=== The Dark State ===

I'm sure we all know by now that the Democrat vs. Republican game of prior decades was just the uniparty beast taking turns pillaging the nation. This uniparty is run by various crime syndicates, intelligence agencies, and the military industrial complex, i.e. the Deep State.

When people say Left vs. Right is a false dichotomy and that engaging in political discussion is on par with food fights, I get it. It definitely was for a long time. But things are changing and more nuance is needed now.

What's changed is that those who saw through the uniparty deception (and lost trust in the establishment) began organizing into various populist movements. In the US, the first in modern times was Ron Paul's Tea Party, which however was quickly co-opted by the neocon wing of the uniparty.

The populist anger didn't go away though. It only grew during the Obama years. And when it reached a crescendo, what appears to be a top down effort tapped into that energy via the MAGA and Q movements.

Q was a psyop to disseminate hardcore conspiracy truths to a semi-fringe demographic. (The real fringe already knew most of it). MAGA was a similar psyop aimed at a more mainstream demographic. Both continued what Ron Paul started in 2008.

The psyop worked. Instead of the old Left vs. Right, the duality now is populism vs globalism, or people vs. the neocon/neoliberal uniparty. Some frame it simply as good vs. evil.

Whatever the case, these new movements aren't about political food fights, but rather about more fundamental and self-evident things like truth, reason, and human values.

To confuse this new more authentic duality with the old fake one is a big oversight, because now it's no longer just a matter of politics.

That said, even this new duality seems to be orchestrated to some degree by a kind of "Dark State" which is deeper than the Deep State.

Whereas the usual Deep State consists of surface level unelected bureaucrats, corporate fat cats, corrupt politicians, and cartels... the "Dark State" consists of much more powerful secret societies and breakaway factions that have tech decades if not centuries ahead of us.

The Dark State are the true puppeteers, and they're likely under the direction/advisement of certain alien groups. To them, the Deep State is a useful idiot and sacrificial pawn.

But the public doesn't know this. So by the millions they're buying into the new duality. They're fervently standing on real values/principles against real sociopathic forces pushing degeneracy, falsehood, and decay.

Now, it just so happens that in today's cultural climate of political correctness (unlike the fascist fever of the 1920s-30s) the sociopathic forces have found their ideal home in the old Left. Its demonic radicalization has caused many moderates to flee the Democrat party.

This means those who seem increasingly "anti-Left" today aren't the old conservatives from decades ago who bought into the false Left vs. Right dichotomy. Rather they are participants in a more authentic duality based on truth/reason/integrity/order vs. the absence of it. So it's tempting to deride this as the same old "false two choices" as before, but it's not the same.

Even so, this new duality seems to be manipulated by the Dark State, as mentioned earlier. It's become increasingly clear to me that the Dark State aims to destroy current consensus reality by sacrificing the Deep State. It will do this by exposing it, bringing to light massive corruption and treason against humanity itself.

The backlash will justify severe sociopolitical reforms in line with the Dark State agendas, in parallel with tech accelerationism to level up the surveillance state.

Destroying the Deep State is a good thing and can't be done any other way. But a takedown of the old guard comes at the risk of birthing a new authoritarian technocratic control system that brings us a few steps closer to how alien societies are run (and how the Dark State functions already).

But that part can still be flipped positive in fights yet to come. This goes back to what I've written before about the positive vs. negative archetypes of the Age of Aquarius. The battle is between these two directions.

Despite that orchestration, the new duality has legitimacy. It's about existential threats, spiritual warfare, and the future of humanity. It's no longer just silly politics. And these issues are more pressing than the negative alien agenda, which looms further down the road and will encompass it all.

In my view, it's a mistake to ignore all this by conflating the new duality with the old and dismissing both as mere "politics." Sure, there's a lot of distraction going on and some reactive non-thinkers bark like dogs on both sides, but beneath the surface the line is being drawn between darkness and light.

@montalk Well articulated Tom! I can certainly see the tides turning even with my far left friends. The ones that haven’t lost their minds completely are beginning to see.

I believe that as long as we remind people to fight authoritarian measures, then we can keep pushing those deceptive tides back because I think it will always be there; there are always power hungry psychopaths. The judo style flip would be nice and I think has potential to happen if things get bad enough. Perhaps it is already happening based on how next level totalitarian the globalists have become.

Their style of attempting control really reminds me of how intense “they” are when it comes to imposing and maintaining control. A blitz blow using allllll manner of manipulation as quickly as possible. If they take too long they run the risk of losing control. There is also a more subtle background grooming via the education and propaganda system (cough, similar to liberal ideological grooming although more along the lines of super conservative). In fact I don’t know much about the differences between fascism and communism but from what I do know it seems “they” take the more fascist approach. Which will play into “their” hands based on where the cultural and social winds are blowing.

That is exactly why I am encouraging people to watch their rights, not the political party, and to avoid a tribalistic mindset.

@abducteejournal Yes exactly, we should stay focused on what actually functionally matters and not the tribal colors being waved around.

As long as people can communicate, share info, memes, research, vids, etc. there will be a spotlight on authoritarian shenanigans, and those ploys can be routed before they get too far along. And currently, people can still organize, find points where to apply pressure, find advice in prepping for threats that are shaping up, and so on...

So "they" would need to shut all that down if they really want to succeed... bring things back to the old pre-internet days when people got all their news from TV, radio, and newspaper... Whatever the authorities sanction, so that they can control the narrative.

That's been slipping away from the for a while now. But as we discussed before, a comms blackout would serve them very well.

@montalk The best assessment of the current sociopolitical scene that I've seen. I've never heard any mention of the Dark State, but that makes total sense. The so-called left/right divide is indeed obsolete-- it is a battle between those who want freedom and those who want to impose global technocratic tyranny. It does go so much deeper than the mindless battle between Democrat and Republican or left and right -- it's a battle that encompasses the spiritual level as well as physical.

@montalk This is a great break down that captures the shift that has happened in recent years. As you know, I have wondered for awhile about the Q/MAGA/Trump stuff and whether it was valid and good or a negative psyop. I have always leaned towards genuinely good after initial skepticism and still do so, despite being open to all possibilities.

So can you explain any more how you see that stuff being perpetuated by the Dark State for a deeper end? The proof will be in the pudding of the proposed solutions to increasing exposure of the evil agendas. It must include truth and freedom. It's hard to imagine people getting suckered into a totalitarian solution upon exposure of such truths, but perhaps I'm not thinking creatively enough here!

@jwalk716 Well for starters there's probably going to be a federal voter ID system to take care of election fraud. Decades ago, people were freaking out about voter ID because they saw it as a means of surveillance of our votes so that we could be profiled and eventually rounded up. Well, the irony is those same anti-establishment people are all for it now, after seeing how badly elections have been getting rigged. Especially now with all the illegals so cavalierly voting.

There also would be terrorism on par with the 60s/70s with the Weather Underground and Symbionese Liberation Army, except this time it'll be Antifa and cartels waging reprisal attacks. Trump has promised to take the chains off law enforcement. We'll see increased militarization of them. Similar to Bukele's actions in El Salvador. So that's the police state component coming.

This is also important for locking down society enough so that if alien disclosure happens and/or global climate stability gets worse with geomagnetic and volcanic activity, they can keep things under control. In other words, terrorist actions against this new order will justify a stronger control system needed for bigger shocks to come.

And then the pedo, satanic, human trafficking, cartel issue. We'll probably see the US military waging drone warfare upon the cartels in Mexico. But to handle these issues here in the country, it'll require Patriot Act type surveillance. Trump's never been anti Patriot Act as far as I can tell. He's been pro military, pro law enforcement, pro law and order. So we'll get increased surveillance as well.

School, media, entertainment will get reformed. Not all from top down (it'll have to be portrayed as the will of the people). Some will happen naturally as a craving for authenticity after its fakery, treachery, and evil gets exposed. That would start shifting culture towards a more 1950s USA conservatism (though not necessarily Christian) mixed with Jetsons futurism, so basically a Nazi Germany wet dream. If you've seen the Man in the High Castle show, alternate 1960s America where Germans won the war gives an idea of life in a Dark State America.

From there, it could become increasingly transhumanist and fascist as it segues into the alien way of things. Only question is which aliens. New knowledge + new technology would change things drastically, as knowledge informs & changes your decisions, and thus also changes what seems logical and necessary to society as a whole. Things that seem unthinkable now (like a caste system) could make perfect sense down the line.

@montalk Interesting take for sure. It's certainly possible. It brings to mind one nagging thought I've had which is how some people often portray the Deep State as sort of fumbling and stupid at this point. And indeed, some of their decisions seem desperate and disorganized. Some might suggest that is due to the pressure Trump/MAGA/Great Awakening has put on it. And that could be true. This would also be contradicted by the fact that traditionally the Deep State has seemed to be very forward thinking, strategic and surgical in precision.

So perhaps you are right that it is part of a larger problem-reaction-solution set up. It's a shame that we always have to be so on our toes. I personally remain hopeful that it isn't all a negative psyop. There are a few random data points from over the years that support my hope, but they definitely aren't enough to make me rock solid.

Let us just pray for the positive outcome. All we can really do is focus on our own growth, positively influencing others, and being prepared for potential outcomes. It is important to not get too emotionally invested in narratives or outcomes for that is how we get manipulated. If we do that, we should be able to see through any manipulated scenarios.

@montalk @jwalk716 Nice post Tom, it helps generate some possible tracks forward. After the 2020 fraudulent election installing Biden so billions of tax dollars can be laundered through Ukraine, massive illegal border crossers, and several more irreversible horrors, people aren't really voting for Trump because its Trump, its likely many more see what the Democratic Party has done, is doing. You'd have to be blind not to see they either want you dead or worse.

It would be nice if Trump stopped the adolescent verbal jabs and juvenile talk. Where are his speech writers? I suspect also at this point most people want to get back to a normal world without perpetual antagonism and protracted asymmetrical warfare. They care less about quantum leaps in technology at this point. I could be wrong, but that's my read on the sentiment.

