Hells Bells, I quote you:
"Can there be a chance, even if incredibly remote, that some people do NOT have a T-Bar? And if so, why?"
Really, there have been other people, outside of this area involving Montauk and the Swerdlows, that have confirmed the existence of the "balancer" as I call it (be it a scale, T-Bar, ankh, small-t etc.). In general, I believe, people that have a hard time seeing energy and visualizing will probably also have a hard time seeing their T-Bars (this is just my personal opinion).
I'm not saying it does or does not exist. I'm saying people independent of the Swerdlow "Hyperspace" material have also seen the T-bar (along with other symbols) in the bodies energetic field. This idea of a T-Bar originates elsewhere so, even if you are skeptical of HH or the other books or assertions in the books, know that this isn't the only place the mentions that their are symbols - living symbols reflecting the person's psycho-emotional state - in the bodies "aura" or energetic field. It's NOT a new concept no matter what the fanboys may tell you.
That said...
I think the real solution here is NOT "T-Bar" exercises but visualization and relaxation exercises themselves - the entry level. If the T-Bar is difficult for you, pick some image, ANY image, and try visualizing it. Practice the act of JUST visualizing every day until, at will, you can visualize pictures clearly in your mind. You have to crawl before you can walk. Most magical studies involve spending time on magical preliminaries such as visualization, meditation, and relaxation, as a means to prepare the mind for other more advanced practices. I think it's funny that some of the books list visualization of the balancer as a preliminary, when the true preliminary is actually developing the mental focus and discipline you need to be able to visualize and concentrate properly.
Hatha Yoga is also a good way to get the mind prepared for the mental exercises since it helps train you to mentally relax your body as a means to allow the mind to focus more clearly on other non-mundane areas and as a way of building energy. (Note, I mean specifically, the Hatha Yoga, and NOT the other stuff such as Kundalina Yoga etc. which I believe to be somewhat dangerous, especially for a beginner.)
I will be posting to forums a lot less going forward... but I've included my yahoo email in my profile.
Later,
- B

everyone has a tbar. balance the tbar in sea salt water. rub your forehead with frankiscence oil over night (misspell, somone correct me). you may be living in a big city or university where ELF is usually very powerful. or you may be heavily programmed.

If visualization is not one's ''Forte", do affirmations...;)
Examples:
I am NOW centered, balanced and grounded.
Or
I am NOW centered, balanced and fully aware.
Or
I am NOW...[input your own words]

Stewart, on a more practical level, suggested a few times to draw the archetypes with the corresponding color marker onto a (eg.) royal blue sheet of paper. He added, until you can do without, that you should draw it over and over again while visualizing.
I will suggest drawing it on computer. I find that I can really visualize an archetype after spending time drawing it on the computer compared to drawing it on paper. This is probably because drawing on computer takes more of your attention and time.
I also suggest purchasing/trialing a subliminals program, such as Self-Help Subliminals, that flashes the image on the screen as you do computer work. I find it really does help when I'm away from the monitor to visualize, although I am not a firm believer of subliminals programming (I could not see the image being flashed). Others will say these programs are embedded with programming and funded by the Illuminati, which is possible, but I decided the benefits outweighted the risks.

I almost forgot about the few studies done. (Sorry I lost the sources).
If you breath through your left nostril exclusively with the right nostril pinched, and you move the eyes to the top right hand corner, you will be able to visualize better. Notice that when the actor of a character is recalling an event, he moves his eyes to the top left hand corner, but when he is lieing (or creating a lie, visualizing), he moves his eyes to the top right hand corner. But if you are left-handed, the eye movements are reversed.
This seems rather awkward. So I just moved my eyes (not concentrating on the eyes), but found immediate results. Theoretically, this technique of moving your eyes to one side is unbalanced, but if you visualize the tbar you are balancing the hemispheres.
I guess the actors learned to use their body language subconsciously in their own character's world. They somehow broke the subconscious barrier while learning the logical acting techniques. Anyhow, there's a theory out there that states your actions affect your mood and the other way around.
So give the eye movements a try (action). But do not be concerned with success.
ps. Man sorry I could not find a way to put all of these posts into one coherent post. Good luck.
