or possible threat to other nations.” The amendments eliminate the requirement to consult with the affected member state.

In addition, the WHO will be empowered to collaborate with other nations to deal with a declared health crisis even against the wishes of the affected nation.

America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) position statement on these amendments puts it this way, “The WHO would have the power to decide what constitutes a ‘pandemic’ and to decide quarantine measures on a global scale. WHO would control the development and safety of new treatments and would decide vaccine mandates for each country! . . . the proposed amendments empower the corrupt Director-General to unilaterally declare a health emergency in any nation even against the opinion of that nation for any illness that is widespread.”

Incredibly, the Biden administration proposed the amendments.  According to AFLDS’ position paper, “This amendment . . . will serve to give away our country’s healthcare system, national sovereignty, and personal freedoms to the WHO on a silver platter.  America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) strongly opposes the creation and implementation of any treaty or international instrument that governs world pandemic preparedness and response.”

Succinctly put, the upshot of these amendments is to surrender sovereignty to the WHO regarding very broadly defined public health crises subject to the whim of the WHO Director-General.  The current Director-General is not even a physician and is wholly unqualified.  Even if he were qualified there is no scenario in which this ends well.

According to Peter Hoekstra former Chairman and Ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee and more recently US ambassador to the Netherlands during the Trump administration, “. . . this ‘next pandemic’ is neither far off nor a hypothetical ‘conspiracy theory’. According to multiple credible reports from the U.S. Department of State, to the executive director of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, Peter Jennings, China has been preparing for bio-warfare using pathogens for more than six years.” It is no surprise that one of the amendments requires transferring genetic sequence data to the WHO.

In fact, the Trump administration pulled out of the WHO primarily because of its “mistakes” at the beginning of the COVID pandemic, including its deferential approach towards China.  According to Hoekstra, “Tedros, the first non-physician director-general of WHO, is an extremely controversial Marxist activist and politician from Ethiopia installed by the Chinese Communist Party.”

Placing our health policies in the hands of this man in particular who is beholden to the Chinese Communists is terrifying indeed.

We must do everything in our power to stop these amendments from being ratified.

At that time, in November, 2020, right before the Covid-19 vaccines were dispensed onto the public, I spoke out and forewarned that the mRNA technology within the vaccines made them bioweapons, and that millions would be harmed and die if they took the injections. Time has proven me right.

By September of 2021, my warnings were substantiated. VAERS data from CDC, which reports American vaccine injuries, provided a clear clue that the vaccines were weapons of mass destruction—742,349 vaccine takers suffered adverse reactions (including death) comprising of heart failure, blood clots, strokes, brain illnesses, inflamed spinal cords, seizures, allergic reactions, autoimmune diseases, arthritis, miscarriage, infertility, deafness, blindness, muscle weakness and loss, and sleep disorders. By April, 2022, VAERS showed a combined total of 1,247,131 injuries and deaths. And because only 1% of injuries from Covid vaccines are reported, it is reasonable to expect that actual deaths and injuries can be up to five times higher. No other type of vaccine over the last 30 years has ever caused this much impairment in such a short time.

And though over 1000 scientific studies prove that the mRNA Covid-19 vaccines are extremely dangerous (including Pfizer’s own data), and UK’s government data reveals the Covid vaccines kill more people than they save, public health departments, hospitals, healthcare organizations and most doctors continue to endanger public health and dispense the lethal jabs. These co-conspirators of mass murder have become like ventriloquist dummies, only speaking when their masters pull open their mouths—allowing the crimes against humanity to mount.

As of today, 11.74 billion doses of Covid-19 vaccines have been administered worldwide, with most countries showing between a 60% and 86% vaccination rate. And yet current data is suddenly showing that Covid cases are spiraling upward into never-neverland, in almost every state, with a whopping 53% increase, which is much higher than a year ago. WTF is going on? Why are Covid tests still spitting out excessive positive readings and why is this virus (which CDC still documents as being a mild virus with symptoms matching the flu) still around after two years?

Is SARS-CoV-2 an “illusionary” property, an alien pathogen from Star Wars? Come on, people, use common sense. Science is still science, viruses still work the same, and the art of herd immunity does not magically disappear. This uptick in Covid cases is an impossibility because if SARS-CoV-2 was actually a real live virus and a real outbreak had occurred (as we were told), herd immunity would have kicked in a year ago, with or without the useless vaccines, and curtailed this virus and its variants, and there would be no more pandemic. This alone proves that SARS-CoV-2 never existed and that the entire pandemic was all about restructuring world governments and exerting absolute control over people’s lives in every aspect possible.

