If and when times are tough, it might be good to keep some of these ancient cures in mind. They also are good for everyday needs when you consider how effective some of them can be.

Licorice tea for a sore throat is a good example. It’s also interesting that many of these natural cures are still in use today, including beeswax and bee pollen, chamomile, and others. It’s a good demonstration of the benefit of wisdom developed over centuries.

It’s hard to know how Native Americans determined which plants might have medicinal properties, although trial and error was probably one approach. It’s also thought that they observed sick animals eating certain plants and determined that those plants must have a certain property worth exploring. Since that time, scientific studies have verified the medicinal value of many plants. In fact, common aspirin is derived from salicin, a chemical in the inner bark of willow trees that was used in ancient times for fever and pain.

These medicines were usually administered via teas or pastes that were either ingested or applied externally. Sometimes the plants were eaten as food or added to food or water. On occasion, a salve or poultice was applied to open wounds. I would strongly recommend that you avoid the latter, given the risk of infection from wild sources.

I’ve omitted many of the natural remedies. There was a use for mistletoe that I came across, but mistletoe is essentially poisonous and if not used properly the results could be counter-productive, if not deadly.

1. Alfalfa:
Relieves digestion and is used to aid blood clotting. Contemporary uses included treatment of arthritis, bladder and kidney conditions, and bone strength. It enhances the immune system.

2. Aloe:
A cactus-like plant. The thick leaves can be squeezed to extrude a thick sap that can be used to treat burns, insect bites, and wounds.

3. Aspen:
The inner bark or xylem is used in a tea to treat fever, coughs, and pain. It contains salicin, which also is found in willow trees and is the foundation ingredient for aspirin.

4. Bee pollen:
When mixed with food it can boost energy, aid digestion, and enhance the immune system. If you’re allergic to bee stings you will most likely be allergic to bee pollen.

5. Beeswax:
Used as a salve for burns and insect bites, including bee stings. Intended to only be used externally.

6. Blackberry:
The root, bark, and leaves when crushed and infused in a tea are used to treat diarrhea, reduce inflammation, and stimulate the metabolism. As a gargle, it treats sore throats, mouth ulcers, and inflammation of the gums.

7. Black Raspberry:
The roots of this plant are crushed and used as a tea or boiled and chewed to relieve coughs, diarrhea, and general intestinal distress.

8. Buckwheat:
The seeds are used in soups and as porridge to lower blood pressure, help with blood clotting, and relieve diarrhea.

9. Cayenne:
The pods are used as a pain reliever when taken with food or drunk in a tea. Also used to threaten arthritis and digestive distress. It is sometimes applied to wounds as a powder to increase blood flow and act as an antiseptic and anesthetic to numb the pain.

10. Chamomile:
The leaves and flowers are used as a tea to treat intestinal problems and nausea.

11. Chokecherry:
Considered by Native American tribes as an all-purpose medicinal treatment, the berries were pitted, dried and crushed into a tea or a poultice to treat a variety of ailments. These include coughs, colds, flu, nausea, inflammation, and diarrhea. As a salve or poultice it is used to treat burns and wounds. The pit of the chokecherry – much like apple seeds – is poisonous in high concentrations. Be sure to pit the cherries if you’re considering this for any use.

12. Echinacea:
Also known as purple coneflower, this is a classic Native American medicine that is used to strengthen the immune system, fight infections, and fever. It also is used as an antiseptic and general treatment for colds, coughs, and flu.

13. Eucalyptus:
The oil from the leaves and roots is a common treatment when infused in a tea to treat coughs, sore-throat, flu, and fever. It’s used to this day as an ingredient in cough drops.

14. Fennel:

Former “60 Minutes” correspondent and award-winning investigative reporter Lara Logan, who appears to have been shunned by Fox News after she compared Dr. Anthony Fauci to Nazi regime terrorist Dr. Josef Mengele, dropped truth bombs about what’s really going on with Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

In an interview with Stew Peters last week, Logan began by noting that she has never in her life seen such universal acceptance of war by Americans, most of whom have embraced Ukraine because they’ve been lied to constantly about Russia and its current leader, President Vladimir Putin.

It’s “what you call the theater of the absolute ridiculous,” she said, noting that “all across L.A.” there are Ukrainian flags flying. “When in our lifetimes did anybody ever see the cheering that is going on with any kind of war? That really gets my BS meter just going absolutely off the charts.”