With the latest awarding of a US government contract to Murderna to make more injections, its paving the way for another event where Trump puts his hands up . . . hey we're doing our best here. . . , meanwhile its replay of 2020.

The alien question, I suspect will not be answered any time soon. My thought is the topic has more value as an anomaly for people to project all their stuff on to.

@HiddenDimension @jwalk716 Pandemics tend to follow the solar cycle bottoming out. See chart below vs. when Covid hit. The NOAA chart this is from, predicts the next bottom to be 2036 but that's wrong because that's a 16+ year cycle and the sun operates on a 10-11 year cycle more often than not. I've seen other astrophysics sites saying bottom will be 2029-3031. Still others are predicting a solar minimum through 2050s, which could come with numerous disease outbreaks.

Of course, they could always hoax a pandemic fully at any time. Like bird flu and killing chickens and cattle it spreads to, all via fake PCR testing, no humans involved, to decimate the food supply.

True about many voting against Biden & co rather than 'for Trump.' They just want the good times back. Low prices, cheap gas, plenty of jobs, clean streets.

But I think what'll happen isn't so much (just) what the people want, but what "something" (dark state agendas) want for the future. I seriously think the elites are divided on how to lock down humanity for coming climate/global disruptions and the alien thing.

Because things could have kept going like during the Reagan, Clinton, and Bush years. Business as usual. But no... radical Obama and his administration had to do what they did, and Trump had to be the even more of an extreme counter reaction, then Biden years even more radical than Obama, and now Trump even more extreme than before. This is a fish tailing. The system's going to snap and pin. After what the Deep State did, if it's exposed sufficiently, there's no going back to that, anymore than Germany having elections in the 1960s that would have brought back the Nazis.

Some kind of power grab is happening though, and I always think of capture the flag or musical chairs, in that it's a zero sum game among elite factions with winner take all. We'll see...

@montalk @jwalk716 I see, very interesting about the solar cycle, if the pandemic is in fact genuine. Bets are off however because of their staging false flags, but I like this predictive cycle. Its a prepper's companion. I did mention the Democrats want people dead or worse, but its both parties of course. Will Trump let the pendulum swing too far into the extreme or pretend he's doing something and let the chaos erupt and destroy?

I'd like to think the deep state is exposed and there is no going back, but there's also no going back to the pre-engineered pandemic days. People are still wearing masks. I don't see them as much around here anymore but on the Kurgan Report he's documenting how the jabbed are quietly dying or severely injured. I believe this type of data gives the government pliability data. How far they can manipulate.

@HiddenDimension @jwalk716 I figure that a strong enough bioweapon wouldn't care what the solar cycle is, but there may be other factors (metaphysical, or even alien) that could interfere with anything that screws up the world "script" too badly.

I don't rule out another pandemic though, real or fake. As you said, "they" learned a lot in the last few years. They know how to do it better now.

Also, if different batches of jabs were deployed, that indicates they were testing, and tests like that are done to figure out what works best for when it's rolled out for real.

One may ask - why don't you think that this whole situation, when Americans will have to choose between bad and terrible, is planned specifically to discredit the state as a form of social structure and replace social contract on a contract with corporations? Almost all science fiction predicts exactly such a future.

Very excellent and interesting show. Love the theme of spellbreakers .
I can say Tom helped break my spell of all of its a trap etc. I had been having moments of intuition/understanding the last few days that it has to do with waking up and beginning the healing. Of everything. And here’s Tom opening up the dreaded negative trap and taking it apart with a bit more introspection.
I’ll leave it at that for now.

Would be lovely and most educating to have a sit down with Tom and Gigi Young. I wish to hear them discuss in full intuitive mood. Both loves Steiner, so they will certainly have a shared language and symbolical tapestry to draw from to the benefit of the depths they will soar.

I do agree that we retain our “selves” after birth. But that is not proof of the “school” theory. If there were a single creator that created “good” and “evil”, then it makes no sense to push soul growth into one or the other, it would be valid to say that you're here to learn to be evil, but they want you to be a goody two shoes perfect choir boy. Sure, you may choose to be good, but that’s a personal choice. If this world isn’t a school, the default logical explanation of this world is an experience simulator.
This world is heavily scripted. As soon as you try to veer off course, they’d sent their agents to put you back in line. It doesn’t help that the world script is currently on the path to transhumanism and war. Sure, you may argue that the scripts are necessary for you to have a “learning experience”, but you can also argue that it’s necessary to keep you distracted here.  If there is a purpose to the “learning” scripts, it’s probably to push you into becoming a docile slave. People that tow the line tends to be rewarded the most, “buy the real estate, stonks, bitcoin”. Oh there’s a market crash? “I know you told me that it’s a scam but, everyone is in the same boat so it’s ok, you’ll suffer with us too”.
By far the biggest tell of the white light trick, is the lies, guilt tripping, and errors. Even before learning of the soul trap, I watched tons of NDEs.  You have to watch at least 150+ hours of NDEs, where you’d encounter cases where “you’re not supposed to die now”, “entities pretending to be your loved ones, since they’re not dead yet”,  “you said something mean to x, but we’re not judging you you’re judging yourself”. Whatever is running the white light trick has more in common with a bloated corporation than a perfect creator being. 
And so if this were an experience simulator, and the white light is being run by some soulless corporation, then I’d like to get out and not go there.

Retaining our deeper "selves" when reincarnating is just one interesting observation. There's also the fact that life has a direction, ordering, itinerary, curriculum, etc. customized to that deeper self and its needs, and this ordering has an intentional moral/spiritual directive behind it, like how a parable has a point. This further support the school theory. But school in this case doesn't just mean mental knowledge. It means being upgraded in your soul/spirit strength & qualities. And much of that can only be done through direct personal experience. So the "experience simulator" as you call it is actually the same thing as a school in that sense, if it's meant to do more than just entertain or satisfy curiosity. Because the latter can be done vicariously from a distance, without the need for incarnation. But to be forged, you have to enter the fire. So if it actually modifies your spiritual essence, then instead of the school metaphor, think of it more as a gym then.

How does evil and suffering factor in? Is that what would be used to upgrade our soul/spirit strength and qualities? I struggle to learn from those types of experiences and sincerely wonder what it is that I am learning from them. Could you be specific of what qualities our souls need to improve on?

I agree with what you wrote and I also don't think this place is a school, or a gym as Tom suggested. I tend to think that at one time it was, back before it was hijacked by dark forces. No doubt beings that came to the earthly plane in the ancient past retained a lot of their past life memories and spiritual powers and did use this plane as a school. But as with everything in this realm, over time it got hijacked and degraded and now it's a trap. To fully get out takes enormous dedication and effort, such as doing a full life recapitulation as described by Carlos Castenada, and further expounded on by Howdie Mickoski. Most people don't have the inclination/dedication to put in this much effort so will be recycled back into the soul trap. Those who think that once they die that they'll just tell the beings convincing them to go back to pound sand are most likely living in a fantasy world. Currently everyone's consciousness is in such a low state that most people will be easily manipulated to recycle back here.

@bluecrystal3900  This is a freewill zone, so if some being wants to make you suffer and can do it, then they do so. Or if you make ignorant choices, you can bring suffering upon yourself by the same mechanism of freewill.  So those are two examples where "not everything that happens is meant to be."

One could argue that if you suffer the consequences of a bad choice, then you can learn from that since it exposes your ignorance... or if another being violates/harasses you (for example, workplace or school bullying, or demons inducing depression or drug tendencies in you) then likewise your weakness/ignorance is highlighted and you can either learn and do something about it, marshaling your inner strength and pushing back, or you can let it defeat you.

Those examples aren't so much "planned as part of destiny" but more like "tough luck because you were vulnerable."

But when a true freewill violation happens, then karma kicks in to compensate a person who got shortchanged. The violator also gets karma, unless they're a spiritless/soulless entity then there's no point to karma since they have nothing in them that grows.  So they get no punishment/correction. But the upside is that since they have less sentience/freewill (due to not being a real being) they're also far less able to go out of their way to harm you since you have spiritual sovereignty over them (assuming you have a spirit/soul).  They'd then need another way to get you, like weaken you first, or say get voted into power by the consent of the people and then since you chose to be part of society, you get subjected to its calamities (like gypsies in WWII Germany getting round up by force).

These are the rules I deduced from observing life in myself, and many others. What gets improved is:  fortitude, forbearance, patience, knowing yourself, stretching your limits, staying true to yourself despite the challenges, being strong and getting stronger as a soul, innate discernment ability, increase of empathy, being able to tolerate more difficult conditions, being able to stare down evil without losing your mind, the use of talents/tools that don't come naturally to "nonphysical light beings" like fighting/combat (figuratively or literally) and wisdom when it comes to handling darkness/ignorance, and lastly knowledge of the principles of reality including guilt/karma and mind-over-matter like with the manifesting / reality creation concept. It's something you'd pick up on eventually  probably after many lifetimes, but can learn much sooner thanks to the books/videos out on that now. You then learn that thoughts & feelings are "things" and you better watch yourself inwardly just as you watch what actions you take externally. So you start to understand the logic of this existence and recognize the part of you (heart/soul/spirit) that is naturally in alignment with it but you've been ignoring due to getting distracted by chasing false values.