Same viruses do not keep infecting people over and over again. Only a virus with a different strain can bring back another illness. In the entire history of medicine there has never been a case where a virus defies the force of nature and overrides the body’s natural ability to prevent invading pathogens. And this is the reason why the bogus Covid tests are distributed to the masses. The hoaxers need to keep the minds fearful, the Covid lie going, and not allow anyone a chance to question why herd immunity failed to work.

The natural cycle of herd immunity has always been and always will be the best “vaccine” and “pill” to stop spread of contagions and end pandemics. When enough people become exposed to a contagious disease their bodies automatically build a strong resistance to it, which eventually halts that bug from spreading or doing any more damage. This is why outbreaks eventually fizzle-out. Since the beginning of human life, herd immunity has been a natural life-saver. Without that integral part of the human machinery, civilizations would be unable to fight infection and stop spread, creating a self-elimination process of the human species, and eventually extinction.

Even if a virus is created in a bio-lab, the strain would need to be re-released onto the population under a new genetic modification in order to keep reinfecting the population. Our body’s natural immune system always builds antibodies to stop reinfection of the same pathogen, unlessthe immune system is undermined through nefarious means, like the current weaponized vaccines.

This explains why the communists in power are using the mRNA vaccines against the Western populace, and why China and the communist-loving leaders of Russia have both refused to use mRNA vaccines on their own populations. The mRNA vaccines are bioweapons with many purposes, but the main purpose of these toxic injections is to completely destroy adaptive immunity in adults (lifetime immunity that occurs after exposure to pathogens) and destabilize innate immunity in children (natural immunity humans are born with). By doing this the populations of the world will be unable to fight off real viruses and bacteria and the action of herd immunity will be broken, opening the door for shedding diseases and creating super pandemics, which ultimately produces a systematical die-off within a population. The continued reports of vaccine injuries confirm that the mRNA injections are creating an immunological catastrophe throughout the Western world.

This is why those monsters of the deep state are ramping things up and focusing on injecting the children with these bio-vaccines. FDA just approved Pfizer’s Covid vaccinations for small children 5 years and up and Moderna is now asking for approval to inoculate babies 6 months and older. Trust me, infants will soon be mRNA-inoculated. They do not need abortion clinics anymore. They have a better weapon. And this is why articles are popping up in the news justifying eugenics. One article today stated that researchers from Columbia University showed that parents who raised more than two kids would come down with weakened brains and lose cognitive sharpness in their later years. This nonsense would be almost laughable if it were not meant as a psychological means to condition the masses to accept the murder of millions of fetuses, infants, and children of all ages.

The fact that there is a staged baby formula shortage here in America, and baby-hater Bill Gates (who was previously caught hiding infertility drugs in his vaccines) and his thugs suddenly came up with a plan to manufacture and sell their own toxic “save the environment” baby formula (here is Gary Barnett’s exceptional article exposing this) shows just how much these dark people despise children.

Bill Gates, who is part of GAVI, the vaccine alliance that is promoting Covid-19 vaccinations, has touted online that GAVI is all about saving lives, but that is a monstrous lie because he is a known depopulation-promoter. At one of his speeches for the World Economic Forum, he spouted the silly notion that people generated pollution, which caused climate change, and therefore human population needed to be curbed. So, tell me, if this man believes humanity needs to be snuffed out like a campfire, why would he invest billions of dollars into healthcare businesses that are supposed to save lives, or invest in baby formula to feed hungry babies whom he believes will grow up to be polluters of the earth? He is a madman who believes a large part of the human race needs to be eliminated, and therefore his investments have nothing to do with saving lives, but everything to do with overseeing the kill switch.

Bill Gates and company have a lot of bioweaponry ideas up their sleeves for “final solutions” with which to depopulate the West. The US’s DOD-DARPA and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (same partners funding the mRNA Covid-19 vaccines which are mass murdering millions) are now targeting US citizens as test rats for entomological warfare research and releasing genetically modified mosquitoes into certain states under the guise of limiting the spread of dengue and malaria. This trickery has nothing to do with protecting the public from illnesses because Gates and company lets us know all the time that they want to end our lives.