“What you have here is whether you like Putin or don’t like him, whether he’s a good guy or he’s a bad guy, Putin is not willing to be part of whatever global government structure that is coming our way,” she said. “He’s one man who is standing between us and the people who want to see a new world order.”

“And you don’t have to dig very deep to find out that Ukraine has a very dark history,” Logan continued. “And it’s directly involved in much of what is going on in the United States. You talk about all the lies, well Ukraine has been at the center of many of the most damaging lies.”

She went on to note Putin has been “calculating” and “careful” ahead of his invasion of Ukraine, adding that the Russian leader has said for 15 years “he would not tolerate NATO expansion.”

He has “also made it very clear he is not part of whatever they’ve got right now in the bioweapons labs that Hunter Biden’s … partners and firms are connected to,” she went on. “They want to say that we’re conspiracy theorists…but at the World Economic Forum, they can talk about” a new world order, and likewise for other globalist constructs like a world minimum wage, a global vaccine passport, and so on.

“I’m just tired of it,” Logan added. “You know, those people who want to read The New York Times and read the Washington Post and believe the nonsense, I just, I don’t have time for that anymore. I’m talking to the people who are listening and want to hear what’s true and what’s not true.”

Later, Logan spoke about what the West’s leaders have ignored since Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy came to power, such as “mass graves” in the country’s east, in places like Odessa and in the Donbas region, where the Ukrainian military and militias have allegedly carried out killings when people there “voted to secede” and either became independent or moved closer to Russia.

“That was never a narrative the West was ever, you know, we weren’t gonna tell that story, we were just going to ignore it,” she said in comments that were backed up by a source from Ukraine who spoke to Natural News on background for this story.

“We’re going to parrot out what Zelenskyy and the West want us to say about Ukraine,” she added.

Logan went on to note the irony behind the first impeachment of then-President Donald Trump for allegedly withholding aid to Ukraine “for a moment,” though that money was going to fund Ukrainian military units that are literally neo-Nazis. And yet, she said, the leftist deep state in the U.S. accused any American who supported Trump of being ‘neo-Nazis.”

Last week, Logan “was invited onto America’s Voice and asked about reports from the Daily Mail that the Russian army was ‘running out of bullets.'” Peters noted earlier in his monologue, “In response, Lara revealed the truth: That the story was completely ridiculous, and that the war in Ukraine has arguably prompted more lies, on a larger scale, than any news event in recent history. It may have caused more lies even than COVID.”

Fox nation host Lara Logan has appeared on a controversia podcast ‘And We Know’ and implied that Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution was the outcome of a well-off Jewish family paying him.

“Darwin was hired by somebody to come up with a theory” said Logan on the podcast

“Does anyone know who employed Darwin, Where Darwinism comes from? Look it up; the Rothschilds. It goes back to 10 Downing street. The same people who employed Darwin and his theory of evolution and so on and so on.”

Logan continued on the subject for several minutes but eventually ended the talk on an ambiguous note making the point that the theory of evolution is a “Chicken or the egg” type of debate and that “you can’t answer it scientifically.”

Facebook says that Fauci spreads misinformation

Fauci was actually telling the truth in this video. The poster agrees with me (the poster wrote “he actually makes sense”).

But Facebook labels the post as false information!

In other words, Facebook is saying that Fauci is spreading false information.

Fauci actually wasn’t spreading false information in this video, but I do agree that in general Fauci does spread false information (like claiming the virus didn’t come from a lab, that he didn’t fund gain-of-function research, that the vaccines are safe and effective, and that early treatments don’t work). So even though Facebook got this wrong (nobody was claiming that COVID and influenza are comparable… that was made up by the fact checker), they got it right that Fauci spreads misinformation and should not be trusted.

Fauci’s United Front Is Collapsing

Last week, medical journalist Katherine Eban posted at Vanity Fair the results of a long and detailed investigation into the lab-leak theory of the origins of SARS-CoV-2. The subject is moving ever more to the front-and-center of efforts to find out exactly what was going on at the highest levels in early 2020 that resulted in the greatest societal, political, and economic upheaval of our lives.

How precisely did we move so quickly from the “germ games” of October 2019 – when the virus was already circulating in the US – to full-scale global lockdown by March? Why did Anthony Fauci, who in early February was downplaying the seriousness of the virus, flip to the other side (which we know from emails)? It was Fauci, according to many reporters, who tapped Deborah Birx to huddle with Trump and convince him that the only way to battle the virus was to “shut down” the economy – as if anything like that was possible much less effective for controlling a respiratory virus.