Those traits you listed are surely good to learn and many do but as far as needing the evil attacks as some have experienced in order to learn them gives me pause to consider just what kind of school this is. I see you don't mention helpless victims,and surely you must agree there are those. But even those who are not ignorant, lazy, or vulnerable have been blindsided by the indisious onslaught from deranged perpetrators. The prisons are filled to the brim with those who are doing nothing more than exercising their "free will" and the hospitals, mental institutions and morgues are full of those who were their victims. I would dare to say that most who suffered from violent crime (mostly women and children) have neither the fortitude or inclination to "forge ahead" and "learn from their experiences". Pain and agony make a poor teacher, violence only digs graves. It never plants flowers

@bluecrystal3900  That's correct, there are many violators/predators and victims/prey just as there are in nature. The challenge is to overcome nature and become neither predator nor prey, which is the triumph of spirit over matter. And it's not anything can get in softer, safer, cozier realms where other challenges like creativity, discovery, artistry, and management of realms like ours are more the thing. We have some of those too here, but that's because this is a multispectral place where spirits of different levels can come here and be human and work out their particular paths under more challenging conditions. For example, if in a higher realm you create easily from your more perfect imagination, trying to be an artist here in human form with a dumbed down brain is a test of how strong your spirit is over the fetters of the body. As I said in the interview, why is it that people climb mountains? They can just stay safely at home and watch a video of it. The desire for challenge is built into consciousness, that's also why people play games and spend hours on sudoku when it's just a bunch of calorie expenditure or a computer could solve the puzzle so much easier. The fact that people suffer and there are predators just means freewill is a b*tch and that's one of the side effects of freewill; it also opens a novel opportunity to be a defender of the innocent against the predators, hence also builds service/glory/triumph. It's not a system that babies you, that's for sure.

Tom has a lot of interesting things to say about the dark state being connected to aliens and their technology, abduction taking place by teleportation, the philosopher's stone possibly being developed by cavemen through alchemy allowing them to become almost super human, alien factions and crypto terrestrials living in underground bases, past space wars happening on other planets and the aliens coming here to mess with human genetics, and the ark of the covenant having an alien crystal with advanced technology being the sole cause of all the bad things that have happened in our recent history. Yet, he discredits flat earth and soul trap theories, and accuses people exploring these concepts as having cult-like thinking. Hmmmmmmmmm... does anyone else notice any irony here? Just sayin'.

I know these positions may come off as inconsistent there, but I don't believe an idea is automatically true just because it's weird/fringe/alternative. Truth isn't simply whatever is most radically opposite tradition & consensus. I know some authors on the scene who treat it like a competition where they have to out-"based" each other and come up with the most anti-consensus, twisted, shocking, creative theories just so they can stand out from the crowd. Well, IMO that's an ego-trap disguised as truth-seeking, and thinking that way is a mental shortcut for people in love with the image of being a maverick or iconoclast, even if it means they're wrong half the time. I don't really care about that image stuff, and I evaluate ideas based on their merits and probability. So I have data points and reasons why the soul trap idea is only half true, yet abductions via teleportation and the other things I believe in, are highly probable if not certain by this point.

@TomMontalk  I don't discount anything that you're presenting, in fact a lot of what you talk about I've heard from other sources, although your caveman philosopher stone and ark of the covenant theories are unique and I'd like to find out more. I also don't believe an idea is automatically true just because it's weird/fringe/alternative. For example when I first heard about flat earth, my reaction like most people's was to laugh. But after countless hours of research, I decided that there's something to it. I don't consider myself a flat earther but I also do not think that we are on a spinning ball flying through space. I took offense to you inferring that people who question what our realm really is (which is most likely NOT what mainstream espouses it to be, imo) are part of a cult. I understand that a lot of flat earthers may act that way, but not everyone does and I'm one example of this. I simply do not buy the whole NASA paradigm but I also do not claim to know what the shape of this realm is, whether it's flat, concave, toroidal, who the heck knows? But I've come to the conclusion that anything mainstream pushes on us to believe is probably opposite to what the real truth is.

Interesting side note on that: Tesla's secret papers were given to Donald Trump's uncle to evaluate. Publicly, the uncle said meh there's nothing much in there, but less than six months later the Philadelphia Experiment was underway using that type of technology. Trump's uncle specialized in high voltage systems and radar invisibility, both of which were involved in the Philadelphia Experiment. He lived within driving distance of where the experiment was conducted. The experiment involved invisibility, teleportation, and time distortion. People half-jokingly claim Trump is a time traveller, or has access to future viewing technologies, or is being puppeted/directed by people who do. This is what I mean by the Dark State.

== What a Psychic Attack Can Feel Like ==

There are different forms of it but here are some examples:

* You start fine. Suddenly (within 10 seconds) it's like a dark cloud appears over your head, figuratively speaking. Literally, however, and I've known clairvoyants who have seen this, a black etheric ball flies to you and enters your head. Your mood shifts toward usually irritation, anger, anxiety, or depression depending on how the ball is programmed. There may be other ways than a black ball. But this is a quick shift and there's no dietary or life-circumstance reason for it, but if you don't question it, you'll come up with things to feel that way about, then "it has you" because you're rationalizing it.

2) You start fine. Then over the span of an hour, a migraine starts kicking in. Doesn't have to be super intense, but pretty annoying. It becomes a bit harder to think. There's some nausea as well, plus a feeling of fatigue and coldness. So overall it's this unwell pain with nausea, fatigue and coldness that has a "metallic" quality to it. It's like you've been etherically poisoned or drained and mitochondria aren't doing their job and brain is inflamed and it's not easy to concentrate. I get these the night before spaces and podcast interviews 9 times out of 10 when I need to be prepping/reviewing my notes.

3) Plain old brain scramble. This is a momentary influence at a key moment so you do something stupid like forget your keys, delete a file by accident, or whatever. If you think back on it, you'll notice that something overcame your mind by deflecting/suppressing it. It feels unlike other times you forget something of an inconsequential nature.

4) Side effects from remote psychic activation. Not really an attack, but an effect of being scanned. Head feels puffy and cottony like it's etherically expanded. You feel like your head is a helium balloon, a bit of a space cadet effect. I haven't done enough drugs but a mild high is probably what it feels like. Like you're not 100% contained in your physical body, more like 95%. Actually, it's comparable to mild hyperventilation but here you're breathing normally. You'll find yourself a bit more psychic than usual. Only real risk here is doing something cringe because you're "on something."

5) "The Works" If it's really important for them to screw up your life, they can do all the above plus sleep interference. Sleep interference can be a combination of nightmares (or at least drawn out stressful dreams) and insomnia. The latter is done via an amped up feeling, like you're a tightly wound spring, mind and body can't let go, makes you want to fidget. So you end up feeling like you've had 3 cups of coffee on 3 hours of sleep. This can go on for 2-3 days, then when the critical moment arrives (job interview, podcast, some big drama blowout involving family or whatever) psychic attacks #1 through #3 kick in, probably coupled with posthypnotic programming from abductions, and coupled with other people also having been programmed/influenced to react to your scripted triggering words and vice versa. So it's a big "hollywood production" that plays out if everyone acts mindlessly.

In the diagram "FRV" stands for frequency resonance vibration, a concept discussed in the Cassiopaean Transcripts. It's your soul resonance spectrum, which determines both your temperament and what themes of experience you attract in life (since outer mirrors inner to an extent).

These psychic attack symptoms can also be induced via electronic targeting, whether conventional EM waves or the harder-to-detect scalar waves. There's a spectrum between physical EM waves on one side, scalar waves in the middle, and occult/psychic phenomena on the other end.

We are multidimensional beings in a complex reality, so targeting happens on various levels of reality and likewise protection should as well. I'll write more on protection in the future, though my past posts have touched on it.

This Steiner work is unique because while every other psi-development book is about energy manipulation & chakra stimulation, Steiner here focuses on training the mental, emotional, and (most importantly) moral qualities of the soul. This is the safest & most correct way. But also the longest way.

@montalk That particular course I shared he goes deep into the 6 essential practices and guides how and why to do them. (Beyond that lecture that's available on YouTube) You're probably beyond that one but he brings so much background information to it and introduces the adept Daskolas (I'm probably spelling that wrong). He also gets into Kriya yoga. Dr. Gilbert uses Steiners basic exercises and builds on them from what he's learned from other disciplines. He's an incredible resource.

What is Sorat?

Empathy, justice, liberty & equality have been weaponized into their opposites. “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.” A shining heart with a small mind is as destructive as a black heart with a big mind. @Alderamin Kitsch these days has an ironic positive connotation, like among hipsters with a sense of humor/irony. If you go by the ‘official’ explanation of kitsch, you’ll see it’s closer to the ideal of Lucifer (per Steiner) in that it’s associated with nostalgia, escapism, imitation, cheap beauty, and eccentricity. The Russian word, however, seems to have more to do with degeneracy, and that you find in SJW / radical leftist aesthetic & culture, which is Sorat in nature for sure.

I wanted to ask you for some guidance. My HigherSelf and Divine Guides showed me that almost every person in my neighborhood and office are ‘Souless/ Empty Vessels’ like 98%
This is difficult to digest. Because you feel isolated. Thank God my Husband, daughter and dog are very United, in our small 3D world. I am guided to not to interact with these vessels just when is extremely necessary. It is difficult though. Infinite thanks and sending you unconditional love Pink flame.

@EstrellaAscendida2024 Even if 99% of people weren’t empty, fact is most of them are so mundane you’d have a hard time finding friends to make among them. So in the end, I guess it doesn’t really matter if they’re real or fake humans. Either way, you’d be keeping an eye out for anyone who does stand out, who does show a spark of curiosity and independent thought. I think prayer/intention for meeting real & positive souls could help shift the odds in that direction.

== Question: Was energy required to create our universe? ==

If everything is consciousness then I suppose no energy was really needed to create our world, anymore than a bunch of energy is needed to create our nightly dreams. Yes, within this dream, by its rules, perhaps E = mc^2 means tons of energy is here now, but maybe the whole thing including physical energy itself is ultimately fiction.

Then projecting all that it into existence may be more an issue of mental/psychic/emotional energy being mustered and sustained by a god, demigod, or demiurge, rather than it having to borrow physical (Joule) energy per E = mc^2 to create this universe.

As to how real this place is, some things we just don‘t or can’t know given the limits of our 5-sense perception, other than that you exist and you’re self-aware, and that not everything in this world responds to your whims. You can deduce a lot from that.

