Okay a couple of HONEY hints .

To use honey in place of sugar in cooking sustitute equal amount of honey but reduce other liquid by one fourth cup.

It is a good idea to lower temperature of oven by @ 25 degrees when baking with honey to prevent over browning.

Cakes or cookies made with honey are improved in keeping qualities as honey tends to retard drying out, which is an  important factor in baking in advance or sending honey baked items out of town.

hey guys! i'm enjoying everyone's posts here and i may join on the cinnamon-honey cures as well. i think there are ayurvedic recipes out there for cinnamon and honey..i do know in one of my ayurvedic books, it also has listed cinnamon as an aid for diabetes and blood pressure--but thats all i can think of on the top of my head for now. i thought this was timely...that you guys mention honey and cinnamon...
