Let's not forget that the Sirians here are really renegades.The Serbs have Celtic origin and Tau Ceti.They don't originate from Russia and Ukraine.
Serbia was the homeland of the Tau Ceti.For a small country it has a lot of technological people here.Many of the Roman rulers were born in Serbia,including Constantine who created Christianity without ever believing in it himself.

I wouldn't know, but as a quick note:

In regards to technology.. we already know that NWO tech is a giant mix of numerous offworld technologies, reversed-engineered stuff, and a little bit of free "help" from various alien groups, like grays and other renegade types.

However, we also know that the Aryan Nations also are exceedingly advanced. A perfect example of an old/original Lyraen colony is Aldebaran["Planet Germany"]. According to Stewart, they are several millenia ahead of the mixing-pot of NWO/Earth tech.

The Sirians themselves are five million years[quoting Stewart] ahead of NWO tech.

That in itself is something to consider.

The Aryan Lyrian Nations such as in the Alderbaran Star System, are very technically minded, as the Star Nation who seeded all Germanic and Nordic genetics on Earth. That is also correct about their Home World being a "Welt Deutschland". All Germanic Culture and Germanic Customs.

The technology on this planet seems very chaotic and very much like a "melting pot" of scientific and technological "progress". The SIRIANS have technology that is almost 'beyond' technology, creating their technology from their Collective Consciousness. What is also interesting is if the Alderbarians are so advanced technologically, then why do they not supply such technology to the Fourth Reich in Antarctica so they could take over control of this planet? Then the Kuiper Belt Aliens (KBA) may not have then needed to have travelled to this Solar System and create a type of galactic "Martial Quarantine".

Amazing information Moon Child!:) Serbia was the "homeland" of the Taucetians! So did the Taucetians then migrate into Russia and Ukraine from Serbia? Yes, certainly, Serbia for a "small country" does have a lot of "technological people"!:) It is also very interesting that the Serbians are genetically a mixture of Atlantian Celtic DNA and Taucetian DNA.

Aldebaran society and their technical culture is extremely advanced, and is not to be disregarded. Just cause they're not on par with the Sirians, KBA, etc.. doesn't mean they're a force to be overlooked. They're very tricky/deceptive/calculating.  Numerous Aldebarans live in Germany.

Their tech is unique in that it's exceedingly cybernetic/killer-type. They're very, very dangerous

This is true. However, the Dracos have something other species don't: Dark power.

Stewarts states himself that the White Winged Dracos were the first of the Dracs created, via orders of the Clear People to the Sirians. The Sirians made them, however, the design of the White Dracs were from the Clear Folk. The Sirians supplied these powerful Demonic Beings with all the tech they needed to defend themselvews againt most anyone else.

Drac society is of course permeated with wicked/ritualistictype secenry.. however, all the rising doors, lighting systems, crystals, temples, are made mechanically possible via Sirian tech.
