It is a little embarassing to realize that I allowed myself to be part of a "cult." Forgive my sarcasm, but it is a way for me to let off some steam and release the seriousness with which I had become a believer.
I always had my criticisms of them but S was great at giving you rationales to make him appear that he was always more right. For example, when I tried to question or get more detail about the whole idea of programming the way he was presenting it--he just use to tell me..'you are comfortable with, or you like aspects of your programming; and so do not really want to change it'.......new topic...
CULT
noun
a system of religious veneration and devotion directed toward a particular figure or object : the cult of St. Olaf. or (St. Janet-Diane)
ââ¬Â¢ a relatively small group of people having religious beliefs or practices regarded by others as strange or sinister : a network of Satan-worshiping cults. or (Stewart-worshipping)
ââ¬Â¢ a misplaced or excessive admiration for a particular person or thing : a cult of personality surrounding the leaders. (King Stew)
ââ¬Â¢ [usu. as adj.] a person or thing that is popular or fashionable, esp. among a particular section of society : a cult film (Stew the Diva)
It is more like they are a wanna-be cult. Truly their degree of self-importance has become obvious and nauseating. You know their self-importance is boosted by the attention they receive here on this forum--even though they sing the blues day and night. Here is a good theme song for Stewart: BB King's, Nobody Loves Me But My Mother, and she could be jivin' too.
Yes, Janet is coming more to center stage as Stewart just seems bored with the whole thing; like he is going through the motions, but his heart is not in it anymore. Problem is Janet just does not have the stage presence like he does, she belongs behind the curtain pulling the strings. I stlll say her star performer is giving her problems again. They both have become cold towards the people who support their wanna-be lavish lifestyle and towards each other. I just think Stew is restless and would love nothing more than to get out of that hick-bible-belt town, go questing (for new material) and de-programming with new friends and admirers, leaving the Queen behind safe in the Castle with the gallant Sir Wolf to protect and train the young princes in the arts of survival and warfare, and with the ever-changing violet color-guard and servants willing to work for consults and complex archetypes.
