Actually of the 4 points, I am possibly guilty of Thread Derailment, that too in just one thread out of 1000s.
But that thread is now the focus point, and I respect that.
So you could "re-rail" the thread by removing each and every post of mine, and each and every post where I have been mentioned where there is defamation of myself or my company, exactly as per Rule Number 1 posted by you.

Let there be fairness in application of rules. From my side I promise to not write on that thread, nor will I criticize anything anti-Swerdlow from now on as long as Yukesam continues to post in HCF. He needs to fulfill his mission and I will not get in the way.

I don't want you to feel I'm singling you out. A few members in that thread are breaking the rules but I felt they were breaking the rules because they were getting angry with you. Also your posts didn't have anything to do with exposing expansions.

I did delete the posts about your company. Let me know if I missed any and I'll take care of it.

I also deleted Sebastian's (Matrix) posts. It's almost a full time job keeping him off the forum.

Yes, Sebastian would strive to attack Yukesam systematically.
Yuke thinks he knows everything but if you do not help him by keeping Sebastian away, Sebastian would tear that thread to pieces.

Today, Courtney Love lost a 430000.00 dollar lawsuit for ranting on twitter against a designer by labelling him falsely as a thief, I know Yuke can suffer a similar fate if he keeps up purely personal rants against the Swerdlows. There has to be methodical substance and irrefutable proof to avoid legal pitfalls, that is what I was trying to convey.

Well, I'm guessing a good lawyer probably could find things in that thread to file a lawsuit but I'm guessing stew won't do it because of the time and expense involved. Lawsuits are expensive and right now stew doesn't have that kind of money to spare. Also he couldn't win any settlements from me because I have no money and I don't own anything of value, so he would have nothing to win from me.

Stewart will not dare to touch you but this Yukesam can be taken to the cleaners by lawyers who do not charge upfront and just want to split the defamation cash 50-50. Sitting in India, I know one such lawyer in Arizona myself, so I am sure Stewart also knows this.
Lawyers salivate on seeing rich people who lash out without thinking at others on Twitter, FB or even forums.
Heck, my company could have filed a juicy lawsuit against him if we were American, from India if we file such suits, the only judgement that comes is removal of the defamatory Libel. A good webmaster like you is sufficient for ordinary Indians :)

I do have a liability notice that gives the forum some protection. Basically you're right that they would have to contact me and give me the opportunity to remove the posts they find objectionable before they could do anything further.

Interesting that there is no talk about SS possibly getting legal problems because of his DNA scans or his rants against several religions or him being a cult guru. I know that one of his seminars could not be held in Europe because of him discussing his "anti-semitic Rothschild" theories. In fact, I think if someone with time and dedication digs into this, SS might get into huge problems next time he treads on EU soil.

Anybody noticed he needed translation on this Finnish TV show?

You know what's weird about the German conference that got canceled. MC asked in a thread here why it got canceled and I posted what Janet said on her forum that it got canceled because they felt he was anti-semitic. Stew sent me a email all pissed off saying I lied about the German conference and I wrote back saying if I lied then Janet lied because I only repeated what Janet said. He never replied to that. It made me wonder if there was another reason it got canceled and Janet made up the anti-semitic story and stew didn't know she did that and that's why he though I made the lie up.

That liability notice is perfect. Very interesting that Stewart emailed you about the conference cancellation but is yet to email you against Yuke's so called big exposes. Meaning nothing worthwhile has been posted against him till date in the "Summing up Stewart" thread. And Yuke is now going emotional and all, being close to Stewart's son. I wonder how anyone can send love frequencies with a blocked heart chakra inspiring so much hatred and foul language against ordinary people.

I think SS will get into small legal problems if he does not refund the money of dissatisfied customers. It is not against the law to be a cult guru or rant against religions. The DNA Scans are intangibles, the court will throw out the case and fine the one filing the case for wasting time. However, the prosperity archetype is a tangible product and the financial status of a buyer can be measured by checking tax returns. This is one of the strongest case possible against the Swerdlows.

Complaints like 4th Reich soldiers sent by Stewart to torture a client will just not work.

A German blogger felt that SS blaming Rothschild was close to Jewish conspiracy claims and stopped the seminar from happening at the place it should be held (I guess he contacted the hotel or restaurant, but I don't know). But that blog is no longer on it seems.

Did you ever find out what happened to that doctor ( O'Brien ? ) that worked with SS?