But if you’re psychic/empathic and can project into people’s minds, then you will sense the consciousness of others, concluding that other minds are here too not just yours. That ends the debate on solipsism.

At the same time, you might sense that all minds are cut from the same cloth (all are therefore projections of Source). So you conclude that ultimately there’s only One consciousness, but it’s both the projector and the projected, and there’s a multitude of the projected, each of which is now a focal point of sentience yet existing within a thought-space projected by that same Source.

Interestingly, in our own nightly dreams there are people and cars and lights but no actual electricity or nerves or blood are needed to “make them work.” Whereas here in the waking world, all these are needed (atoms, chemistry, physics) as well as subtle energy fields like the etheric & astral according to occultism.

So this waking illusion has way more “parts” and “dynamics” to it. Maybe it’s just a more complicated, richly featured, fictional narrative.

It’s also worth noting that quantum physics with its wave functions looks A LOT like how a holographic recording works (patterns of amplitude and phase) whereby our own minds are the laser illuminating the hologram and constructing the recorded image, which quantum physics would call collapsing the wave function.

So we may be swimming in a holographic medium made of complex wave patterns and our conscious mind picks from it a particular “angle” to illuminate into a particular concrete experience.

Meaning, there may be a lot more mechanics, or different levels of “fiction-physics,” involved below our everyday experiential reality before you finally reach the ground level of "pure consciousness.” So when someone says “all is consciousness” that may be technically true, but it’s not as easy to apply as it might seem.

For example, in paranormal / UFO / occult studies, on the one hand you have aliens that do use ships & tech & bases... they can do a lot, but they have their limits as well. That isn’t all a charade. They can die, suffer malfunctions, have to avoid places & times of danger to themselves, abort abductions if a person gets unruly, and other examples of snafus showing their limits.

But then you have ultraterrestrial type beings, including what we might call angels, that can manifest here on the spot without any tech whatsoever just their conscious mind powers. They can manifest looking like any human and disappear all the same, and unlike aliens they’re not limited by tech or genetic heritage or logistics in how they can look.

Therefore, aliens may still be bound by some “fiction-physics” and still use etheric/quantum energy field hacking to do what they do, while ultraterrestrials have mastered reality and are operating more on the level of direct conscious manipulation of the greater consciousness field that comprises existence.

The etheric/quantum factor means we’re probably dealing with beings from probable timelines (includes future, present, and past). And since they’re not fully from our spacetime, they need to transition (proper word coming to my mind is ’entrain’) us into theirs.

Which from an esoteric viewpoint means binding our destinies/karmas together. Which absolutely would require choice & commitment, not just physical force and programming, as those wouldn’t be enough to “seal” the deal at a metaphysical level.

That’s why they’re so keen on obtaining permission and willful handover of control. You could say, “Maybe there’s intergalactic laws requiring consent of a planet” and that may exist as a separate issue, because remember that demons/discarnates play this same game of permission seeking too, whether directly by outright asking, or through a series of temptations where the person chooses each step of the way to continue entangling with them.

So, it’s important to watch out what we obsess over in an emotionally entangling way. Reality may not be fundamentally tangible, but there are rules with consequences to this “game.”

@EstrellaAscendida2024 Generally, there are two more levels of ‘life’ above our human level. One level encompasses the quasi-physical beings we might call aliens, and beyond them the fully nonphysical energy beings (ultraterrestrials).

The aliens, since they still have bodies, require logistics to support such bodies, and that means technology and vehicles and homes/bases.

Whereas the energy beings don’t need those, they just need energy and a nonphysical home realm.

These two also have different sets of priorities.

Put simply, the alien spectrum has more to do with strategy, territory, genetics, technology, culture, social structure, governments, control systems, probable futures, and so on.

Whereas the energy beings (ultraterrestrials) care more about matters of lifeforce energy, the soul, the spirit, and the bigger metaphysical picture of it all.

So the battle between ‘positive’ and ’negative’ aliens happens on a different gameboard than the battle between ‘demons’ and ‘angels.’ Like a horizontal vs. vertical axis.

As humans, however, we’re caught between both these levels. Thus we’re as much facing a spiritual battle as a strategic/tactical/cultural one. Our body and civilization is of the physical, thus in the domain of alien interests, while our spirit/soul is from beyond the physical, and therefore of greatest interest to the energy beings.

My metaphysics is gnostic panentheism, in that all manifested existence is a projection of one supreme consciousness that projects autonomous extensions of itself, each endowed with a locus of consciousness & freewill, & each fractally capable of projecting further sub-extensions (up to a point).

These extensions interact with each other freely within the universal thought-space of the supreme mind. This space is nonphysical, closer to what occultists call the spirit realm, Kingdom of Heaven, or higher astral plane. There’s no entropy, limitation, or physics there...

At some point, one or more of these aeonic fragments chose to create a sub-reality with such limitations. It created a demiurge (egregore/thoughtform) by using its own energy (or portion of the astral environment) & programming it with math, geometry, & the laws of physics.

This rigidly programmed astral energy field or thoughtform is identically the etheric plane, which is a precursor matrix (womb of generation) of physicality. Other fragments could bind themselves with this demiurge, thereby being coordinated by its psychic grip into a shared reality. Like personal computers logging into a game server to run a shared game environment.

So here we are in a sub-creation of greater creation, created by sub-creators of the true creator. We’re held in the psychic grip of a massive thoughtform that coordinates our individual “dreams” into a shared collective reality that operates by the illusory laws of physics.

Part of our consciousness is here, experiencing the illusion through illusory bodies. Part of our psyche is outside the etheric matrix, in the astral if not higher realms, like a satellite in orbit while we’re probes on the ground. This is fundamentally an experiment & game.

But due to exposure to this limiting environment that demands survival, compromise, and competition, there's a risk that we internalize such functions & “upload” these illusion-based prerogatives to aspects of us that are nonphysical (like our subconscious & soul). This corrupts the fragment.

Further, our own etheric/astral emanations, per our thoughts, feelings, intentions, and subconscious projections, can contribute to the demiurge and influence the nature/progression of this illusion. Thus we can corrupt it, & it executes that corruption by feeding it back to us.

So the fragments that bound themselves to the demiurge, incarnating into its dominion, many of them have gotten corrupted by it, internalizing its processes as unholy values, which traps them here via their attachment to it. Via feedback loops, their suffering begets suffering.

This environment makes for “fallen” fragments who willingly identify with the illusion-based principle of predation, as well as sub-fragments likely thoughtforms or NPCs, that together with the fallen fragments are now active agents of the corrupted demiurge.

This mess has triggered indirect divine intervention. Indirect means the supreme consciousness (which is beyond creation, as well as within it) doesn’t intervene directly, but delegates intervention to its projected fragments & their subordinates so each gets to “grow.”

This divine intervention employs the incarnation of helper-fragments (from rare spiritual avatars to everyday positive souls) who live within the illusion, helped when possible by telepathic/synchronistic guidance from fragments outside the illusion, all to counter the soporific spell of the demiurge & predation by its minions.

So we’re in a spiritual war now, all taking place within a “fallen” sub-creation within the mind-space of the supreme consciousness.

Our task is to a) disentangle from the illusion & return back to the higher realms, and/or b) gain control of this demiurgic creation & restore harmony here so that it serves the intentions of greater creation outside this illusion rather than serving its own ends to our detriment.

Contemplation is the best way to train your logic & intuition. You’re thinking hard, feeling out possible answers, reviewing what you know, and just diving deep within yourself.

# Notebook & Pen:

This is best done with a notebook & pen, for the same reason you can do arithmetic better on paper than in your head. So if you enjoy contemplating while driving or going for a walk, know that you’ll go deeper and further if you work it out on paper.

# Applications:

• Explore thoughts & feelings.

• List your “knowns” (what you know from experience & observations) and what these ultimately imply.

• Think deeply about what you’ve been reading, watching, or discussing… what’s the bottom line?

• Do self-inquiry by coming up with questions & feeling into the answers. Analyze the intuition that comes through; intuit whether the analysis is solid or missing something.

• Map out & evaluate your life values, goals, and problems. Get perspective & resolution.

• If some source feels off, instead of just leaving it at that, figure out what’s wrong with it and put that into clear words. If it truly resonates, likewise figure out why.

• Draw doodles & sketches & diagrams for fun or to make creative connections between ideas.

# Tips:

For any key insights, principles, or truths you hit upon, mark them in some way like with a star, underline, or box.

For any unresolved questions or problems, mark those as well with a question mark in a circle or similar.

Then periodically flip back in your notebook to review these marked questions and key insights.

By doing this, you build continuity of consciousness & self-development.

And by contemplating in general, you’re exercising your spiritual intelligence (intuition) and human intelligence (reason) which together equals critical thinking & discernment.

It’s also an antidote to social media shortening the attention span.

For contemplation, I mostly prefer written/drawn, so that I don’t forget anything and my analytical side can check it right away. My goal with notebook contemplation is to organize, receive, translate, analyze, and distill. Intuition & logic need to both be in high gear for this.

The various mind-focusing meditations out there, where you contemplate an object, symbol, or idea for some time with eyes closed (or while staring at the thing) — these serve a different purpose. More like working out a muscle group than digging for gemstones. Both use muscles, but the goal is different.

One thing meditations are better suited for, however, is to receive bigger psychic downloads from the subconscious, higher self, or wherever.

To pull this off, you either need to be in theta brainwave state, near the “mind awake, body asleep” state of consciousness (thus lying down as in a power nap), or else be naturally/artificially clairvoyant to where you can get the downloads even while just in an alpha state.

But if you get such downloads in meditations this way, it’s easy to forget parts of it & take what you remember at face value due to the dazzling or emotional hue to it.

This allows neg entities (including aliens) to insert disinformation that goes unchecked. The New Age is corrupt because people rely on feelings and downloads without critical thinking as they perceive the latter as 3D & limiting.