Entomological warfare is one of the first generations of bioweaponry that is still the cheapest and easiest way to infect populations. Though it was once considered an outdated mode of transmission, it has now been revived. The EPA has approved the release of more than two billion genetically altered male mosquitoes in Florida and California following the test release of 150,000 lab-transformed mosquitoes in the Florida Keys, back in 2021.

Anything involving gene-editing is bioweaponry and illegal according to the Convention law and should be banned from use. But the infiltrated globalists in our government and healthcare organizations are beyond corrupt, and only care about the completion of their cult-like one world order and ridding the world of the “unfit” humans in society who they believe are genetically inferior. (They embrace the theory of social Darwinism which teaches that the wealthy and those in power are born with superior genes and that the rest of humanity are useless to society). If vaccines can be used as bioweapons, you can be sure the bites of insects can be effective means with which to also transmit lab-created diseases or deliver manmade genetic materials into the nucleus of human cells.

The global “elite,” like mad necromancers clasping pentagrams and chanting incantations over the human race, are setting up citizens for other catastrophic outcomes through mass bio-vaccinations. The secret “genetic” goodies that they can transport into the nucleus of human cells via inoculation can cause contamination of the original human genome, elimination of certain races and age groups, sterilization of both males and females, eradication of gender, disruptions of the sex drive, forced abortions and miscarriages, restructuring of thought processes, mutation creations, induced lab-created diseases, developed irreparable chronic damages to organs and tissues, and timetabled kill switches.

The adenoviral-platformed Covid-19 vaccines that China and Russia have used to vaccinate their citizenry (China’s vaccine is called AD5-nCOV and Russia’s is named Sputnik V) also carry bioweapon capabilities like the mRNA Covid-19 vaccines manufactured by Pfizer and Moderna. Unlike mRNA vaccines, which transports genetic material (fragments of the mRNA supposedly carrying a part of the genetic sequence of SARS-CoV-2) into cells using lipid nanoparticles to encapsulate the mRNA material they are transporting, adenoviral vaccines are vector-based and use an inactive or dead adenovirus (such as bronchitis or pneumonia) as their platform to transport genetically coded instructions of the supposed SARS-CoV-2 into the human cell.

The adenoviral vaccines could be a more potent bioweapon because they are able to smuggle in larger genomic material into the nucleus of the cell than through mRNA technology, such as genetically-prepared properties of live pathogens, which could create all sorts of mild or deadly outbreaks without the public’s knowledge. Viruses and bacterium that could be transported through vector-based platforms could include, to name just a few, hemorrhagic fevers such as Marburg or Ebola, dengue fever, pneumonic plague, or Q fever. I highly doubt hemorrhagic fevers would be used as a choice of bioweapon, but a mild virus would allow the goons in power to keep the pandemic agenda going until everyone is vaccinated and the new world order is fully implemented. But so far, using a fake coronavirus has been enough to keep the pandemic narrative alive, justify weaponized vaccines, and prepare the masses for body bags.

Though the United States mainly dispenses the mRNA Covid vaccines through Pfizer and Moderna, Johnson & Johnson manufactures the adenoviral vaccine, and therefore it is no surprise that their vaccines are linked with numerous blood-clotting disorders. The UK uses the adenoviral platform made by Oxford-AstraZeneca, but Europe as a whole distributes more of Pfizer’s mRNA vaccines, making sure the Western peoples are getting pinched with enough of the mRNA shots.

And since China has had weaponized bio-vaccines stored in their military stockpiles for the last ten years, and can temporarily disable an enemy, kill specific races through genetic conversions, and be used as time bombs for swift elimination, I find it quite worrisome and suspicious that all of the Covid-19 vaccine manufacturers worldwide stepped away from traditional vaccines and developed vaccines that have the potential to do the very same dirty deeds as China’s militarized bio-based vaccines.

This is what bioweapons do, and explains why the military and government overseeing these pharmaceutical companies refuse to pull the Covid vaccines off the market for further study, even after millions of crippling injuries and deaths have been reported. And while citizens are impaired and dying from the bio-vaccinations, profits and praise could not be better for the vaccine makers. Pfizer made $37 billion alone in 2021 on their Covid vaccines. Combined, both Pfizer and Moderna’s mRNA vaccine profits are expected to hit about $93 billion this year. People kill for a lot, lot less. And Albert Bourla, Pfizer’s CEO, was even awarded a 2022 prize by the Genesis Foundation for “saving lives.” I wonder when Bill Gates will get his award?

