Kid, It could be that your pineal gland is blocked. My pineal is blocked and I canââ¬â¢t see my T-bar either. I can visualize any T-bar that I want but canââ¬â¢t see what is really there.

Do you know which t-bar you have? And have you tried drawing it, looking at the picture then closing your eyes and tried to visualize?

When you say youââ¬â¢re pineal is blocked ââ¬âplease clarify. Do you mean the energy of this third eye chakra or the actual gland?

Karen, I couldnââ¬â¢t tell you for sure. During a toning consultation Janet told me that I have a large pineal gland but itââ¬â¢s blocked. Iââ¬â¢m guessing she is referring to the gland itself.

She told me to flush my pineal glad with different colors like gold, silver, violet, royal blue, and medium green. Iââ¬â¢ve been doing that but havenââ¬â¢t experienced any improvement yet. :(

Hi Richard,
Being told to flush the area in those colors, it looks like it is the actual energy line that is blocked and not the gland. When the gland is blocked the hormone secretion is irregular and causes many physical symptoms, from sinus, irregular sleeping patterns to bi-polar.
This gland works like a sieve to the left and right brain hemispheres, if the color therapy is not working, try some brain gym stuff, using both sides of the physical body equally, most people tend to use the side that they write with habitually.
One that a friend passed on to me -
- First, draw an infinity symbol or an 8 side-wards
- Begin with the hand you write with
- Place your pencil in the middle of the 8, then proceed to follow the circle to the right, then through the middle to the left, do not take your pencil off the paper, follow the 8 around. do this at least five times
- Do the same with the left hand
- Then with both hands on the pencil do the same, you are basically drawing two circles which represent the left/right.
Or you can try the breathing techniques that require the ââ¬Ëone nostrilââ¬â¢ at a time. Both these techniques will provide confirmation if you do have an imbalance, because one nostril will be hard to breathe from or one hand will find it hard to follow the 8 line.

Karen, Thanks for clearing that up for me. The only symptom I have that you described is irregular sleep patterns. I always wake up every 2 hours for some reason. Iââ¬â¢ll try the excise out and let you know how it turns out. :)

Yes, I am left handed. One of the one odd things about this county is that there is a lot of left handed people living here. My father, sister, and DreamTime are left handed too.

When I began my school years, I was also left handed, but I got a ruler across my hand each time, so I was trained to write with my right, it was too late by the time my mother realized what was happening, but I do everything with my left except write.
As you know the brain hemispheres work opposite, so left works right side and right works left, it does get confusing. However, most people who are left handed are left brain dominant, this is something most people do not realize.
Generally, left handed people over-stimulate the left side of the brain which creates problems with creativity, visualizing, sleeping patterns and abstract thought, a cycle which usually begins around adolescence. It is all about the breath, when you are left side dominant you tend to breathe shallow, therefore the nervous system is less resilient to stress and anxiety. Dealing with situations that have factual evidence comes easy to the left-brain dominant person, and very often are gifted in mathematics or engineering.
This is very easy to balance out and get an 8 hour restful sleep, take note of what your right hand does when you perform tasks with your left. Do more with your right hand. When you get dressed, which side of your pants, sleeve or shoe do you put on first? When you are on the computer, where is your right hand when you use the mouse? Because both you and DT are left handed, you have probably created a left dominant environment, most importantly you need to begin proper breathing techniques daily.