So in notebook contemplation, you get smaller downloads in the form of intuitive revelations, but you’re then in full possession of your critical thinking faculties & nothing gets lost since you write it down.

== Spiritual Tool #2: Power Nap ==

When you fall asleep, even for a second, your brain “reboots” & the etheric body takes a gulp of subtle energy. But if you stay asleep for longer than 20 minutes, the body powers down to enter deep sleep, leaving you groggy if awakened.

Power naps are 15-20 minute naps — long enough to get you that head-clearing vital energy boost, but short enough to avoid triggering the deep sleep reflex.

The latter is what messes up your circadian rhythm, making it harder to fall asleep that night. Power naps don’t have that effect, as they only dip you into Stage 2 sleep, dominated by theta brainwaves.

Instructions

Set a timer for 20 minutes, then lie down in a quiet comfy place & relax your body, mind, and breath. You don’t have to sleep the whole time, but you do need to nod off a couple times, even if only briefly.

After the timer goes off, take a moment to stretch, then get up and drink some cold water, which activates the benefits of the power nap.

Benefits

The effects are equivalent to 1-2 cups of coffee but better. Caffeine only adds “physiological” energy by blocking receptors for adenosine. A power nap helps clear that adenosine instead, plus it adds creative vital energy too. Your spirit will operate the body more effectively.

It’s ideal after school/work, before starting your evening. You’ll get more out of your free time. Otherwise people tend to veg out in an alpha state as their brain/soul has nothing much left to give for the day.

So it helps to take a power nap first before doing anything creative, spiritual, or inspired. Other tools can be incorporated into a power nap session too, as I’ll explain later.

Earth’s Two Directions: Part 1

After tracking culture, geopolitics, and alien influences for a few decades, I now hypothesize that:

    We’re not slated for a total reset back to the stone age like before. Our population is the highest it’s ever been and we’re being culturally & technologically accelerated by aliens. Their investment suggests they have plans for us, or what’s left of us. We’ll see an unraveling & transition rather than a clean wipeout.
    There are two primary [alien+human] agendas:

Agenda A:
• totalitarian
• parasitic
• sociopathic
• anti-human
• hive mind
• transhumanism
• disinformation
• mind control
• biological manipulation
• loosh farming
• organ harvesting
• genocidal
• atheist / satanic

Agenda B:
• techno-authoritarian
• humanitarian
• discernment
• accountability
• utopian pragmatism
• accelerationism
• prosperity
• sovereignty
• excellence
• eugenics
• deist / Luciferian

Agenda A is clearly the Grey/Hybrid/Reptilian/Mantid (& Negative Nordic) agenda. They see humans as cattle to manage & exploit.

Agenda B appears to be the “positive” Nordic agenda, whatever they actually are (ETs, time travelers, ancient breakaways, jinn, etc). But “positive” here isn’t necessarily positive in the way people think.

Civilizational Terraforming
Consider the tech acceleration curve since the 1800s, the increasingly un-human direction modern life is taking, social media connecting our minds into a network, the Grey hybrid breeding program, or how ET tech/mindset has saturated black projects.

The following picture emerges:

1) Our civilization is slowly being modeled after theirs.

2) There’s competition over which model wins out.

3) Their human & hybrid proxies are doing the bulk of this work.

Why civilizational terraforming? Because our present system won’t survive the coming Earth changes anyhow. It’s too fragile & mired in normalcy bias, thus both vulnerable & unwilling to prepare.

Only the shadow elite & secret societies are preparing, but they are proxies of nonhuman intelligences (NHIs), with privileged information.

The rest of humanity can either be left to crumble, or actively transformed into something hardier & more useful to Agendas A & B.

Diverging Catalysts
Note that many societal trends & geopolitical events can benefit A or B depending on their outcomes.

For instance, cultural degeneration of the West can drive it towards hive-mind communism (benefitting A) or trigger an awakening/backlash that propels the opposite (benefitting B).

Since both A and B have the potential to gain, neither would be willing to stop it prematurely. So even “good guys” might stand back & allow certain catalytic processes to play out.

Further, like the military they must factor “acceptable losses” into their strategy. Benevolent intentions require compromise & sacrifice when faced with limiting circumstances.

The Problem with Nordics
Transforming human civilization into a “positive” Nordic civilization per Agenda B therefore isn’t a happy process.

We would lose some of what it means to be human, just like how becoming an adult means losing what it means to be a child. The end won’t be for everyone.

First of all, they have an authoritarian society with more conformity & less privacy than ours. Individuality exists but is harmonized with societal priorities. Everyone has their place, similar to how it is in our military except their psychic nature adds additional cohesion & mutual self-regulation.

Second, they have less genetic diversity than we do because they know genetics & how it relates to personality, intelligence, psychic powers, and the soul. Once you’re aware of that, you don’t just let genetics antithetical to your cultural values & environment propagate unchecked. If we follow in their footsteps, there will be eugenics. Advancements in AI & genomics is rapidly taking us there.

Third, they are mortal & exist in a sufficiently physical state as to require technology. So they’re not fairies or elementals that we’d be emulating in some primitivist back-to-nature way (which is a death sentence since we’d still be physical but now defenseless).

To emulate their system, we would have to undergo major tech acceleration, which comes with major risks to our psychological stability & spiritual integrity. But “God helps those who help themselves,” and tooling up as a planet isn’t necessarily anti-spiritual if done right.

And fourth, they are not angels. They have ethics & spirituality loftier than ours, but as mortals dealing with threats & conflict they’re also pragmatic, intellectual, and thus scientific. This means they’re not the fluffy caricatures the New Age channeling field portrays them to be, which is steeped in wishful thinking & ignorance of how things work in real life.

From a Steiner perspective, Agenda B would be described as Luciferian (or Promethean & Aquarian). As Steiner said, the Luciferian impulse of liberation & transcendence is useful to the degree that it takes us out of our Ahrimanic, materialistic, spiritually blind condition. But beyond that it becomes a spiritual trap.

Stepping Stone Toward Agenda C
Some might therefore reason that Agenda B, while not perfect or ideal, is nonetheless our stepping stone toward an eventual transcendent, spiritual, Christ-like civilization (Agenda C).

Of course, as individuals we have the choice to follow C at our own pace, and through intense spiritual work exit the Matrix.

But can humanity at large accomplish this in the next few decades before black swans destabilize society? I don’t think so. Same goes for shifting to a higher density/dimension.

Timing & feasibility matter as much as the goal, and if the transition toward C takes too long, then practicality dictates “intervening” measures.

Conclusion
If Agenda B advances, be prepared for humanity to face tough decisions, smashing of illusions, overturning of institutions, much heartache from loss of our current ways, erosion of privacy, and the rise of “benevolent” authoritarianism.

These measures don’t have to be driven by ideology or malice, but can emerge out of necessity for planetary survival in the face of existential solar & NHI threats.

After the dust settles, the resulting cohesion, harmony, efficiency, and technological & mental/psychic advancement would bring about a sovereign, self-sufficient, and united world.

At great cost. I wish it weren’t so, but limiting circumstance & rushed time table could make for a difficult birth.

@montalk after reading this. I just think about the new Earth. My intuition and all the information I have received tells me that plan B has the highest probability. It needs to happen according to our evolutionary history.

Your work and Carissa’s is very important. Because you have a lot of accumulated experiences which make you guys ‘experts’. After reading Carissa’s website http://In2worlds.com, I came to the conclusion that it is a confirmation for ‘volunteers’ about understanding and exiting the matrix. Dissolving it.

At the same time, the light workers, chosen ones, volunteers, shamans, awaken, etc. Will be protected with great infusion of higher energies from Primary Source ‘Dios Padre Madre’ in order to pave the way to the new earth in 5D. The amount of inner work is extreme for us. We need to integrate all the dark density. That’s why we came here. When we release all the traumas and blockages in our subconscious mind, we will be able to help other to deprogram the matrix simulation.
I know our brothers from higher dimensions of Unconditional Love are coming in their galactic ships. They will be here, but first we need to do our job. We came with a Divine Mission. Which included going to hell and darkest densities in order to heal and integrate the shadows we ourselves generated in past lives.

Spiritual Tool #3: Inner Attunement

Call it vibe raising, centering, or prayer — shifting your inner state toward a more spiritually elevated one is the key to magic, grace, and miracles.

Here are two reasons why:

First: thoughts, feelings, and beliefs shape the subconscious; the subconscious is a functional aspect of the soul; the soul is a subtle energy field coupled to the underlying fabric of reality.

Our inner state therefore influences external reality, usually in a probabilistic way. Highly improbable positive events are typically interpreted as magic, synchronicity, serendipity, miracles, good luck, good karma, and so on.

Second: we don’t live in an empty meaningless universe. There’s a divine framework with metaphysical laws, presided over by higher beings, that adds a spiritual curriculum angle to our lives. This curriculum aims to correct our weaknesses & ignorance, gradually unbinding us from our illusions, delusions, addictions, errors, and other spiritual vices.

When you intentionally practice inner attunement, you’re making a freewill choice to step out of weakness & ignorance, to return to lucidity from being intoxicated by worldly distractions, and to hold thoughts & feelings that are good, true, and beautiful.

By doing this, you’re harmonizing with divine law, which reduces the need for corrective measures (karma), which clears a space for more encouraging experiences, and which signifies being ready and thus having earned whatever comes next in your path. Hence, it invites grace, which can only be gifted from above.

Feelings & Beliefs
Like brick and mortar, feelings & beliefs reinforce each other. A healthy & powerful way to attune yourself is to meditate on a good, true, and beautiful belief/thought/idea, and hold for a few minutes the higher feeling it evokes.

For example, the idea that external reality & your point of self-awareness are both cut from the same cloth of consciousness, and there’s really only one Mind behind your mind, other’s minds, and everything that exists. This might evoke feelings of awe, fellowship, and profound peace.