The entire staged pandemic was about ushering in a dictatorial new world order and eliminating those who might stand in their way, but most refused to see the coup, allowing infiltrated enemies to imprison the world, destroy freedom, and dispense dangerous bio-vaccines within record time onto the populations. Once America went under full lockdown mode, and normal pandemic response procedures were violated, this was the time when healthcare professionals and the public could have spoken up and stopped the invasion. The signs of a takeover were blatant, like a pretty woman suddenly performing a strip-dance on a busy street corner. There was no logical reason for a mild coronavirus outbreak to warrant lockdowns for a whole population of healthy people. Sick patients should be the only ones under isolation if they have contracted a more serious, highly-contagious pathogen, such as smallpox or one of the hemorrhagic fevers.

Even with 60,000 people dying a year from seasonal influenza or the 53% mortality rate of the past bird flu (H5N1) outbreaks (compared to the SARS-CoV-2 mortality rate of 0.1%), mandatory separation from society was never even considered as part of those preparedness responses. And yet, when it came to another mild coronavirus, the public health departments threw out medical know-how and embraced cruel response measures.

And along with the abuse by healthcare professionals who should have known better, most Americans passively allowed themselves to be caged in their homes like prisoners and become sitting ducks for foreign invasion. Any political group who locks down an entire population is committing an act of war against their citizens. Even the term “lockdowns” was a carefully crafted word by the globalists, replacing the normal medical phrase quarantine measures in order to define their victory in conquering the West. Such aggressive actions are always indication that a country or countries are under enemy attack, and yet, two years later, with total proof and evidence in plain sight that a pandemic never existed and that leaders of 193 countries have sold their souls to the devil and are crossing a bridge toward a one world government, the world’s populace simply cares less.

The enemies who are taking out Western values and laws are patient with the timetable on which their weaponized mRNA vaccines will work. They have been planning this global takeover for over 50 years, centuries in fact, and are willing to squat a few more years on their snobbish bogs until the final “virus” seals the coffin on all of those who are not part of their elitist “my-genes-are-better-than-your-genes” sadistic mentality. These people are not good people. The government they have planned for the world will not be anything like previous communistic-led governments. Their goals are elimination of all peoples whom they view as “genetically unfit” for society, complete enslavement for those they do allow to live, and the induction of a new breed of genetically-engineered humanoids who are designed to completely replace the human race.

The post-Covid-19 life for those who are considered part of the “elite” group of the wealthy and powerful will live like kings, but the rest of humanity will not be so lucky. The new world for the surviving humans and created humanoids include living in surveilled smart cities, with no privacy, sharing apartments with strangers, owning absolutely nothing, buying and selling based on a merit system, being forbidden to procreate, restricted travel, planned eugenics for certain ages and races, GMO foods, rationed energy and water, no cars, and no rights to make decisions. There will be no malls or retail shopping. Everything will be done online, including healthcare. It will be a life of isolation. This is why the global order is informing us through books, interviews and conferences that humanity will not exist in the future, and only engineered transhuman obedient “machines” will be walking the earth. Human beings will not be able to mentally adapt to such a regressive lifestyle unless they are genetically-engineered to do so.

Because the world will be living under an occult-based existence, with everything in complete contrast to the natural and normal order of life humans have lived under since the beginning of time, there will be no moral or objective laws to protect citizens and families. The worship of God will be prohibited, and without that spiritual barricade that once held darkness at bay and allowed freedom to reign, all sorts of deviance will abound.

For over twenty years I have trained first responders, healthcare professionals, and military personnel on counterterrorism, biological warfare and pandemic preparedness. The cold hard fact is that bioweapons will always be bioweapons, developed solely to be used as weapons against civilians or soldiers during warfare—to murder and incapacitate as necessary to achieve a successful takeover of nation or nations. Bioweapons have nothing to do with public health safety, and never will. The Covid-19 vaccines are weapons, plain and simple.

The great reset of nations is set to be in place by the year 2030, and Western ideals and values travel in stark contrast to that global agenda. So, tell me, if you had the mindset of the dastardly, how would you quietly silence millions of free thinkers, pilfer their governments, and at the same time preserve whole city infrastructures without messy nukes and bloody drawn-out physical invasions?

