I agree with you Moon Child. Also, we must remember that the Ohalu Council governs ultimately the Planet Khoom, the "Home World" of the SIRIANS themselves. So as the Kuiper Belt Aliens (KBA) were sent by the Hatona Council and the Ohalu Council anyway, the Sirians would never be able to interfere, as that is not how they behave anyway.

I think your words about wanting the Sirians to be "destroyed" is a little bit OTT. However I understand your sentiments. The Sirians are "Galactic Technologists" who trade with all and any other Star Nation, and seemingly like to play galactic civilizations off one another.

Sirian A, the SIRIANS are ALSO partly "ethereal", as you already know. Maybe my words were not expressed clearly enough, but when any "Star Nation" is "ethereal" and also has very "advanced technology", it means electromagnetically and energetically, they are very powerful and highly developed, because they are able to develop their knowledge both the 3D Physical Reality and the 4th Dimension, the Astral Dimension.

The energetics of the Ohalu Council placed in the electromagnetic position exactly overlaid upon the Planet Khoom, orbiting Sirius A itself, means energetically the Sirians are linked to the Ohalu Council. Does that make sense? Good points there Sirian A. I agree, the SIRIANS have very advanced technologies, and nobody really knows what kind of "projects" they might be working on within the laboratories of the Planet Khoom. Do you think there are discreetly, close links and relations between the Hatona Council and the Sirian High Council? Especially in regards to technology?

In regards to technology.. we already know that NWO tech is a giant mix of numerous offworld technologies, reversed-engineered stuff, and a little bit of free "help" from various alien groups, like grays and other renegade types.

However, we also know that the Aryan Nations also are exceedingly advanced. A perfect example of an old/original Lyraen colony is Aldebaran["Planet Germany"]. According to Stewart, they are several millenia ahead of the mixing-pot of NWO/Earth tech.