For two years now, and despite endless writing and reflection, this change from the top has puzzled me. Lockdowns contradicted not only a century of public-health practice but even WHO guidelines. Even on March 2, 2020, 850 scientists signed a letter to the White House warning against lockdowns, closures, and travel restrictions. Within days, everything changed.

There were hints of extreme measures in the CDC pandemic planning manuals since 2006 but the idea was hardly orthodoxy in the profession. It’s also true that there were elite scientists who longed for the chance to try out the new theory of virus suppression. But how did Fauci and Birx, to say nothing of Jared Kushner, become converts of the idea to the point that they were able to convince Trump to betray everything he believed in?

This is quite probably where the lab-leak theory comes in. It’s not so much about whether the virus was an accidental or even deliberate leak that matters so much as whether Fauci, Francis Collins, and Jeremy Farrrar of the UK’s Wellcome Trust believed it was possible or even likely. In that case, we have our motive. Did they deploy the chaos of lockdowns as a genuine if wildly misguided attempt to suppress the virus as a way of avoiding culpability? Or perhaps it was deployed as a kind of smokescreen to distract from a closer examination of the Wuhan’s lab’s funding sources? Or possibly there is a third reason.

We have a very long way to go before the full truth is out. But Eban’s article adds tremendous detail about the great lengths to which our Fauci-led cabal of officials worked hard to suppress dissent on the question of lab-vs-natural origin. They kept papers from being posted on preprint servers, held Zoom sessions with authors in an attempt to intimidate them, and spent tremendous energy making it clear that there would be a no-leak “united front” no matter what.

Writes Eban: “At the highest levels of the U.S. government, alarm was growing over the question of where the virus had originated and whether research performed at the WIV, and funded in part by U.S. taxpayers, had played some role in its emergence.”

Eban’s intrepid journalism now has former CDC director Robert Redfield opening up about how he not only warned about the possibility of a lab leak but also that he was then excluded from all strategy meetings thereafter.

    To Dr. Robert Redfield, the director of the CDC at the time, it seemed not only possible but likely that the virus had originated in a lab. “I personally felt it wasn’t biologically plausible that [SARS CoV-2] went from bats to humans through an [intermediate] animal and became one of the most infectious viruses to humans,” he told Vanity Fair. Neither the 2002 SARS virus nor the 2012 MERS virus had transmitted with such devastating efficiency from one person to another.

    What had changed? The difference, Redfield believed, was the gain-of-function research that Shi and Baric had published in 2015, and that EcoHealth Alliance had helped to fund. They had established that it was possible to alter a SARS-like bat coronavirus so that it would infect human cells via a protein called the ACE2 receptor. Although their experiments had taken place in Baric’s well-secured laboratory in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, who was to say that the WIV had not continued the research on its own?

    In mid-January of 2020, Vanity Fair can reveal, Redfield expressed his concerns in separate phone conversations with three scientific leaders: Fauci; Jeremy Farrar, the director of the U.K.’s Wellcome Trust; and Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director general of the World Health Organization (WHO). Redfield’s message, he says, was simple: “We had to take the lab-leak hypothesis with extreme seriousness.”

In sessions from which Redfield was excluded from early February, Fauci’s chosen participants strategized a statement published in the form of a medical paper: “The proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2.” The publication date was March 17, 2020, the day following Trump’s lockdown press conference. The paper was in fact written as early as February 4. Eban makes the salient point: “How they arrived at such certainty within four days remains unclear.”

    [Redfield] concluded there’d been a concerted effort not just to suppress the lab-leak theory but to manufacture the appearance of a scientific consensus in favor of a natural origin. “They made a decision, almost a P.R. decision, that they were going to push one point of view only” and suppress rigorous debate, said Redfield. “They argued they did it in defense of science, but it was antithetical to science.”

Two weeks following the drafting of the paper, “in a letter published in the influential medical journal the Lancet, [Peter Dazsak of EcoHealth, which had funneled US money to the Wuhan lab] joined 26 scientists in asserting, ‘We stand together to strongly condemn conspiracy theories suggesting that COVID-19 does not have a natural origin.’”