Or, the idea/belief that you have freewill, and that your subconscious/soul plays a role in how life unfolds. Therefore you’re not slave to the past or present because you have the power to “switch channels” to something new in spite of them, thus breaking out of negative mind-reality feedback loops that have kept you stuck in a rut. This evokes a feeling of hope, openness, and happiness.

Such activities can be turned into focused exercises that contribute to the unfoldment of certain clairvoyant powers, as Steiner explained in “How to Know Higher Worlds.”

To do that, simply turn within and focus on the overall essence of a higher thought/feeling. Hold that still at the center focal point of your consciousness. Become absorbed in it. Like holding a magnifying lens to concentrate the rays of the sun, you’re creating a focal point “hot” enough to burn through resistance (Technically you’re creating a thoughtform structure that bridges you to higher consciousnesses.)

Feelings are Fundamental
Feelings & beliefs can exist independent of each other:

    You can lie to yourself with some half-hearted belief, but the underlying feeling of doubt or depression reveals the true state of your soul as being the opposite.
    You can hold a feeling without an associated belief. As the saying goes, “Happiness has no because.”

That’s because feelings are simply astral energy patterns flowing through the soul that ripple out into the surrounding multiverse. They spill forwards & backwards in time, setting up feedback loops with resonant probable futures & pasts. Sometimes intuition is you receiving feedback from these futures.

Another exercise, therefore, is picking a higher feeling and focusing on it, without any associated memories or beliefs or stories justifying it. Just the feeling.

This is more abstract & difficult than the other exercise, but it’s doable and proves that emotional/astral energy is its own thing.

Degree by degree, second by second, you start resonating with that frequency more and more (truly so, and not just a New Age figure of speech) and it becomes real within you, as real as a lit fire.

Use the Power Nap
But what if you can’t muster any feelings at all? Then you’re either rusty from lack of use, depleted from lack of sleep & too much stress, handicapped by neurochemical imbalances, or damaged from trauma & the emotional repression that comes with it.

One way to offset these obstacles is to take a power nap (Spiritual Tool #2) before doing any of the above exercises. The mental reset & gulp of etheric lifeforce energy will give you the needed boost.

I recommend combining the two, starting with a power nap and, while still laying down, continuing into an inner attunement phase by doing the feeling/belief or just feeling meditation.

Just speaking for myself, I think once the quarantine on ET presence lifts and consensus reality
acknowledges them, then there will be more than one faction engaging humanity. Most likely at least three: those playing as bad cop, those playing as good cop, and those who are not part of that charade but who point it out and steer people away from that deception. The latter will be a minority and may only engage a minority of the human population (since the intelligence & intuition needed to see through the charade is in the upper end of the bell curve, hence a minority). That minority of humans will be in danger from the other hostile and fake-positive factions and their brainwashed human masses of followers (or whatever's left after depopulation), so they'll either be an underground resistance force or else retreat into hidden enclaves and split off from the main body.

Best case scenario, enough people do see through deception and unite in vocal opposition which is enough to send a legal challenge to the negative ET presence, forcing them to leave, but that's a long shot for numerous reasons. One is that humans are too divided. Two is that neg ETs have invested too much and may go scorched earth when a hot ET war breaks out. Three is that even if we kick them out, we'd also need to purge their colluders in government & the deep/dark state, then appropriate black ops tech to create a planetary defense system, and surveil the population for their secret infiltrators who could mind control influencers and clone/replace our leaders. That's hard to do when society is decimated by hot ET wars and supply chains have broken down. The logistics aren't promising. If we get some strategic intelligence from helper ETs, that would even the odds a bit.

== The Limits of Intervention ==

I’ve known a couple cases where someone tried to shoot themselves but the gun malfunctioned. It gave them the jolt needed to rethink their attempt, and so they survived.

Clearly that’s higher intervention, especially when it involves a reliable gun using reliable ammo (5k-10k MTBF). So if something isn’t meant to be, intervention can happen.

But what if the person tried another round? And another? And another? Would intervention keep going forever?

Of course not, because beyond a certain point:

a) The person sufficiently declares their freewill. There’s an occult Law of Three, meaning it takes 3 actions in a row to signify knowing volition. If the person tries it multiple times then it’s their choice and they are responsible for the consequences.

b) The more the intervention repeats, the less the plausible deniability, the less synchronistic and more deterministic it becomes, and the more it endangers freewill & consensus reality (which all NHIs have to step around).

This proves there’s a limit to intervention, either because one chooses to ignore the warnings, or because intervention beyond a certain intensity & frequency isn’t allowed.

And so it goes with prepping when people think divine intervention or high vibes will keep them from harm. It can do so, at certain times under certain conditions. But there are exceptions due to the 2 reasons mentioned above, and other reasons.

Influencing probability by holding a higher mindset & staying within the parameters of divinity/destiny goes a long way to reducing problems in life.

But causality, determinism, physics, repetition, statistics, freewill, etc. is the other half of that equation, and that’s something we as incarnated beings must deal with.

The spiritual/synchronistic & physical/deterministic are in dynamic competition here, a functional dualism that parallels us being spiritual intelligences in physical bodies.

To the degree we don’t have total synchronistic control/protection/providence here, we have to do what’s in our responsibility and capacity to deal with.

That’s why we wear seatbelts when driving, why we lock our doors at night, why we keep a first aid kit at home.

Same goes for prepping in a more serious sense. If you want to be of service to others, you can’t help from a position of weakness. And willfully depending on other people to rescue & protect you, when you could have easily done it yourself, puts their life at risk for no good reason.

The sweet spot in preparedness is whatever maximizes both physical survival & spiritual wellbeing in the long run, for yourself & those under your care.

@montalk I noticed that I get divine help either at the very last minute, when I have exhausted all of my own ideas and actions to fix the problem or if there is no time to fix anything but I need help. Also when I ask for help. Recently I lost my gig account, had to restart so that I could work. Problem with restarting is that you can’t get work because the app prioritizes those who have already proven themselves.

I set to pacing in the dark with noise canceling headphones, because that’s how I pray now apparently ?, and no sooner have I asked the question of what to do, I got this electrifying download to set my address to another city and look for gigs there. Long story short, I did that, accepted a gig in Seattle but the system caught two accounts and deleted the new one but restored the old one.

It was such an easy fix but I had no way of knowing that’s how I fix it and nowadays companies use AI instead of a human being to talk to you so there was no way to get help because the AI is completely useless.

A Message from the Inventor...

Planet Earth has an electromagnetic heartbeat called the Schumann Resonance. Many researchers believe life on Earth is tuned to it, just as it’s tuned to the lunar and solar cycles. But modern technology drowns out these Schumann vibrations, blocking internal rhythms from synchronizing with them.

Mind programming is a big problem for abductees & contactees. But most don’t realize it’s happening to them.

Usually, people think of “mind programming” or “mind control” as something extreme, like having your memories wiped, personality rewritten, or being turned into a Manchurian sleeper agent.

But these are relatively rare compared to a subtler & more common type of mind programming, which is done to just about anyone who is of interest to ET & shadow military agendas. That includes you.

So what is “mind programming” and how does it happen? Here are some examples:

• You get abducted a few hours after going to bed. During the abduction (whether by ETs in ships or human/hybrid military in DUMBs) you’re put into a deep trance and verbally, telepathically, or visually given hypnotic commands. Trauma & torture may be used in some cases for added effect. At the end of it, your conscious memories of the experience are suppressed but the subconscious damage persists.

• You get a night visitation from one or more ETs, or in some cases a discarnate demonic entity. You may be asleep during this time, dreaming & unaware. You never leave your bed, but your subconscious is wide open. The entity uses verbal and/or telepathic commands to talk to your subconscious & instill hypnotic commands. Your subtle/energy body may also be tweaked during this time, perhaps injected with dark toxic energies in the case of demonic saboteurs.

• You’re asleep & dreaming. There’s an implant in your head, installed during a prior MILAB abduction. The implant is used for remote transmission of hypnotic scripts, whether via voice, text, or morse-like code (which requires your subconscious to have already been programmed to understand it). The transmission can be run by AI or a live agent. As you’re distracted in the dream, the remote transmission recites a hypnotic script that runs in the background & installs the commands in your subconscious.

After some suspicious dreams, or oddly none at all, you wake up the following morning/afternoon with those commands deeply implanted in your subconscious.

If abducted or visited, you may also have anomalous marks on your body. They can include scratches, bruises, gouges, burn marks, or soreness that you can’t explain away. These may be physical damage caused by medical procedures, training sessions, or torture incurred during an abduction or night visitation, or else in the case of certain bruises, a consequence of telekinetic tissue damage by a psychic being (whether physical or nonphysical).

What happens next depends on the goal of the mind programming. Some examples:

• You feel severed from your previous night’s mindset, vibe, attitude, goals, or interests. It feels like last night was weeks or months ago. And now, you’re either:

a) compelled to do something suspicious (posthypnotic command activating) like pursuing some distraction or obsession or person that’s detrimental to you,

b) feeling mentally fried & blank & unable to do much at all, or

c) feeling an uncharacteristic aversion to what you were doing, thinking, or feeling before (that’s where Eve Lorgen’s “Love Bite” phenomenon slots in).

• You feel a bit discombobulated but pay it no mind. Then several days later, some improbable, inorganic, orchestrated drama/disruption happens in your life. At the critical moment, when you need to be most careful with your words & actions, the trigger activates and a strong subconscious impulse to think/feel/say/act a certain way kicks in. It feels out of character, and if you’re not mindful you go right along with it. As a result, the outcome serves the goals of the abductors, which is usually to manipulate probable futures, control the flow of information, steer perception of their presence, and manage human social relations whether business, friendship, research network, or relationship, in order to steer probable futures.

• You’re primed to respond positively to some manipulated bait. For example, you get the idea (implanted telepathically or post-hypnotically) to sign up for a CE5 event, and sure enough in the desert you see some amazing glowing orbs. A feeling of recognition kicks in (implanted telepathically or post-hypnotically). You may even see in your mind’s eye an image of a kindly grey alien “smiling” at you (implanted telepathically or post-hypnotically). From there you’re led step by step into becoming a shill for the negative ET agenda.

