Shaman,
Each chakra carries a pattern of thought, if you have a back problem, this is the thought of being unsupported but the spine is split into 4, each section containing 8 vertebrae, so it is important to know which area of the spine is tender so that you can understand the pattern of that thought.
This is why many times the chakra spinning has no affect, because you are actually just spinning that thought around and not working on the pattern that created it.
Calcite is a good stone but I would use a big quartz with it, a double terminator to release that built up energy.
If you are angry and responsive, I would say the base chakra is peaking then decreasing in energy, the ailments you describe indicates that your mind pattern is carrying issues from childhood and your future steps are blocked by stored memories.
It is normal for the base to go in and out and not begin to balance until approx 36 yrs old.

It's the thoracic section of the spine. I have some right knee problem as well. My right nostril seems to be closed a big amount of time (think I deviated my nose and I dont know would doctors help me or I'm better alone) and my right eye is weeker then the left one. Thats about physical problems in general. You seem to know much about how mind pattern is related to the body, I'm willing to learn it too so one day I can help others. Would spinning help if silver infinity or brown merger is added to the chakra?
If I open myself to anyone of what I'm doing or I'm going to do they often contrary me in some ways, maybe thats because I have back problems cause I dont feel well suported.
One of the main decisions I made this year is to go trough my life once again.
Quartz size of a fist is enough big or smaller can do?
:) Thanks Astrojewels

Glad to see that you are more balanced and in control, this is all it basically is -control. If you can control your thoughts, you begin to change the habit of responsive behavior which has just become part of your personality, although it is programming but it has grown with you.
The one thing that is for sure, and many would disagree, the programming patterns are basically just behavioral triggers that can be set off by the smallest thing. They usually take control of you once you begin the transition from 18-21 yrs old.
One of the biggest challenges is we become opinionated about things we really have no control over, but are programmed through society to ââ¬Ëthinkââ¬â¢ we do, so we feel guilt and anger with things that have nothing to do with us.
Once you take control of the thought, you take control of the reaction or energy that the thought manifests; your reality.

I'm almost ready with reading the book.
It triggered me much, readers are warned.
It seems some implants and/or ELF is activated when I seriously want to focus on it.

Octahedron,
You are not alone with the triggers, let me ask you your opinion, were you triggered by your own programming or is it that this book is laced with a great deal of misinformation? I can only tell you what I have been told from many of the participants, and the important information that has been left out of this book from their original drafts. Did you get a lot out of reading it?

Karen, perhaps these "many participants" could speak up for themselves.
