I've often heard it said that off-planet people sometimes come here by incarnating for a life as a human.

Normally they would not remember their other worldly heritage.

Maybe some of those who are massing at the Kuiper Belt have incarnated here in this way? With their memories restored they would expect to become very directly involved.

Its also possible that they will be wanting to remove some of the top political and other leaders - who would have been comprised by their enemies (who I assume to be the 4th dimensional parasitic 'dark controllers').