So our subconscious is like a backdoor through which various programs (and entities) can be installed. These try to bias our thoughts/feelings/actions afterward. As long as we blindly follow our irrational compulsions, we become puppets to the string pullers. This pressure can be backed up by live telepathic persuasion, artificial synchronicities, and other people who have also been programmed (who may not even be lifelong abductees or contactees, but just casualties of proximity & usefulness).

There are only a few countermeasures:

1) Pray/intend for protection before going to sleep. This closes some metaphysical legal loopholes.

2) Become lucid 24/7. Use your willpower to end abductions/visitations before they proceed. Almost impossible for most people, but not impossible for all. Mentioning for completeness.

3) Do damage control afterwards. If you wake up with anomalous marks on your body, or you feel like you’ve been shifted in your mindset, or there’s an odd irrational compulsion in the background… be vigilant, watch yourself, and either counter-program yourself with intention/prayer/affirmation or just grit your teeth and use willpower to manual-override any posthypnotic commands when they arise.

4) Use deterrents against abductions. Topic for another post, but they’re not perfect, and of course there’s the question of how can a simple video camera deter beings who supposedly are thousands of years more advanced than us. The answer is that there are quantum/metaphysical laws at work involving freewill, NHIs are risk averse, and there are higher ultraterrestrial beings who act as moderators of what goes on here, so you can work within their rules to bind what the neg NHIs are allowed to do to you.

Now, given the above, think of how much NHIs can get away with in terms of manipulating human history, current events, science & technology (free energy suppression), geopolitics, and the course of Disclosure. Think of various opinion leaders in UFOlogy & their fundamentally irrational angles on the topic. Think how easy it is to suppress forbidden evidence of NHIs simply by making a weak person feel scared or put off by the idea of releasing their evidence.

NHIs & shadow military both have remote viewing, remote influencing, and abduction capability. They can see probable futures, trace their upcoming origin points, then apply pressure (like mind programming) to bias these points in favor of their desired future. This timeline manipulation is a constant endeavor, and we’re generally unaware of it unless highly perceptive and/or well-researched.

(The attached image illustrates the timeline manipulation routine I deduced 15 years ago; that pattern continues to this day, periodically).

The only saving grace is that the negative NHIs & MILAB abductors aren’t the only game in town. There are equal or more powerful NHIs exerting a counterbalancing influence.

So practically speaking, our freewill is more about choosing which higher powers to align with, than purely about freedom itself.

Using cloudbusting tech on negs:
A friend successfully got rid of an entity problem after I advised building a mini cloudbuster (pic of her setup below) & aiming it at the problem spots where astral entities likely built a nest or portal, like corners near ceilings, areas above the bed, or above where you spend a lot of time, and dark quiet spaces.

It’s just several 2-3 foot long copper pipes, 1/2” to 1” diameter, in a bucket of fresh water. Change water daily. Per Wilhelm Reich, etheric (orgone) energy is drawn into the pipes & saturates the water.

Negative astral entities need a locally assembled etheric body (built from your subtle energy emissions) to really mess with you. This setup weakens & dissipates that. So try not to stay in the direct path of the pipes or your subtle energy field will be drained & disrupted too.

Theres a transmission tower about 300+ yards away across an open field to the N NE.
Have an organite resin piece taped to one of the facing windows. Actively neutralize it with intention as I need but perhaps there's a better way. Suggestion?

So, I’ve been researching the Amy Eskridge (RIP) case for a year. She mentioned her team’s antigravity work was based on the research of a previous team member who worked at the Marshall Space Flight Center. Some digging on that led me to Glen A. Robertson:

He has many papers on gravity theories, including analyzing Eugene Podkletnov’s experimental work on generating gravity-like fields. I’ve been tracking Podkletnov for decades.

One paper in particular stood out. Robertson co-authored it with fellow scientist David Maker, who has a pretty solid grasp of General Relativity (GR):

Maker figured out that GR is based on some unfortunate conceptual & procedural errors that, if corrected, lead to new terms that extend both GR and Maxwell’s Equations. By ungauging GR (you can do a similar thing with Maxwell by not using the Lorentz or Coulomb gauges in order to extend it) you get those new terms, which suggest that electrical charges can be used to manipulate gravity. Anyone familiar with T. T. Brown knows that high voltage electric fields can affect gravity. But that’s more of a Kerr Effect on the dielectric properties of the aether, variably changing its index of refraction slightly, generating a gradient in the gravitational potential or at least time rate, which produces a gravitational thrust vector in the direction of the positive electrode (up until a certain voltage, beyond which the thrust reverses). The Biefeld-Brown effect is one method to manipulate gravity, but apparently not the only one.

So there’s another method to manipulate gravity, as Maker explains, and that involves:

1. Collectively rotating charges

2. That also wobble on their axis (precession)

3. And are situated in a high voltage field ideally around 512kV

Not sure if he ever explained it explicitly, but 512kV is roughly the potential of an electron at its classical radius, whereby the electric potential energy of charge at that voltage equals its rest energy (E = mc^2). The implication is that an electron’s mass is due to its electric self-potential energy.

Now, Podkletnov seems to be aware of Maker’s principle and has been pursuing it in his more recent experiments. A relatively recent variation involves a gold-impregnated aluminum disc, mounted at a slight angle on a motor shaft and spun to at least 8,000 RPM, at which point various masses suspended above the disc get violently repelled.

He didn’t reveal the principles of that setup, but I figured it out anyway. Turns out gold & aluminum are commonly available materials that have a large spread in their electrochemical properties, specifically their electronegativities and work functions. At the interface between them, you therefore get huge charge densities and electric field gradients, at room temperature. This approaches the 512kV limit just at molecular scales, without the need for an external HV generator. The disc is then spun to fulfill Maker’s first condition, and disc wobbles due to being offset on the shaft, fulfilling the second condition. All three conditions are set, and voila you get gravity impulses. The concentric ring structure of the gold layer may have been to act as a Fresnel focusing mechanism but I’m just speculating there.

Podkletnov said that this was just a little proof of principle experiment, and going forward it would be more practical to go solid state (no moving parts) by using rotating magnetic fields. Why? Again, he doesn’t explain, but I know what he’s talking about. A rotating magnetic field is just an extreme precession of rotating charge currents that generate the field. So imagine the magnetic field vector rotating like the arms of a clock, the arm having curled around it the current loops. In this case, the loop can be the orbiting electrons in a ferrite material or similar.

This is something Stan Deyo mentioned anecdotally in an old VHS of his I used to own in high school. Forgot the title. But he spoke of a large ferrite toroid core wound around the outer perimeter with a copper coil, and another coil wound at right angles to that one (around the arm of the toroid itself). These were driven in quadrature (one with sine wave, other with cosine) to produce a rotating magnetic field. At resonance, the thing blew up and covered the lab in soot. Mysterious phenomena were associated with it.

A related device is the MAGVID (Magnetic Vortex Hyper-Ionization Device). I heard from people close to Stefan Marinov that he built it, and may have posed as an Area 51 scientist on the internet to put out info about this device. It consisted of a couple Helmholtz coils/antennas at right angles, driven in quadrature, with a DC coil at right angles to them. It was operated in the 50-75 MHz range, which by the way bends the rotating magnetic field vectors like a pinwheel, as happens around rotating neutron stars at the light cylinder radius.

The MAGVID not only created intense rotating magnetic field, but also ionized the air and surrounding materials due to the associated electric fields generated (per Maxwell’s Equations) which drew ions/electrons into orbit around the device, creating a shell of dense charges.

Marinov reported time dilation effects, possibly free energy, and a gravity-like force field from the MAGVID. The high voltage fields generated by the rotation and the orbiting electron shell would have fulfilled Maker’s third condition as well.

I have it from a retired nuclear navy engineer that the Philadelphia Experiment of 1943 likewise used coils at right angles driven at high frequency. These were repurposed de-gaussing coils, normally used to demagnetize a ship to keep it from triggering magnetic mines (IIRC). They were repurposed to create the rotating magnetic fields, which would have precessed the electron orbits in the matter making up the ship. Green ionization was reported as well, ionization like with the MAGVID. The spacetime distortion must have been so severe it dislocated the sailors from our time stream, creating asymmetries in energy potentials that could have led to spontaneous energy emissions which explains rumors of some sailors bursting into flame afterwards (the ones who weren’t embedded in the bulkheads due to being phased out and back in).

If Hutchison had multiple Tesla coils, some might have entered quadrature at some point, and the DC field from the Van de Graaff generator may have created the 512kV condition.

Maker said that as you approach 512kV, gravity impulse increases to a peak and right after it reverses to peak antigravity. This is what was reported with Townsend Brown’s gravitators, with the thrust reversing beyond a certain voltage. So it’s as if the gravitational potential goes from negative to positive. As Glen Robertson wrote in the paper co-authored with Maker, Podkletnov’s gravity impulse beam experiment (the one involving a stationary superconducting disc) created an impulse spike that was at first positive and then negative, likely as the high voltage / high current impulse crossed the 512kV threshold.

This ties together a lot of the fringe science anecdotes out there. We could add Die Glocke, Vimanas, Whitley Strieber’s device he built as a kid, Howard Menger’s antigravity discs, John R.R. Searle’s magnetic generator, and many other examples. At lower power levels there’s a risk of nevertheless generating strong torsion fields, but that’s a topic for another time.

This is only partly true, in that some degree of authoritarian technocracy is coming but there’s divergence on what kind.

This comes down to two facts:

1) Short of an EMP apocalypse, there’s no stopping the rise of AI, robots, drones, surveillance, crypto, nanotech, or genetic technologies. These pose new threats, but also provide new tools & opportunities to mitigate threats. Any sane leadership would acknowledge this reality & prepare for it.