The Covid vaccinations were the weapons with which to jumpstart this hell-on-earth agenda. Though the majority of vaccine deaths and injuries go unreported, time will eventually reveal to what extent those vaccines have been weaponized and what specific groups were highlighted targets—but hundreds of millions will be gone by then, and the survivors will be living under a diabolical Orwellian new world order.

How many planned scams and atrocities have to take place in full view in order for Americans to actually do something to stop it? In the midst of a totally fraudulent ‘covid pandemic,’ the masses sat silent while they were ordered to isolate, they were locked down (imprisoned) in their own homes, instructed to wear dangerous masks, told to avoid family and friends, told to close down their businesses and send their employees home, told they could not travel, quarantined, turned away from most crucial medical care, and told in many cases that bioweapon injections were mandatory in order to work or travel. The controllers, political class, and their corrupt central bank partner printed out of thin air trillions upon trillions of fake dollars, plunging this country into the beginning of hyperinflation. Housing prices and rents doubled or more while criminal institutional and government supported property confiscation and mass buying became rampant. Vital oil and energy supplies were purposely curtailed due to the false flag event called the Russia/Ukraine war, sending oil and gas prices to all-time highs. The same happened with agriculture and food stock prices, causing mass shortages and in many cases, famine.  Now, the baby formula market has been aggressively and purposely destroyed in the U.S., (not the rest of the world) as tiny infants are being targeted by the controlling ‘elites’ and government, while tainted, poisonous, chemically laced, and harmful Bill Gates fake baby formula will be marketed as the alternative.

An article published by Daily Mail on June 19, 2020, revealed that Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Richard Branson and other billionaires just so happened to invest in a startup artificial breast milk company that will produce formula from cultured human mammary epithelial. This must be just another lucky coincidence that will benefit the same eugenic depopulation monsters that are involved in every aspect of the ‘covid’ and ‘climate change’ frauds. The new firm called BIOMILQ received millions of dollars from an investment fund co-founded by these four individuals. And believe it or not, this fake formula that will be produced due to these globalists, will also ‘save the earth’ by preventing ‘climate change’ due to the supposed gases created in baby formula manufacturing. This kills two birds with one stone, as babies are greatly harmed helping with depopulation, but that should matter not, because the earth can be saved in the process.

Isn’t it so fortunate that these billionaires know exactly what will happen in the future, and invest in the same companies and new startups that are created due to these same feigned elite’s and government policies meant to control the system and the world? Gates and other billionaires, by sheer luck of course, invested in fake ‘covid vaccines’ before the rollout, farmland and agriculture just before food shortages, surveillance and tracking system technologies used during the ‘covid scam,’ computer modeling companies to predict ‘pandemics’ to ‘improve’ product supply and distribution, tens of millions to support global efforts in companies designed to implement ‘viral’ testing and tracing, hundreds of millions for distributing fake ‘covid vaccines,’ fake treatments, and fake diagnostics, hundreds of millions to Gate’s’ own funded companies and pharmaceutical giants, and now baby/climate change formula just in time for a mass shortage. This is of course a short list.

It seems completely obvious that this so-called baby formula ‘crisis’ is a scam, and was purposely created to advance other agendas. Is baby formula scarce worldwide, or is this a U.S. phenomenon? There is evidence that U.S. baby formula is on shelves in other countries. It is also obvious that most could breast feed their babies naturally, which could negate this fraudulent (manmade) shortage. That is the healthy choice, but pharmaceutical companies are telling mothers and parents that breast feeding is dangerous and not a solution for this baby formula shortage. Baby formulas coming from the few large U.S. companies allowed to produce and sell them, are chemically laced and unhealthy products, but so many have been sold the lie that mothers can simply use a store-bought product instead of natural feeding or making their own formula. This is just more hype and lies meant to harm families and promote a particular reaction. After all, it is easier just to buy these protectionist products instead of seeking alternatives, and that seems to be the new American way.

Money, power, control, and societal dependence are sought by the state, and this new ‘crisis’ is simply meant to cause more panic to young parents who have been groomed to do as they are told. After all, this is not the only government made panic, as everything going on is meant to create and stoke fear. Food shortages abound, and that will worsen, and there will be more shortages coming, including less energy available for entire populations. By using the ‘climate change’ argument to sell fake, genetically modified baby formula, it should be a simple task to see through this fraud.