A conspiracy theory! We know for sure that those never turn out to be true! Surely there was no such thing as a powerful cabal plotting to force a single orthodoxy on science in order to protect themselves from too much investigation into their own role in funding gain-of-function research! Except that this appears to be exactly what was happening.

This strategy of information suppression and intimidation of dissent, along with the manufacturing of a fake consensus that in fact did not exist, continued through 2020 and arguably to the present. Among the other victims of such propaganda and smears were the authors of the Great Barrington Declaration. We know from emails that Fauci and Collins collaborated in a deliberate attempt to drum up a “quick and devastating” takedown.

It was a rather bizarre thing to do. The GBD was a rather conventional statement of public health principles along with a warning against the devastating consequences of extreme measures of coercion. Today it reads almost like a summary of what most people have come to believe after long and terrible experiences. Why did the Fauci cabal believe it was so very important to stop this statement?

What we need now is a clearer linkage behind the now-documented attempt to forge a single narrative on the lab leak question and the decision to forge a single narrative about the need to lock down, and thus overthrow a century of public-health practice. What was the motivation here? What were they discussing in private in those crucial weeks in February 2020 leading up to the disaster?

What is unbearably clear at this point is that this gang’s obsession with covering up a possible lab leak, in the interest of keeping their own fingerprints off the deed, completely distracted the leadership of the National Institutes of Health from what it was supposed to be doing at the time. And what was that? It’s not complicated. If you have a new pathogen sweeping a country, you want to focus on ways to keep vulnerable populations safe (for example, not forcing nursing homes to admit Covid-infected people) and discovering the best therapeutics to minimize severity for the general population.

This is not what happened. Instead, we had a plot against the US president, the deliberate cultivation of mass panic, forced closures of schools and businesses, wild demands for mass human separation, travel restrictions, ineffective mask and vaccine mandates, and the general triumph of crank science over experience, at the great cost of human liberties and rights and hence social and economic well-being.

The reason for the chaos appears, in part, that during those crucial early months, public-health leadership in the US had another private agenda centered not on health but their own reputations and professional standing. Two years later, we live with the devastating consequences that have affected the whole of our lives.

Top people from Western countries who were acting as commanders of the Ukraine forces are trapped in a steel mill and Russia is shooting down the rescue helicopters. There is more than that in the video also.
Contrary to rumor, the Ruble is NOT trading higher than it was before sanctions.
Prior to the sanctions, it was trading at 76 to the dollar. At the peak damage after sanctions, it traded at 120 rubles to the dollar. Last night I checked and it was trading at 85 rubles to the dollar, and remains close to that now. So though it can be said that Russia did indeed brush off the sanctions quite successfully, it cannot be claimed, (as some are claiming) that Russia is now doing better than ever.
When compared against non Western currencies, the dollar fell equal to the Ruble.
The only thing proven is that Russia is not a pushover like the West had hoped, apples to apples compared to the peso, the dollar fell by about half of what the Ruble did, and the dollar also fell against the Indian Rupee, the Brazilian Real and more. The ruble is worth about 11 percent less than it was before sanctions when compared to Western currencies. However, when compared against non-western currencies, it only fell by 5.5 percent, while the U.S. dollar fell against non-western currencies.

I cannot post every chart out there here, but if you go check them you'll see that consistently, the U.S. dollar fell against all the non western currencies about the same as the Ruble did.
It may not look like the Ruble fell at all with the charts I posted, but when you go over the other non western currencies in detail, on average, both the Ruble and the dollar have fallen slightly.
Ukraine supposedly attacked an oil depot in Russia
It is hard to say if Ukraine actually did that or if Russia did it as a false flag to get acceptance of the actions in Ukraine, but I'll lean towards Ukraine. However - This is exactly what Russia needs to justify the action in Ukraine, and Russia probably never expected to get off scot free. There will probably be more happening but it will all be a limited irritation unless someone hands Ukraine a nuke.

And worse, rather than just paint lines they put in physical barriers that smashed people's cars if anyone decided to try to make it two lanes. The barriers were super pretty, some were really nice lit poles that would smash cars badly and others were concrete balls anchored to the roads. The walkways on the side were huge. They choked 2 lanes to 1, right in the city center. This lasted about three months after people took it upon themselves to destroy all the barricades in addition to many cars taking them out because it was simply too choked off and everything is now back to two lanes with only slightly better than before consideration for the sidewalks. The mayor said she did it because "She wanted all the cars out of centro so she made it hell to drive" and that did not work, people just tolerated the hell until everything was ripped up.