2) Liberty & privacy are only possible under a high-trust society with a vigilant citizenry & secure borders. Once cultural rot begins, liberty & privacy backfires by providing cover for internal & external enemies to destroy the nation.

Examples of the latter include corruption at all levels, the epidemic of human trafficking, politicians being bought off by the CCP, weaponization of intelligence agencies against the citizenry, and intentional opening of the borders to enemies.

Once unguarded, liberty & privacy allow for the takeover of a nation, the enemy then gets rid of such freedoms in order to secure its tyranny. That’s where things were going these past 4 years.

So to undo this mess, three steps are required:

1) Undo the tyrannical measures the enemy has already implemented.

2) Identify & crack down on the crime, corruption, infiltration, gaping exploits, and subversion that’s keeping the nation weak.

3) Support the healing & upliftment of culture so that, like a strengthened immune system, it can “beat the cancer” and gradually return to being a vigilant high-trust society (at which point certain authoritarian & technocratic safeguards become unnecessary).

Step #1 is the responsibility of government via executive, legislative, & judicial action. This will seem authoritarian, but here I’m talking about an authoritative application of Constitutional law instead of mere tyranny by the corrupt. The pejoratives of “fascist!” and “authoritarian!” are blind to this distinction.

Step #2 is where new technologies will come into play, meaning AI-assisted surveillance against enemies of a just & prosperous society, securing of elections with counterfeit-proof ballots, and AI-assisted judicial decisions. By definition, this is technocratic since technology will play a crucial role in governance.

The difference between just & unjust technocratic authoritarianism is how far it goes & what principles it defends or subverts. CBDCs (digital money the government can turn off at its whim) is both unnecessary & unjust, and so it’s no surprise that Florida, Indiana, and North Carolina have already banned CBDCs. The Trump administration may implement a digital dollar after a major financial crisis, but it won’t be CBDCs.

As a side note, the real reason money is moving to quantum-proof digital tokens is to accommodate civilization spreading to other planets & moons, so that money can be transmitted instead of physically shipped, and because cheap asteroid mining will wreck the value of precious metals.

Step #3 is guaranteed via free speech & anti-censorship measures. Most of the hate & division today is due to media/school/religious propaganda weaponing low-information people by forcing them into an alternate reality that’s the inversion of truth. Big tech contributed by censoring the truth & algorithmically siloing us into irreconcilable echo chambers to promote division.

Truth is therefore the only thing that will unite us, and the truth about the enemies of humanity will be a big part of that. Eventually that will include hostile NHIs.

That’s why the disclosure process is dual in nature, addressing both the 3D conspiracy (corruption, sedition, treason) and the “4D” conspiracy (UAP hearings, Grusch & Elizondo & others in uniform putting forth a more nuanced view of the NHI situation). You can’t tackle the negative NHI agenda without tackling their human proxies, which is why politics is intimately interwoven with the UFO “phenomenon.”

Consider how emergency powers work in the USA. Ideally, democratically elected leaders reflect the will of the people. But during an emergency like wartime, massive natural disasters, or insurrection, those same leaders have the permission to do authoritarian things for the sake of efficiency, survival, and cohesion.

At that point, it’s no longer a democracy or republic, but a temporary military dictatorship. Hence why the Constitution can get suspended.

We’re confronted now with a softer more drawn out version of that, due to various existential threats:

First, this country was on the brink. The enemy is inside the gates. The number of politicians beholden to the CCP/Mossad/CIA/NGOs is unbelievable, and every exploit was being used to dismantle Western culture & society.

The end would have been civil war, balkanization, strategic defeat by China, and buying up of what’s left by multinational corporations in bed with the enemy (BlackRock, Vanguard Group, etc.). A strange mixture of all the worst elements of communism, fascism, and crony capitalism, which are just different faces of psychopathy.

Second, as you know we’re approaching various Earth cataclysms. Geomagnetic field collapse, seismic/volcanic events, probably comet/asteroid for good measure, and possible solar micronova. Only societies with sufficient cohesion & technological leverage can stay intact during such a calorie crunch, otherwise ethnic/ideological/class tensions cause fracturing and tribal/civil warfare not to mention governments collapsing & radicals rising to power. Worst case, we revert to dark age tribalism, or post-apocalyptic warlord feudalism in this case.

Third, we have the NHI problem, long term. Given their capabilities (invisibility, abduction, mind control, cloning, creating avatars, surreptitious killing) then even if we kicked them off this world via some democratic rejection of them (as the Allies books advocate) how do we keep them from worming their way back into society & covertly taking it over from the inside like a psychoactive parasite? Or, say we encounter a hostile NHI group that appeals to 51% of our population with their slick disinfo tactics. In a democracy, guess which way that would go. It could also lead to civil war if the 49% decided to fight for their lives.

So, given these internal, external, and future threats, now we can ask what kind of government or social system we need to survive them. One option is a benevolent centralized authoritarian regime with enough AI-assisted surveillance to detect foreign (including NHI) infiltrators & subverters.

Historically, powerful regimes eventually fell to corruption. But that’s because there wasn’t enough oversight & feedback loops to maintain a well-behaved system. Nowadays, with surveillance & AI, that might no longer be the case.

Amongst NHI societies with psychic abilities & what the Law of One books call a “social memory complex,” mutual psychic awareness leads to self-regulation & smoothing out of differences. We, not being psychic, are therefore likely being outfitted with technological training wheels to bridge us in that direction.

Now to answer your question, if a centralized authority or even a collectively unified body were not available, then to maximize individual agency we would need each person to pull their weight. That means, each person would have to be spiritually enlightened, psychic, and technologically enabled.

They would be wise enough to not need government to manage their affairs, invisible enough to not be easy targets for predators including NHIs, psychic enough to be immune to manipulation & deception, and technological enough to get all the food, energy, travel, shielding, shelter, etc. they need to live well and not have to compete with each other for calories.

Thus we’re looking at something like the hidden cryptoterrestrials or jinn, who stay out of the way for the most part, dimensionally beyond the reach of our bullets, and homogeneous enough to not fall into civil war amongst themselves.

Humans right now are the complete opposite. Technology is ratty, psychic power nearly nonexistent, many cultural/political schisms only held in check by fear of going to jail, geopolitical powers vying for control as resources dry up, cataclysms approaching, psychopath demagogues virtue-signaling their way to power, etc. It’s a demonic freak show that won’t give up its ways willingly.

That’s why given the emergency nature of our situation, authoritarianism is on the uptrend and IMO the battle is only over what kind, on what principles, toward what ends.

Blackpilling accomplishes nothing especially when you offer no solutions. It's a disease that eats away the mind until complete demoralization sets in. It's much more productive to be hopeful and optimistic. Focus on the good, call out the bad-but don't fixate on it and allow it to consume you. Signs of alien abduction may include:
1. Hypnagogic imagery of alien faces while going to sleep. This is a mild form of ESP picking up on being monitored by aliens, usually greys. You may also have gotten an ear ringing before going to bed, for the same reason (monitoring)

2. Remnant imagery after waking up like when you close your eyes you see their face again as if burned into your vision. Can be ESP, or just saturation of subconscious by the experience. Similar to if you play a video game too much and you see it every time you close your eyes. Burned right into your neural circuits.

3. Dreams containing alien-like aspects. If memories of an abduction get wiped, it still exists in the subconscious, and crumbs of that can percolate up into the dream space afterward. So an abduction earlier in the night may have an “echo” in a dream later in the morning.

4. Physical symptoms. Unexplained bruises, scratches, laser-like cuts, scars, puncture marks, scoop marks, soreness in private parts, muscle soreness that doesn’t correlate with anything you did in days prior, waking up feeling like you got run over by a truck, or conversely waking up as if you weren’t even just asleep as you’re wide awake with no post-sleep symptoms, waking up backwards in your bed or outside the covers or with normal clothes on or clothes backwards, or waking up ice cold despite being under a blanket or the room being warm (because you were just on a ship or in an underground base).

5. PTSD after waking up. This can last days. Feeling jumpy, feeling like there’s something in the room, unable to fall asleep easily due to being on edge, mental discombobulation, and if severe then suddenly crying for no conscious reason, feeling stressed out for no obvious reason, nightmares of something coming to get you especially if it involves lights through the window or something in your room.

6. Pets acting weird. Pet showing agitation or fear before & after. Pet acting fearful or aggressive toward you, as if you’re a threat to them, or estranged from them all of a sudden. Following or watching invisible things in the room, able to see something you can’t unless you’re clairvoyant. Pet acting traumatized afterward, as if it has its own PTSD.

7. Missing time. Whether you’re driving or at home, if you can’t account for 1+ hours and other weird things happened in conjunction then that’s a giveaway.

8. Conscious or screen memories. You remember parts of the abduction itself, usually the onset, but it may have screen memories involved, i.e. you remember waking up last night to an owl looking through your window, and woke up this morning with some PTSD and triangular puncture marks on your arm. Well guess what, that wasn’t an owl.

9. Mind programming. In conjunction with the above, today you feel like a different person vs. last night, and for the worse. Different mindset, different interests, and whatever flow you were in is now gone and forgotten as if it was months ago. This kind of drastic rapid shift doesn’t happen naturally. It’s artificially induced. Just that it can be done in your home with a night visit, and doesn’t absolutely require an abduction. But abductions often involve mind programming to install posthypnotic commands that affect your outlook, choices, behaviors, feelings, thoughts, etc. in the days to come. The “love bite” that Eve Lorgen talks about is an extreme form of this.

10. Electronic glitches. Home security system suffering an error, or showing it was offline in the logs. CCTV camera glitching out, file errors, power outage, or actually showing something anomalous. You may not have caught aliens on video, but the error/glitch indicates something likely happened.

Now, clearly each one of these can be explained away in some cases, and skeptics love to do this reductionist fallacy to explain it all away. But the more of these you have in the same time period, the less likely it was just random coincidence.
