Yes i think Paul McCartney has a Astral Reptilian within his Soul Personality as well as his heavy Alter Programming from the TI so it would seem he has physically mutated and looks only similar to his old self.Perhaps the prosthetics on his nose and around the eyes are due to the Astral Reptilian within his Soul Personality causing physical problems.