I do not know how Russia is tolerating the West's arming of Ukranian forces
Ukraine recently got armed with portable hand launchable star streak anti aircraft missiles from Britain. They have a range of 7 miles, go mach 3.5 and spin in a tight 1.5 meter circle to give them a better chance of hitting. To top it off, they are point and shoot. An idiot can down a fighter jet with one. Crude pointing is all they need.

I don't know how Russia is tolerating this. I don't know how Russia is tolerating American and European leadership mixed with the AZOV forces either. What's the difference between what is going on and doing an actual invasion with Western identity? America and Europe are already at war with Russia. And there's something a lot worse than this -

Weapons like that british missile system need to be kept in the proper hands, and that's not reality in Ukraine. The West just handed "Ukranian chaos" weapons that can down ordinary commercial jets anywhere. Is Ukraine, which is intentionally targeting and murdering civilians en masse trustworthy with that type of weapon? NOPE.

The dirty work has been done. They want to ditch Joe. THEY DID THE DIRTY WORK, knowing full well all the time that laptop that would have destroyed Joe was legit. The FBI did the dirty work. Update to the captured generals post below:
It appears Russia has taken to the sky with stealth drones that are documenting cruise missile attacks live. Ukraine cannot do anything about it. The latest strike probably used intel gathered from people Russia captured from the steel mill. Russia has captured a few from the steel mill, that is known for sure, the only thing not known is whether or not any American generals were in the mix for sure.

This video came from a drone that was overlooking a hit from an Iskander missile on a base that the Russians knew was staffed by over 100 foreign mercenaries, and Russia has declared all of them dead. The Ukranian forces cannot withstand many hits like this, they are already spread thin. I think Russia is avoiding calling what the West is doing a "full blown war" when it absolutely is one to avoid escalation at an official level. But Russia definitely is directly targeting and killing foreigners.

What is known for sure is that the last of the Ukranian forces escaped into a large steel manufacturing facility like the one in the movie Robocop and started fighting from there because they knew Russia did not want to destroy it and because it provided excellent cover. Since then there has been a seige and Western countries have been trying like hell to get helicopters into it to evacuate their military leaders that ended up holed up there.

They don't want to be caught giving that level of support to Ukraine because it will prove an open war directly between the West and Russia is ongoing right now. Russia is shooting a lot of the helicopters down but yesterday two got away. And I was like . . . . you mean to tell me they actually got two OUT of there? I am considering having significant portions of the bible printed by a Mexican printer on the cheap (10 cents a copy cheap) so it obviously can't be the whole thing but it could be significant, a couple gospels, psalms, - just to pique people who might have drifted a little in the hopes they'll come back. Go around dropping them in mail slots and tossing them through fences etc and I discovered while doing so that Most current bibles have 66 books. THAT'S BULLSHIT, the bible in fact has 80 books.

I never noticed this because after an old Catholic bible I had as a kid that was very complete and had 74 books plus a really cool section that was not "official" that had all kinds of additional stuff - one that I picked up at a garage sale for five cents (it was a GREAT one, with stuff I never saw again but did not properly appreciate due to being less than 10 when I got it) after that, the only bible I ever trusted was the King James, and the King James is VERY complete. I never even looked at other bibles and therefore did not notice most are all stripped out.
JUST A LITTLE HEADS UP HERE: If you don't have the King James bible, you probably have one that was edited and produced by an enemy. Who needs that??? GET YOUR HANDS ON A KING JAMES.
When I got the bible I have now, I was very careful to make good and sure it was sourced properly. legitimate bible editions end up getting scrutinized and cross compared endlessly. The most legitimate and consistently cross compared bible out there is the King James one that is published by the Mormons. Since their leadership held true at least until Ezra Taft Benson, there has not been an opportunity to corrupt their King James because they keep their bibles (which are lifetime quality) for so long that if the new ones had anything switched it would get noticed. It is for this reason that I picked up one of theirs on Amazon used. Just to be safe I ordered one from 1989. A 2008 one is what actually showed up and I was like "Whatever, it's probably OK".

Do not settle for a bible that has 66 books. You know, 66 as in the six pointed star of david and 666 mark of the beast. You can damn well bet that any bible with only 66 books has been tweaked, I always wondered why the King James was always so much more clean and to the point than any other bible, and today I discovered why. 66 is why. The bible in fact has 80 books.
