Hmmmm...  I have never seen such a hotdog as you describe.  I have heard of blood sausage, which used to be a popular thing to make out of the slaughtered pig's blood.  Back when not a single part of the animal was wasted.  This sausage was DARK red/black and very strong tasting.  Hard to find nowdays.

Folks ... stop hating on pork. Head over to some parts of Yurop around Christmas and get some stuff freshly cut and prepped ... it is awesome. Yu know what they say : don't knock it till you try it. :)

My family calls upon our Indian heritage and our hawkeye  certified sharpshooter( bunch of us) skills to obtain wild meat as well. We like it  if it's cooked properly.
 The animal rarely suffers or feels fright.