Personal responsibility can go a long way in overcoming the fear foisted on society by the criminal tyrants. This baby formula fiasco is just one more in a long series of abuses at the hands of these controllers and their pawns in government and the media.

Remember that everything coming from the claimed rulers should be disbelieved, everything should be questioned, and nothing coming from the state and the political class should be accepted without solid factual evidence to support any claim made. As an aside, solid factual evidence from government is anything but likely, and very rarely exists.

The lies will not only continue, but will intensify going forward as this world government coup gains even more steam. We are still in the midst of one crisis after another, all planned beforehand, and brought about to advance particular responses by the sheep. Instead of reacting to each and every agenda driven hoax or misrepresentation, ignore the most criminal element of society, government, and rely on self.

Baby Formula ‘Shortage’ Fraud: Acceptance of Purposeful Harm to Infants Means the End of This Now Pathetic Society

In 2002, a United Nations whistleblower revealed that monkeypox would be engineered for use as a bioweapon in a war between the United States and Russia.
According to former United Nations weapons inspectors, Russia has been working with the monkeypox virus in their bioweapons program since the 1980’s.

The Soviets decided they did not want to work with smallpox by the late 1980’s “and there was significant discussion of the possible use of monkeypox as a biological weapon instead of smallpox,” Ken Alibek, who was former deputy chief of the Soviet biological weapons program told UPI.

com reports: Monkeypox, which causes symptoms similar to smallpox, can be fatal, but only in the minority of cases, said James LeDuc, director of the division of viral and rickettsial diseases at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta. He said he is “not aware of any cases outside” Africa.

The World Health Organization attributes the increase in monkeypox cases in Africa to the fact that smallpox vaccines, which can protect against monkeypox, are no longer administered.

LeDuc said it is uncertain whether the disease is on the increase, but he noted there appears to have been an outbreak of the disease in Africa about 6 months ago.

The “real fear is that (monkeypox) might be engineered as a bioweapon,” said Jonathan Tucker, a former weapons inspector for the United Nations Special Commission who is now with the think tank Monterey Institute in Washington.

Monkeypox is not as contagious as smallpox, but whether it could be or has been modified to be more virulent is unknown. The Soviets were not concerned with contagiousness, Alibek said, because they planned to produce “tons and tons” of the virus — enough to infect “hundred of thousands of people or even more.”

Tucker noted the smallpox vaccine will protect against both monkeypox and camelpox, but Americans do not have access to this vaccine. The CDC, which holds a stockpile of the smallpox vaccine, is currently reconsidering its vaccination strategy and whether to vaccinate everyone or wait until there is an outbreak and try to vaccinate only those exposed.

There are concerns that Russia’s smallpox may have been leaked to terrorists, and whether something similar happened with monkeypox is uncertain. Another former U.N. weapons inspector, who requested anonymity, told UPI “There’s no confirmation that (monkeypox) leaked out, but the potential exists.”

Alibek said he had no idea whether monkeypox had ever been leaked out of the Soviet program. But he noted that from the 1970s until the 1990s, “it was not a problem to get any of the orthopox viruses (smallpox, camelpox and monkeypox),” and many countries had access to them if they wanted them.

Iraq is one of the rogue states that may have obtained access to monkeypox. “We’ve never ever gotten to the bottom of their involvement with camelpox, whether they were really trying to weaponize it or it was a façade for working with smallpox or monkeypox,” said the former U.N. inspector, who was a member of the team that went into Iraq.

There is a lot of suspicion that Iraq had access to smallpox, but “there’s no such indirect evidence for monkeypox,” the inspector said. Asked if monkeypox was less of a concern than smallpox, the inspector replied, “I wouldn’t say it’s of less concern … The fact that we haven’t come across evidence from the United Nations doesn’t mean it’s not there.”

No U.N. weapons inspectors have been in Iraq since 1998, so unless the government acknowledges working with a particular biological agent it is difficult to know for certain whether they ever worked with it. No one has any idea what types of agents they have worked with in the past three years, the inspector said.

Iraq is “likely to work with any nasty that comes along” and the government has shown an interest “in all the orthopox viruses,” so “it’s a strong possibility that they were” working with monkeypox, the inspector said.

The good news is that monkeypox does not appear to be transmissible from person to person and the smallpox vaccine protects against it. Asked whether monkeypox could be modified so that the vaccine is not effective against it, the former weapons inspector said, “I would say that verges on the impossible.”

