I wouldn't be so sure. I just walked out my apt a few min ago, to see 3 police cruisers parked infront, hemming up some people trying to leave. DESPITE the fact they were a few bldg's down, and DESPITE their stating their intent to leave. Yeah pretty strange stuff for my area, especially after all the ongoping abuse issues folks seem to be having with them...
