That is a great idea Dream Time.If you close your eyes after writing the word 'child' or 'childhood' and then allow your 'free flow of Consciousness' to take over then you can see what kind of information and imagery comes to the surface from your Subconscious Mind Patterns.Also i feel writing would be very, very beneficial to you including starting a Dream Journal if you do not already have one Dream Time.Alot of Dreams are about childhood issues that are unaddressed and need to be analysed and assessed constructively.
Avatar - you mentioned a dream journal - mine is up to about 60 pages single-spaced right now, and growing every day. I was even thinking of turning it into a book entitled: Inside the Dreams of a Programmed Person. :big grin:
But what I really wanted to say is that I called my sister tonight (last night, now) and I asked her if she can remember any of her birthdays. (She is 4 1/2 years older than me.) She said she never thought about it before, but, no, she can't remember any either. She even asked me: "Did we have birthdays?" I kind of feel bad now, because now she is thinking about it and seems bothered by it also.
My sister is a (I feel) classic case of Monarch Programming, but her programming went real bad - at least compared to me. Maybe it is because she has brown hair and brown eyes, I don't know. She is a diagnosed schizo and is on about 30 different kinds of head meds. She hears voices that tell her she is no good, she should hurt herself, etc. etc. She has periods where she blacks (or blanks) out and when she "wakes up," she is somewhere where she has no idea how she got there, or she has a whole closet of new clothes and doesn't know where she got them from. She even had to get rid of all her credit cards because she was getting herself deep in dept. I remember her calling me up once when I was visiting at my parents house, at 6 in the morning. She was at a restaurant downtown and didn't know how she got there. She begged me to come pick her up. My older sisters and parents used to tell me how when she was little, she used to just rock back and forth going "ahhhh" and moving her finger round and round in a circle - so it sounds like she was autistic. I guess I should be thankful that I'm not as bad off as her.

Dreamtime, I think you are perfectly normal, if not better, considering you have knowledge about deprogramming. The other people are walking trigger bombs.
Your bad memory is not necessarily caused by programming. There are others whose bad memory is caused by a bad childhood. There are those who are just depressed or stressed out. Maybe not getting enough nutrients?
You should check up with your doctor if you think your memory is fading...
Although your sister is diagnosed with schizophrenia, I think you should give her some support and love, at least in the hyperspace level (by pumping into her heart chakra). She may be fully functional and talking to you in another life, and appreciating you at some level of existence.

Do twinning programmed individuals have strikingly similar features? I'm asking anyone out of context of the biological factor.
I'm not sure about that, S.I. I'll have to look it up. But I don't think they have to look similar.

Dreamtime, Find a smell, or scent, from long ago. Pepermint, Speramint, Moth balls, you know find some scent that puts you back to when you want to remember. Maybe candles, or blow the candles out and smell the smoke.
You could also visit places you were when you were younger.
Or if you want to do it the hard way...........................recapitulation
The way sorcerers perform the recapitulation is very formal. It consists of writing a list of all the people they have met, from the present to the very beginning of their lives. Once they have that list, they take the first person on it and recollect everything they can about that person. And I mean everything, every detail. It's better to recapitulate from the present to the past, because the memories of the present are fresh, and in this manner, the recollection ability is honed. What practitioners do is to recollect and breathe. They inhale slowly and deliberately, fanning the head from right to left, in a barely noticeable swing, and exhale in the same fashion.
The inhalations and exhalations should be natural; if they are too rapid, one enters into something called tiring breaths: breaths that require slower breathing afterward in order to calm down the muscles.
Begin making your list today. Divide it by years, by occupations, arrange it in any order you want to, but make it sequential, with the most recent person first, and end with Mommy and Daddy. And then, remember everything about them. No more ado than that. As you practice, you will realize what you're doing.
However, its all about Intent! Whether you do any excercise or not, its your Intent that matters so keep at it.
Also in the Handbook for healing is Time travel Exercise. Travel back to when you want to remember. The main thing is not to give up.