Alibek noted, “There was no such work in getting it resistant to vaccine. I cannot say anything for sure about what they are doing now.” Alibek said he left the program more than 10 years ago.

“Making it elusive to the vaccine would be a challenge,” CDC’s LeDuc said. “The position that we’ve always held is that it would be very difficult to overcome the vaccine by genetic engineering.”

However, Alibek added, “Existent vaccines are not 100 percent effective” against smallpox. They only offer approximately 70 percent protection. “Against monkeypox, the protection could be even lower,” he said. “So even if everybody is vaccinated against smallpox, it doesn’t mean everybody is protected.”

Monkeypox – it’s the hip new disease sweeping the globe. Allegedly appearing almost simultaneously in over a dozen different countries on four different continents.

As we wrote in the early days of the Covid “pandemic”, the only thing spreading faster than the disease is fear.

The media reported the first UK case of monkeypox on the 7th of May. Less than two weeks later, we’re seeing some very familiar headlines. Just like that…Pandemic 2: Monkey Pox!! begins

Sky News tells us that UK Monkeypox “cases” have “doubled(!)”… from 10 to 20.

The BBC went real subtle with it, blaring: “Monkeypox: Doctors concerned over impact on sexual health”

The New Scientist has actually used the P-word, asking “Can Monkeypox become a new pandemic?”, before answering, essentially, “probably no, but also maybe yes!”. Keeping their options open.

The Mirror has gone full paranoid already, headlining:

So that’s one direction the story might go.

To be clear, “monkeypox” (whatever that even means in this context), is NOT a Russian bio-weapon. It’s not a Western bio-weapon either. Or Chinese bio-weapon. It’s just another scare story. And a rushed, half-hearted one at that.
One of the signs that marked the Covid “pandemic” as a psy-op from an early stage was the sheer speed with which the hysteria spread. Far from learning from their mistakes, the powers-that-be have decided to go even faster this time.

Despite “cases” numbering barely in the dozens, the World Health Organization has called an emergency meeting, a strange thing to do when their annual Assembly starts literally tomorrow. But I guess when your launching a new product you need to do everything you can to get the hype going.

Despite just two “cases” in the entire United States (and indeed the fact they still don’t work), New York is bringing back mask recommendations.
Nobody has said “lockdown”… yet. But Hans Kluge, WHO regional director for Europe, is “concerned” that transmission could accelerate if people attend mass gatherings:

as we enter the summer season … with mass gatherings, festivals and parties, I am concerned that transmission could accelerate”.
(As inflation soars and the cost of living crisis only gets worse, it’s probably handy for them to have a new “public health” reason to ban protests or clampdown on civil unrest. Just a thought.)

There’s some good news though… for vaccine manufacturers, anyway. As Whitney Webb reports, two struggling pharmaceutical companies have already seen a big stock boost from the “outbreak”:

Regardless of how the monkeypox situation plays out, two companies are already cashing in. As concern over monkeypox has risen, so too have the shares of Emergent Biosolutions and SIGA Technologies. Both companies essentially have monopolies in the US market, and other markets as well, on smallpox vaccines and treatments. Their main smallpox-focused products are, conveniently, also used to protect against or treat monkeypox as well. As a result, the shares of Emergent Biosolutions climbed 12% on Thursday, while those of SIGA soared 17.1%.
Just as with Covid, and despite rumours they would be leaving the World Health Organization, Russia appears to be lining up with the WHO agenda. Already they are “tightening border quarantine” rules, vaccinating healthcare workers and supplying quick bedside tests internationally.

Looks like we might be in for an epic summer of scare-mongering, panic-buying & bucketloads of cringe.

Biden is reportedly receiving regular updates, according to National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, who told the traveling press pool that the United States has vaccines “available to be deployed.”

Sajid Javid yesterday revealed another 11 Britons had tested positive for the virus, taking the total to 20.

“There is going to be more diagnoses over the next week,” said Dr. Claire Dewsnap, president of the British Association for Sexual Health and HIV. “How many is hard to say. What worries me the most is there are infections across Europe, so this has already spread.”

Prepare for everything!

Prepare for local chaos, further destabilizing events, fake alien invasions, real invasions from foreign or domestic enemies, food shortages, more Lockdowns, more lies and fear campaigns.

Prepare by organizing yourself, your family, your neighbours and your community to be prepared for anything.

The list of their attacks to destabilize our strength is continuing to get longer every day.
